Cloud MIS just installed an outdoor tv and speakers for me and I could not be happier. I cannot say enough good things about CloudMIS. I could have spent hours researching TVs and still would not get better suggestions than with a 10 min. call with them. When my husband and I decided to gut our family room and start over, part of that process was installing a home theater system. Luckily we completed the project pre Coronavirus so we have been able to happily quarantine at home with a media system that literally knocks our socks off and shakes the house. Great experience! We had Cloud mMIS come in to evaluate and figure out how to deal with weak and unreliable WiFi. Our provider just kept telling us we needed more speed which meant more $$$. We have an old colonial house - so lots of small rooms, halls = tons of lathe and plaster. The result for WiFi was weak signal bouncing around.After Brian and his crew installed the system (without changing WiFi speed!) we have solid connectivity. Kids can do their gaming and videos while we can do our Skype/Hangout/Zoom meetings and other work.Really impressed and easy to work with.

Last year my systems remote control was beginning to fail; it had been five years since it was first installed. I contacted my original service provider, their proposal to replace the outdated and worn-out remote control device was extremely high. I asked around on a local bulletin board for recommendations for AV installers and received several positive referrals to Cloud MIS. After my initial email I received a response within 15 minutes and had an appointment set up for the next day. I received their quote the next day and it was for less than half of the other providers and for comparable hardware. The install was a week later and everything went extremely well. I have since used Cloud MIS to replace a subwoofer. I highly recommend Cloud MIS!
