I thought my battery was on the fritz so I called and the guys were super knowledgeable and quick to help. Was able to get my car to start and high-tail it down there and for sure that was the issue. The people here are very helpful. They have a decent selection of items. I needed a windshield repair kit and found one. They did not have touch up paint for my gold Honda. Still a good store though.

Very slow unorganized. They couldn’t figure out how to utilize A commercial account then after 3040 minutes in the store they told me I had to use cash so another trip to the bank to get cash it was a complete nightmare

I bought a Duralast (import) alternator from AutoZone 4037 for my daughters 2000 Lexus ES300 on May 5, 2020 and paid $155 for it. Today, May 10, 2021, I had my auto mechanic replaced it with a Denso alternator costing a little more plus $200 labor charge. (The AutoZone bought alternator was making smoke clouds, blown out the cars 100Amp fuse then quit working completely.) The mechanic said that I should never buy any alternator from AutoZone for they are all made in China and are all very poor quality. Hes seen many bad alternators from AutoZone. Everyone be warned!

Hands down the worst customer experience I’ve ever encountered. Loud, rude employees being inappropriate, standing in a group with their backs turned while I was standing waiting at the counter, multiple times, after having to ask multiple times for help to find something. Making fun of me for not knowing where to find the product I was looking for. I 100% recommend NOT to go here. An absolute disgrace

The battery died last night on our Subaru and since Auto Zone offers free tests I took the car into the shop at Brookhurst and Ellis. The test confirmed the battery was bad. Elliot was extremely helpful and nice to talk to as he replaced the battery in my wife’s car.

This store is very clean well kept the employees are very help full they acknowledge you as you walk in they ask if theres anything you need help with. Ive been in the automotive industry for a 20+ years and anything that I need is at an Auto Zone parts store if not they help you get it or find it.

Came to autozone just for a battery in fountain valley and Elliot really went above and beyond for me. He cleaned my battery cables because the erosion was horrible and he even pointed out that there were some safety issues with the way my battery was originally hooked up. He fixed the issue free of charge just to make sure I was safe thank you Elliot. I will definitely be coming back here for any auto needs.

Went there to look for car seat covers, they didn’t really have a wide variety to chose from. I ended up picking one which wasn’t my favorite but I really needed one to prevent stains on my ivory color car seats, however the sales associate rep advised to return if I changed my mind. Besides that the store is well organized.

Elliott was super friendly and helpful. Changed my engine air filter which I clearly do not have the tools or patience for! Thank you!

I ordered struts for my vw bug hatchback. They came in that evening and I was promptly called. When I went to pick them up the next morning I asked the guy if they were difficult to install? He simply said I will put them on for you. It took him a few minutes to get them on, and I am sure vw would have charged me quite a bit to do this. I would like to highlight Phil L for his kind and professional manner. It restored my faith in good customer service. Thank you for having such a dedicated employee.

David helped me replace my battery in the dark and was super knowledgeable and the manager Elliot was super customer service and honest. He was working with another customer before me and took the time to answer their questions and offer advice/guidance before extending me the same courtesy. David was honestly the best experience Ive had with someone helping me on my car and I really appreciate him and his time.

Shout out to this location!!! I can’t remember the last time I had such great service!I went in to get a thermostat coolant. The associate George went above and beyond assisting me with this part. He convinced me to buy the life time warranty part vs the dealer part. He also went above and beyond and offered to assist with the installation. When I came back to get help, he came out with such a great attitude. I appreciate the level of service this location gave me. I appreciate the store Manager Elliot, for having such a great staff who are willing to go the extra mile. This is a representation of who he is and how he manages his store. Even the cashier Nick was so friendly. Bravo to all employees. You should be proud!

Paul is always super helpful in recommendations and car help. They have a good stock of parts and can order anything they dont have. They will offer suggestions for price points and I never feel upsold on anything. Highly recommend for all car needs. I get fluids, wiper blades, cleaning supplies, and other random things here on a regular basis.

It was dark, I needed a dome light bulb as mine had burned out the evening before. I gave the cashier the year and model of my car . The cashier found my light bulb within a few seconds. Upon leaving the store I tried to replace said bulb to no avail. The store had just closed and two employees were leaving. I asked if one could help me. I really dont think he wanted to as they were leaving and probably clocked out, but one employee did help me anyway! Now I have light in my car. Very cool! I am actually going to go to Auto Zone FIRST for my car needs .

Manager had an attitude already. Employee lied that he would accept chains back unused, with a wrapped sticker. I bought both pairs. Manager Paul was rude about it. I had receipt, but employee had to have signed or written something on it. Was not told this. Will not shop here again. I had swore off pepboys but now. I will use Amazon. Or online distributor.

Horrible customer service. I asked the girl there to help me find the right oil for my car and she just points. When i asked her to look in the computer to find the oil specifically for my car she was hesitant to to it. Ive been to other AutoZone location before and everyone has been helpful except this location. Of course Ill never be back here again

I think what I like most about AutoZone is the fact that they have a free mobile app that allows me to look up all of the diagram information on any vehicle Ive ever owned. Obviously very useful feature! However Im not a fan of their prices. Nevertheless Im giving the store three stars considering the app and their friendly customer service.

I found the battery I needed for my Prius and it came with a 3-year warranty it was the same cost as the cheapest one on Amazon that only carried a one year warranty. Costco and Walmart did not carry this product. I was very pleased with the find and the customer service is always very good

I always always always have a good experience with any auto zone I go to anywhere in California. This is a nice store with the worst staff!! Extremely inattentive unless they can be negative on an issue. In the mean time they are talking way too loud about personal issues and bad mouthing co workers who are not there. I will never step foot in this place again. I spend alot of money at this place but Ive never been treated like my business didnt matter.

I minus one star for the rudeness of the first guy, that I spoke with. He was heavy set & when I explained that I am disabled & needed assistance, with something very minor, taking a screw out of my taillight the heavy set guy, stated to me that he could not spend a lot of time helping me & he told me the same for his crew, appearantly he was in charge. There was another person there, small, but had asked me if she could help me, when I walked in, but I did not answer her, until after speaking to the heavy set guy. So appearantly, the heavy set guy, did not want to help me. So Natalie spoke up & wanted to help me. Natalie was a great help & very kind. I hope if one goes here, just ask for Natalie, if you want some genuine help from this place

Ive been a long time AutoZone customer this is not the first in my life and wont be the last not saying I wont back go back and buy more stuff from AutoZone all Im saying is this is specific location when I reviewed with one start it simply because the customer service there was awful the was this Girl trying to act like a man and another guy that doesnt know nothing about parts I went and asked for hose that I didnt know the name and there were trying to force me to give them part number which I didnt know and in instead I got some attitude from the girl I know its difficult to name is but what can I do even though Im a call Guy Im not a specifically knowledgeable about every single holes on every single car of How Its called This is specific hose I had to go back and forth three four times and even after I provide him the part number then they said oh were not be able to get it and I said okay so I made it work but really really was the worse experience at autozone
