Tweakers shouldn’t install tweeters.Crazy Stereo installed component speakers in my 2016 Tacoma TRD a few months ago. Began sounding worse, so looked for myself and found this… they cut the oem tweeters out of their brackets and stuck the new Pioneer tweeters in that bracket with a wad of dynamat. Additionally, door adapters weren’t correct so they butchered those and installed with sheet metal screws. That’s $275 down the drain.

B was great. He hooked me up with a lower price than he had too (this was the third car audio place I tried today) installation was SUPER QUICK. When I wasnt happy with the sound B fixed it without charging me for installation. 5 stars and I will be back!

Lied about pricing for dynamating. I called a few months ago and was told one thing. 200 to do the front interior of your truck (I supply product) that would be front doors and floorboards. I have my own material and advised that. Was told no problem. Today story WAS 150% different. No more business for this shop I dont appreciate being lied to. 8 year customer

I had the worst service there, the guy flirted with me and told me his life story, that was fine, but I felt taken advantage of, being a single woman!I heard my backup camera sound for a week but saw nothing on the camera. The owner told me he took out the radio out, which the guy didn’t because I watched, he only rewired the left rear light for 175$ and now I have to go somewhere else and have to get it fixed!

Dang... I said I didnt wanna be able to turn my knob all the way up and they delivered. I wanted it loud and they delivered.Already had a deck and speakers. It was loud but not enough.Had two tens in boxes. Just needed a amp and it connected.They did it in two hours for 600$. Thought maybe it was alittle expensive but I dont know. But what I do know is its loud and Im impressed.They also put in a cool knob that controls how loud the bass is. Im a rocker not into rap or hip hop.Anyways,,,. Love it,. Rock on man.. 🤘🤘🤘

This was by far the worst experience I have ever had. I needed a car stereo, and installation. I already had a kicker subwoofer, box, wires, and kicker amp for my Scion TC. I was quoted, and paid a little over $400. They rushed through everything most likely to go home for the day. I asked them if it would be better to come back in the morning. So they wouldnt have to stress. The owner said No problem its a simple procedure we do this everyday. After walking my dog. I noticed the owner trying to talk to his employee in a way to were I couldnt hear them. He looked surprised, and guilty after knowing that I just saw him being shady about something. When they finished everything the stereo sounded pretty good! I was actually happy! So I tip the new young employee $20! I drove my car 5 minutes to my home. Went inside to grab my backpack. Came back to my car, got in, and tried to start my car. Fyi, I take real good car of my car. So I was very surprised when my car wouldnt start. It was as if my anti-theft system kick in. I called crazy stereo to tell them the problem, and or ask them for help/advice. I got a rude attitude from the owner. He said that they didnt create this problem, and told me that if I took him to small claims court he would win. To everyone that reads this. I need to inform you that you will be crazy if you take your car to crazy stereo. Because after I paid over $400 for the stereo, and the whole installation. I then had to pay $140 to tow my car to Toyota, and then had to pay Toyota over $600 to fix my car. Toyota told me that whoever installed the stereo broke some of the wiring, and they had to take out my after market alarm system in order to get my car working properly again. No wonder the owner was being very sneaky while they were installing the stereo system. Crazy Stereo gets 2 THUMBS DOWN FROM ME. THEY REALLY SUCK!

I bought a redo, speakers and alarm system, door locks and tinted my windows and bought car antennaLoan of 1,600$ and 200$ up front and 2 months later my antenna is rusted shut and the redo is not working the alarm too, door locks as well, and all on my 85 300zx do your slafe a favor and stay away from crazy stereo of harbor.

Called in last minute to get a quote for a car alarm system and I came out scoring with an amazing deal and great alarm system. My mom does not live in the nicest neighborhood and in the past 4 months her car has been broken into and has a lot of her personal belongings and including stuff that doesn’t belong from her stolen from her car. She’s had a man break into her car and bc Toyota has burned the wires I steering wheel caused the sound alarm in her car to not activate. Tino, was amazing head and of course his mechanic, whose name I didn’t get, was an amazing help. He was honest with me and installed her new alarm right then and there. Tino thank you and your partner for the amazing help! 5 stars place!

I came to crazy Stereo not knowing much about sound systems as soon as I walked in I was greeted and had all my questions answered. I was under the impression that getting a sound system on my car with installation was going to cost an arm and an leg but I was pleasantly surprised when I got a great deal for my full sound system and installation. They improperly installed the material, as pictured, and didnt even use a Roller to install the material. I am posting a review just to show people what kind of work they do here. I bought viper alarm 2 years ago and recently had some issues starting the car but they took care of it in 5 minutes. My battery connection was loose so it was not making contact.I am giving them 5 stars and I would highly recommend them for excellent customer service.

The first one was Xmas Eve 2019 at like closing time and Ash and his partner Ismael sold me a Pioneer double-din DVD player and the dash kit/wiring harness for a great price. My visit today I came in to purchase some mids-highs and I ended up with FOUR (4) Pioneer speakers but I also scored a 1600w Boss Audio amp with them as well. Repeat business goes a long way with local business owners and employees and Ash has been super helpful, informative, and great to deal with. They were real cool to me treated me right. I had a install subs and amp in my Camry all came out clean The death metal dude doing the install was probably one of coolest guys I ever met. He’s real personable walks you through the whole process and makes sure it’s done the right way. Best experience ever as far as getting a system put in. Good business.

Man what do I say these guys are legit I came in to the store to get a quote about two weeks ago and spoke to ismael and I was looking to spend that much so I was pretty stern with him at first but he was very willing to work with me and meets my needs and wants. Sunday hours (nobody else is open!) friendly, non-pushy staff, fair prices, and above all, top-notch, professional results. I needed an Aux input installed to my ride -- which for this particular car is a lot more time-consuming and labor-intensive than it sounds. But these guys figured it out and it works perfectly.
