Id like to start by saying avoid this location if you value good customer service!An order was placed on a Tuesday for next day delivery but the delivery didnt happen. We contacted the location and spoke to a gentleman who mentioned they were unable to deliver due to weather conditions which was a reasonable excuse but regardless that shouldve been communicated to us. We were reassured the delivery would go out the next day, Thursday.We called back on Thursday afternoon to reconfirm delivery and spoke to a terrible lady who was combative from the very beginning. She struggled to find our order and when she found it, mentioned we shouldve received the order yesterday which wasnt the case. She then proceeded to say it should now come in on Friday. This is now two days past the promised delivery date! She then proceeded to yell and curse at me for complaining about the poor service received and she hung up the phone.I will never patronize this location again and certainly wont recommend it to anyone.

Dont order from them or if you do, have a camera set up.The delivery driver damaged our property and ignored my emails requesting communication so I had to reach out to the corporate office. The store then refused to take responsibility, and when I stopped by the location at the suggestion of the corporate office I was screamed at by a very defensive and aggressive woman named Nancy. She refused to listen to logic, believe the photos we had, or accept fault.I would take your business elsewhere.

I am disappointed in this Edibles. I ordered before 4pm online and it allowed me to choose same day delivery. They then called me 10 minutes later to say that wasn’t possible. If it can’t be done then why did the computer let me order it? Just bad advertising. The women I spoke to was kind, through I would have hoped she could have made the delivery possible. I guess my review is just a reminder to order early because they won’t let you order later in the day.

I think I have written one review in my life but had to write one for an order I placed yesterday. At checkout I was offered the option of adding flowers to my purchase for $40. I chose to do so, thinking it was a nice addition offered by edible arrangements. I have attached a photo of the flowers that were sent with my arrangement. You can honestly get better quality at a grocery store for half the price. Not to mention that half of the flowers are dead. I am embarrassed that these were sent on my behalf. I absolutely do NOT recommend adding flowers to your purchase. Extremely disappointing and a waste of money.

Ordered some fruit at the foxboro location recently for my anniversary. My order never showed that day. Granted it was right before a holiday and they were swamped. I called the next day and they apologized and resent my order with extras. For me, things can happen especially during busy periods. It’s how the company responds to the problem that’s important and they did so appropriately.

I can’t say thank you enough for your work! I called these guys at 4:30pm. Their website said they close at 5:00pm. I asked for 13 fruit arrangements to be delivered ASAP to our neighbors as we needed to apologize quickly for some poor Air BnB guests who had been very noisy all weekend. Not only did they fulfill my order by 6:15pm, they also hand delivered every single order with the longest apology note, and didn’t charge me individual delivery fees since it was all on the same street. They were so nice and understanding, and I just appreciate their work ethic and going above and beyond for their client! In a world where service retailers have simply forgotten what customer service means, I am so grateful for you all! (It all looked fresh and yummy too! It made our neighbors very happy!)

I try to call today 2/14/21on Valentine’s Day trying to order some chocolate cover strawberry and this lady picked up and said that there wasn’t anymore and that they were close but on the website it said it was open until 7pm so I told her that and she was being very rude and said that she can’t fix the website and hang up on my face I call another location and they told me that wasn’t true that all edible are open till 7pm so I call back and spoke to Debbie the store manager and I told her what had happen and that she needs to find out who did that and take disciplinary action because that is not how customer should be treated and for an employee should represent a company I would not recommend anybody to this location the employee seem to be very rude and lazy they do not want to do there job never again will I go there again!!!!!!

Never received the delivery even after paying the higher holiday delivery fee ! or a phone call !Waste of $160 ! Waste of time waiting all day for this. Ordered an arrangement for family friends to brighten up their day as there had been a death in the family and Edible Arrangements came through. It was nice to have been able to bring a bit of happiness into their life during such a sad time.

Went there at noontime so busy she asked me to come back. I came back at 6. I wanted a rainbow and butterfly platter. She said she could not do that, why would she have me come back and say she cant do? if she knows she was going to be too busy why you have me wasting my time and come back. Ruin the occasion. Need more staff on holidays.

My son (5 year old) and I dropped in to pick up an order and had a great experience. The woman who greeted us was extremely friendly and helpful along with giving my son a free sample (needless to say he was very happy). He also got a smoothie which he said was delicious.

The Foxboro Massachusetts store went up and beyond my instructions for delivery. A death in a family had caused the recipient to travel and my order was delivered and send back. The store had held and delivered the same order to the neighbors on a Sunday evening so it was available for the family coming home after a long weekend of travel. The fox or owners of your store was great and understanding to deal with.Thank you

Placed my order on the website and they took care of the rest. First attempt was unsuccessful so I got an email notice making me aware and they took care of contacting the recipient to make sure the 2nd attempt was a completion. Have used this location a few time and have always been very satisfied with their work.
