My examination was with Maysoun Noureldine, M.S - as a referrral from my Internist. Maysoun was polite, compassionate and meticulous. The appointment was over an hour, and was very impressive - and she thoroughly explained the findings to me, being patient with my endless questions. I especially appreciate her honesty, when it came to discussing options for my hearing loss. I highly recommend Connect Hearing - and especially Maysoun, because of her professionalism and knowledge, while her kindness and gentleness relieved my anxiety.

One of the specialists at this location showed that they did not listen at all in regards to the product I requested. This resulted in me receiving an expensive product that was unsatisfactory to my needs and could not be returned or exchanged in any capacity. I received little communication regarding the status of my order or even what type of product I was ordering until it was already finalized to be the wrong product. Overall, I would say I had a very unpleasant experience at Connect Hearing.

I met with Audiologist Maysoun today for the first time. She was extremely professional, explained everything very well. She told me about a phone app that allows me to answer my cellphone and HEAR THE CALLED THROUGH MY HEARING AIDS! I was amazed and thankful for this great feature. I truly felt she cared deeply about my situation, which made the visit very agreeable. Patty her assistant was also very helpful and personable. I will have another appointment in a couple of weeks to determine how the aids are helping. All in all, I was very pleased with this office.

I have had hearing issues for many years. When the hearing in my left ear decreased by a signifigant amount, the Costco I was going to and had hearing aids from them, recommended that I go see a specialist. I’ve been to a few hearing aid places and this is far the best. So much so that I was confident that Dr Richards would truly work with me to get the best out of my investment. No joke, hearing aids can be pricey but if you think about it....if you need glasses....you get glasses. (Or corrective vision surgery) If you have a broken leg you get it fixed. That goes for your hearing. If you can’t hear well....do something about it. Dr Richards is very professional, knowledgeable, gives great analogies as to what to expect. He has yers of experience and truly knows what he is doing. (He’s like a well oiled machine) And Margarita was so very helpful and pleasant in scheduling me for my appointments. I accidentally missed my appointment and they were both so accommodating and forgiving. I highly recommend you see Dr Richards...he is THE BEST!

I cannot say enough good about this office and its staff. We had to get the hearing test, insurance authorization, and the hearing aid ordering done in a very short amount of time and they made it happen. They did every effort to meet our needs. I have been working with Dr. Richardson in fountain Valley for several years. He has always been very patient and helpful and extremely knowledgeable on everything that he does. I just recently purchased new hearing aides through him and he has had to be very patient with me because they are much more technical than my old ones. I take my grandmother to Dr. Richards at Connect Hearing a couple times a year and he is always so patient and helpful.
