Seasonal Specialty Store in Foxboro is the best, even through a summer of limited supply nationally they always had options, the service is knowledgeable and worth the wait if they are busy. The free pool water testing is great. My pool care is super easy Thanks to seasonal the only place I will buy my pool needs and supplies! May I add pool school! Who else offers free pool school for opening, maintaining and closing your pool. Thank you everyone at seasonal for another great summer in the pool!

I wish I could give Seasonal Specialty a 10 star rating. My husband and I have made numerous purchases from them over the years and continue to be impressed with their customer service and products. This year we purchased an above ground pool. We have no experience as pool owners but with the help and support from John and Mike we are well on our way to enjoying our pool. My numerous questions were answered patiently and clearly. They both have gone above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. Their communication is excellent. I cannot begin to thank them and thei staff for everything they have done. I would highly recommend Seasonal Specialty!

I couldn’t be happier with this company & store. 1st time pool owner & way overdue for a pool. They all really know what they’re talking about & give me all the time & patience that I need. I’ve gone in numerous times, during the week, weekend, mornings, afternoons. There’s little to no wait but the store always has customers. I know due to the pandemic, they’ve been jammed with business. Good for them. They deserve it. Wonderful people, staff, company. I did plenty of research & got advice from friends, strangers & professionals. I couldn’t be happier that I was steered in the right direction. I LOVE MY POOL & SEASOANAL SPECIALTY STORES! They are very upfront & honest. The 1st time I went in for one of many infinite free water samples, I was concerned when I saw the line thinking I’d have to wait forever, Wrong! They really have things organized & down to a science while still being so friendly & nice. I respect that with all the time they spend with me, they will still ask another customer passing by if there’s anything they can help them with. I look forward to the next zoom meeting that they email me regularly. I’ve called numerous times usually getting someone very quickly. But there’s also been an occasional message to email &/or just stop in the store. There’s a reason why they are so busy. I still can’t figure out how they give me all the time that I need with they’re incredible patient. I’m also amazed that, though they have plenty of supplies, they don’t encourage me to buy anything though I love leaving the store with some kind of purchase especially chemicals that I’ve inquired about. They are saving me money with all of their suggestions & numerous free advice.I can’t say enough good things about this company! So glad I found them!

I guess Covid. Everyone is buying home outdoor furniture. Place was empty was hoping to feel the difference between quality and big box stores. Didnt feel anything.

Went in to exchange an item. Woman and young man was trying to help but need the store manager. They called him over think his name was Mike. He was very rude and treated us like we were children. Giving us an attitude,throwing his hands around, also verbal. Never step foot in that store.

Extremely rude over the phone. Stated they have no pool supplies(pumps, liners, or chemicals) in stock and cannot order them.... must have caught the gentleman answering phones on a bad day

Mike has been stellar through the entire process of ordering an odd shaped pool liner. And hes got a great personality to boot.I did not make it easy for him, but Mike laid out what he needed from me. Through the back and forth emails, he was super quick at responding and provided, accessed and delivered the information I needed to get the order in.Many thanks to you Mike!

Covid-19 friendly environment, great supply of Christmas trees and ornaments and other things to decorate your tree and home. They also sell swimming pools and chemicals to treat your pool or hot tub. They have a vast amount of assorted billiards tables and accessories to go with them, along with ping-pong tables and air hockey tables. In the spring and summer months they sell a assorted amount of patio furniture from relatively affordable to the more high end stuff. Besides the Foxboro,Mass. store they also have one on Rte. 9 in Natick,Mass. The service was great and the employees are very helpful and kind and courteous. The owners here in Foxboro and there store in Natick are not the prototypical let everyone else do the work, they are hands on and are out there with the employees getting their hands dirty and getting what needs to be done to make it the best experience possible.

Love this place! Our family does a yearly trip there at Christmas time to see the wonderful displays and buy special ornaments. As well as swimming pools and pool tables etc..year round.Everything is so nicely displayed, easy to locate what your looking for, wonderful service by employees. A trip worth making .

Mike and the entire team at Seasonal have been great to work with for our pool project! From the initial conversation, to sales and delivery and installation they have been excellent. During these quarantine times they have been amazing. While retail was in lockdown I ordered my pool chems and had curbside delivery. Today I was in-store, everyone super helpful.

My experience in buying a pool table was outstanding from my first visit to the store through actual installation. Mike was very knowledgeable and made the decision process easy . Pricing was fair with no surprising extras. Eric ‘s installation was amazing to watch and very professional. A real art form.If you are looking for a pool table this is the place to go.

Kept going w/water samples and still couldnt get the green out of my pool! Went to Easton pool supplies in walpole fot the gredn out 1st time!

I just purchased a new Oceanic above ground pool from Seasonal in Foxboro. Ive been going here 3 years now. Great water testing department and its free! All the staff is friendly and helpful. Matt, the Manager is very personable. Always answering my questions and defiently wants his customers to have a great experience and educates you as well.

We purchased a new pool this May and the staff at Seasonal Specialty Stores was excellent to deal with. Any questions we had they answered professionally and immediately. We would definitely do business with them again. :)

This store has the best customer service I have ever encountered. The owner took the time out to contact several reps from the company of my pool generator and went beyond to resolve my problem. I was completely satisfied. Excellent service!

Had a small selection of dart accessories and their prices were relatively cheap. They also had a nice selection of pool tables, shuffleboards, foosball, and many other table games. Theyre in the middle of a remodel so there is plenty of other things in there that were put away. Sport memorabilia and hot tubs.

Usually go here for dart supplies. Always a great selection of flights and shafts. Tried returning darts once without the original flights and was turned away. This lowered the rank because the flights that were sold with the darts were already busted. The set was used for testing, so any number of people could have used them before hand. The manager/employee was sort of condescending and refused the return. Again understandable but at least hear me out.

I actually do like going into this store to browse and look at things but when it comes time to buy I go someplace else since this place is outrageously priced. I priced out an air hockey and foosball table here and the prices are crazy high plus the delivery is just curbside and to have them bring it inside and set up it is another $75 which is a ripoff. They have a lot of Xmas items and the selection is pretty good but with the high prices you can get the same items at Amazon or even Target a mile up the road for half the price. They have some cool man cave items and signed pictures but again same thing, the prices are outrageous for those as well and you can find the same pieces at the Emerald Square Mall. Staff seems like they are doing you a favor waiting on you and God forbid you try and ask for help, you can either not find anyone or they are of no help. I would never go there for a hot tub if the prices on other things are this high! Skip it, it is a waste of time!
