Save yourself frustration and hassle, JRR Shop will offer advertised items online to you at a better and fair price, then once you pay for the item they back out of the deal on you. Sure seems like a money scan of some sort to me. I will never buy from them ever again.

Avoid online shopping with this store. Ive purchased from them twice and both times there was a significant issue. Once the shipping took forever and they were not communicative and the other time, a product that was listed as new was clearly used, with the packaging all bent up and messed around and a dent on the screen and all! No apology, no offer to make it right, etc.

I purchased an item from this company 2 months ago. I never received the product. All their directions to download did not work. After weeks I received a phone call from a tech guy who had no idea how to fix the issue and told me he would resolve it. I never heard from anyone again. I requested my money back several times and never got any response whatsoever. I paid my hard earned money and got nothing. They totally ripped me off!! Dont do business with these people.

Accepted an offer on Reverb and then refunded it 11 hours later because It was apparently out of stock. Don’t know if it’s poor organization or incompetence, but that’s just bad business.

Jerry and John are the best amp repair and guitar mod people ever. Jerry is a tube amp genius and I’m truly grateful for how he’s made my Pro Reverb sound. Then just yesterday I brought my vintage jaguar baritone custom in because I wanted to change it from a 6 string bass to a true baritone. I don’t know how else to say it: It’s perfect! I never thought I could be that good! En serio! Thanks so much.

JRR proved to have slow shipping times, poor customer service and less than knowledgeable staff. They sold an Item I had already purchased 2 days prior online out from under me and told me about it. Unwilling to find an acceptable solution they canceled my order... Save your time and money and purchase your gear from a reputable retailer.

I bought licenses, they still havent send them to me and do not answer my messages. They are thieves. Gonna update if they send me my licenses.UPDATE : They finally answered... by giving me my keys where everybody can see them. Great. At least, Ive been fast enough to register before anybody else.

The folks at JRR are awesome. I dropped by their warehouse to pick up a new synth. Unfortunately, there was a manufacture defect, but jrr were quick and very responsive. Gave me a new one without giving me any hassle. Also they have a pretty interesting catalog and the best prices for what i was looking for.

JRR Shop is a fraud. They misrepresent themselves and will tell you anything to make a sale. THEY WILL NOT backup their word on what theyve said in the selling process. They continue to lie when challenged. Theyve scammed over $160 from me over a SONAR product which they said could be upgraded. Fact is it cant be upgraded from the SONAR product that was and is installed and registered on my machine. DONT DO BUSINESS with these people. They need to be out riding their bikes as depicted in their write-up about how JRR Music Shop was born. Thats BS for sure. I have a PayPal claim against these scam artists right now. Also, Im in the process of complaining to the Internet Crime Complain center. They must be stopped. Truly, this is a case of BUYER BEWARE. Dont trust these people ...... Well, good news is they just refunded my money. Perhaps they are well intentioned but lack the experience in good selling and customer service practices. Certainly, they need to improve.

JJR Shop has been around for years. I originally found them through eBay. Since I live local to the company HQ I decided to give them my business and found them to have the best prices and excellent service.

Caveat Emptor. Bought Hardware unit that didnt work properly. Over 1 month later and still no response. Stick to software from here. Or like me take your business elsewhere.

Quite the most dissappointing experience after all the hype and advertising Emails.3 emails now sent .... no reply .... called just now, 4.30pm UK time [they are 7 hours behind] no reply ... no answermachine?????????????I had an invoice by email, then an email saying package had been sent ... then an envelope with an invoice inside arrived .... a serial number with no information?the item was an Antares Autotune ..... not cheap ... but such bad, bad customer service. Never again!
