Just got off the phone with Alretta Truck Parts. Ive never spoken with an individual that made me so quickly decide that I do not want to do business.The words rude and condescending do not quite go far enough.I said I was looking for M300 vacuum booster... and before I could even state what exactly I wanted from this business, this guy asks me if thats all I want from him, and then launched into a full minute tirade on part availability and the fact that he was a master of his craft due to 35 years of experience, and my supposed inability to find the correct parts on my own, ranging from brake shoes, cables, hoses, drums, and master cylinder.The worst customer service and call I have been a party to in my 23 years of rare and special interest automotive restorations and repair.

Alretta, and Geoffrey, are the best! Ive dealt with him twice now, and both times were awesome. First was for an unusual setup, a V10 Diesel Touareg. Not only did he get me all the pads rotors and misc parts, I got the specialized tools required for the job. This week I got all 4 corners for my F250 Superduty - pads, rotors and calipers- and again it was smooth as silk. Incredibly good shipping too... being in Alaska I was shocked that I got a couple hundred pounds of brake parts shipped 2nd day for as cheap as I did. Geoffrey is a miracle worker!

Im not sure to which Alretta Truck Parts the previous three reviews have been referring, but Ive dealt with them twice now and my experience has been nothing short of outstanding. The parts they stock are of excellent quality and are reasonably priced, and the service is lightning-quick. Geoff is a very knowledgeable and pleasant person to deal with, and he usually responds to emails immediately. Even though I live on the opposite side of the country, Alretta Truck Parts is my only source for brake parts for our Touareg. To anyone visiting from the Club Touareg forums: do not hesitate to order your parts from Alretta. Highly recommended.
