This place usually has everything I need at a decent price. Not as crowded as the one on beach n Atlanta. Ample parking. Great customer service.

Deby was great. Another clerk whose name I didnt get was helpful with prices. Got a nice pair of Dearfoams for $10. Ive seen the same in a different store for $17.99.

Its Big Lots formerly Pic & Save for the older folks uses to by airwalks here. its a hit or miss.

It was OK. Selection and inventory were quite limited. This might be due to supply line problems.

🌟 FUN TO LOOK AROUND, CHECKOUT CAN BE SLOW... 🌟✔️ STAFF = Friendly, always working, decent checkout experience.✔️ STORE = Fairly clean considering parents let kids jump on beds, run around at will & basically leave the store worse then when they arrived.✔️ FAV FEATURES = You can find some cool DVDs that Walmart doesnt have, older TV series and even UFC videos. They rent RUG DOCTORS that work usually & if they dont they have let me try another unit FREE of charge.✔️ FAV HOUSEHOLD= They have good quality storage containers, some interesting namebarand snacks in hard to find flavors & some cool tech gadgets albeit nothing of amazing quality.✔️ PRICES = There are some bad deals at Big Lots, but there are also some items of decent quality that Walmart & Target dont carry. I have found folding COSCO tables in colors and sizes I cant even find on AMAZON.✔️ RESTROOMS = In the back of the store, cleaner then most stores in the area. Not a disaster area.:: OVERALL :: It is worth stopping by a BIG LOTS to check out what they have. I don;t visit the store as often as DOLLAR TREE, but I have started to realize they have some great clearance prices and hard to find items that are worth a visit. The staff has always been friendly, but the customers can be an issue.:: MY EXPERIENCE :: It is not uncommon to be behind a local that takes forever to get out there debit card OR simply cuts in line to ask silly questions of the cashiers without looking for a floor associate first.(This is customer issue tends to be prevalent at these discount stores, but at this BIG LOTS it occurs more often then any other store I shop at.)

Some great deals here, especially clearance items. Be watchful at the checkout though - I only bought 8 items and I had to point out 3 of them that rang up at a higher price than was marked.

Big Lots has really changed and their Summer Furniture prices are now comparable with Home Goods. Shame!

If youre into odds and ends and knick knacks youll find it always at Big lots anytime I need little odds and ends such as disposable tablecloths candles or candy etc they always have it there. You can never go wrong go check it out.

The store had short hours Friday. It was the only day of the week during their extended holiday hours that they closed at 9 pm instead of 10 pm all the other days of the week. The girl outside gathering carts wasnt friendly, and is a poor representative for this Fountain Valley, CA store. Her demeanor was that of someone who prefers to argue with customers rather than be diplomatic or apologetic. (Didnt help that she was smoking a cigarette on company time as she was gathering shopping carts) Dont expect friendly or helpful service from the skinny, blonde, late 40s girl who wears black and white Keds to work.

My shopping experience was fine, but what made it even better was Heidis customer service during checkout. To my surprise it was her first day! She was speedy at checkout and was also very friendly and warm. Keep up the great work Heidi. :)

Great variety of things that other stores dont have household gadgets etc

A large, well-stocked, outlet store with lots of bargains. You can find things far cheaper - 2L pepsi under $1, All free laundry pods for 1/2~ off retail, etc. Although most are cleared out of other stores, thus stock can change and vary daily, when you do come across a bargain, its at an even better price than $0.99 stores nearby. They also have store specials like blankets, sofas, etc at good prices. Eg. The $20 oversized plush throw is super warm and soft. Usually enough of everything here for a house that you can stock up on almost everything except fresh meats and groceries.

I love Big Lots housewares, tech stuff, costume jewelry, bath/shower products, make up. I think their pricing is fair, they have items that are unique and like no other. This store is always clean and organized and well stocked. I love their clearance section, fun time!

The best model of customer service by far. They always show me where things are by taking the time to walking me to the aisle and checking to even make sure whether or not, they have what Im asking about. Even at times when they are more busy they go above and beyond. Ive never had a bad experience in this store. Plenty of things I like and need on a daily basis. Im glad to help support this kind of store and hope it stays in the community for a long time.

I go all the time because I live close by and they have good prices. I love using their rewards program. After three purchases you get a 5 dollar off 15 coupon. Get a rewards card, its free and makes mostly everything cheaper. Also, they always have hostess treats in the front. Donut bags for 1.75!

Although Big Lots didnt have anymore fans, I like this store. Great customer service!

No selections here of anything.Dont waste your time.Advertised prices for 3 day sale were not so. They made up rules that were Not in print come 7am to 11am. Never read anywhere Be watchful of their sales pitch.

Employees were nice but my debit card got hacked after I purchased my items.

A couple days ago I went and some many shelves were empty. On a positive note you can shop with no mask on.

I received such excellent customer service from Michelle. Truly went above and beyond to make sure that I was informed about the product I was shopping for. Their team is always friendly and the store is well kept.

Not so great. Beware of their sales events and always look for any fine print for so called 3 days savings. Didnt read anywhere that you had to be there 8am to 11am to get a particular sales price.

Low prices on most of the households items but the expiration date too short and limited in stocks.

Prices on items are somewhat good. But a lot of name brands are used to sell they don’t anymore. Too much junk food.

I used to live the big lots store but seldom I shop there anymore.I feel no longer I find good bargains anymore, not like I used to.

Found some discounted items there. But you have to check prices...Sometimes Big Lots is more for similar items at Walmart or the Dollar Store.

Just bought a super comfy recliner. The manager nick was the one who helped me out. Unbelievably nice and considerate. Definitely shopping here more often just because of the staff.

Staff is friendly and helpful. No problem with parking. The only reason I gave them a star rating of 4 and not 5 is because this location has a limited furniture department.

Nice little store as a few things I need people that work there very nice friendly hard-working I try to stop in at least twice a week mainly for cat food and a monster maybe some Gatorade simple things its better half the price of Walgreens

What can I say...Its Big Lots! You might have to do some looking but you can always find good deals there. Some things are off the wall but fun. Such as Roquefort cheese stuffed Kalamata olives for only $1.50. If its on my driving route I will stop by most times. JJ

Its definitely hit and miss at this place. They have some very good deals, some items with typical pricing, and some items overpriced for the quality. Much of the inventory changes from time to time so it can pay to check back for items that were a miss on previous visits. Not usually recommended however, when youre looking for the highest quality.
