My package (a gift) was delivered there on accident. I guess they decided it was theirs so they opened it up. I went to get it and had to come back another day so they could get it from wherever they took it.

ONE EMPLOYEE WILL TRY TOO SCAM YOU!! First time he rang up a $30 bottle of vodka twice and then argued with me when I questioned him. Second time he rang up a bag of Tobacco, a carton of filters and a Monaco twice. Argued with me again on the price. Today, he claimed that my card was declined and that he needed to run it through manually. I said, no let me see the receipt. Showed him where it says MasterCard approved on the receipt he gave me. Still, insisted that he needed to run my card again manually. Got out my phone, showed him on my bank account that the transaction was approved and he finally admitted the transaction was approved. Its only one employee Ive had this issue with. The other employees have been great. Not sure if Ill ever return at this point.

Store has many choices on liquor and wines as well as E-cigarette choices. One of the best store in Fox Lake and has amazingly cheap prices for most of the items. The staff greets their customers very nicely and with a smile. Im a repeating customer and they always recognize what I buy on daily bases. I would recommend them to friends and family.

New management is exactly what this place needed... The owner is always very cordial no matter what mood he is in, as well as all the employees. Great addition to the store as well with the tobacco and vaping products. Reasonably priced, clean, and stocked with almost anything you can think of. Soars above the typical trashy liquor store image...

Rude; this was my first time in the store and I only had two separate credit cards to pay for my purchase. The man was very rude. I wont be back

Ive always enjoyed the wonderful selection of Spirits, Ales, & Books upon the racks at Puff n Sip. And today I noticed that they had a colorful balloon tethered in their parking lot ready for take off.
