Test drove a vehicle on a Saturday morning. Some warning lights came on and the 4x4 didn’t work. Told them I would buy the truck if those issues got fixed. Charlie told me they would have the techs look at it on Monday first thing and he would call me Monday to let me know what they find out. Never heard a word from Charlie. No phone call no nothing. I finally called almost a week later and Charlie tells me the truck sold as is.That’s cool - glad someone bought the truck (hope they knew about the issues). But it sure would have been nice to know because I thought they were going to fix the issues and then sell me the truck. If you tell someone you’re gonna call them, you should call them.Big waste of my time. Would not recommend.

I took a used Honda that I was looking at purchasing from Paul Cole Motors for a pre purchase inspection at a Honda dealer in Findlay. The Honda dealer found an oil leak that they told me should be fixed. They said if they were selling it on their lot they would fix this leak before selling the car. I was willing to have this repair made myself but when I asked Paul Cole Motors to reduce the price by 300, the price of the repair, they said they were only willing to reduce the price 137 dollars. So, Im assuming theyre planning to sell it without the repair that the Dealer recommended, because I wouldnt buy it.

Bought my 2nd car from Paul Cole Motors today and Its hard to want to go anywhere else. The staff is all about you. Unlike other car lots they are more about you being able to get exactly what you want rather than trying to sell you the most expensive thing. This is one of the best dealerships in the area, good prices on their cars, good customer service and friendly. Their service center doesnt try and force you to get unnecessary repairs, and doesnt charge you an arm and a leg for what you get done. I have gotten my last two cars from them and will most likely get my next car from them. I would recommend stopping in and seeing what they have if you are in the market for a new, or a new to you vehicle.

I got financing when I thought I would never get financing and the payments didnt kill me. I have since raise my credit score over 200 points by buying a car and now Im able to buy a home! I had a 2015 Chevy Cruze through Taylor Kia of Lima, and couldn’t fit my three kids no longer so she was able to get me into a 2019 Dodge Grand Caravan with almost the exact car payment before with negative equity included. I loved how determined, and understanding she was through the whole situation! She constantly reassured me through the whole process. I couldn’t of asked for a better deal, vehicle, or person! Not good. Can’t trust these people as far as you can throw them. Treat their customers bad and their employees even worse! Got a car and had 4 things wrong with it and they only fixed two of the 4 and told me it all was good to go. I can still hear the air coming through my driver door because they did NOT replace the seal as they said. Ball joint never got replaced either.

I cant say enough about my great buying experience! I spent a lot of time looking for a specific used van which they had. I drove 2 and a half hours to check it out and make the purchase! I was a little worried about getting something so far away, but they took great care of me. When I had a small issue, they completely took care of it! Actually they not only took care of it, they went way above and beyond the call of duty to help me! I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from them.

My boyfriend and I just took a 52 minute drive to go and look at a chevy traverse that we had seen on craigslist for a great price and low miles. We get there and talk to a guy name Joe or Joey. He seemed friendly. I told him that I had called and talked to him a couple days prior to discuss a good time to look at the traverse. He went into the back to get the keys and comes and informs us that it was out on a test drive and that there was a little problem with a gear shaft or something. But he assured us that they were going to fix it etc. He continues to ask about what kind of vehicle we were in the market for and we told him that we wanted a 3 row seat. He told us about a Durango and a journey. He proceeds to look for the keys. He goes out to look for the vehicle. As Im thinking oh wow thats courteous to bring the car to the door seeing as it was raining. Instead he comes in and continues to look for keys and then informs us that the Durango is in the shop and tells us that he wants to show us another vehicle. So he takes us outside (while its raining still) all the way to the back to look at a car we cant even test drive yet. Apologizes for what I have no idea because I could barely hear him. Then he insisted on taking a picture of our Saab vin number to see how much we would have for a trade in. He goes inside and never came back out. There was no customer service whatsoever and just gave us a run around knowing we drove damn near an hour to come and look at this specific vehicle. I will NEVER return to this dealership. The least he could have done was give us a 5$ gas card for the trip knowing that we didnt get to test drive any car that we were in the market for. Im not asking a for a hand out but customer service is SUPER important. There was absolutely none. If I could I would give them no stars because the inside smelled really bad also.
