Nothing feels better than dealing directly with local shop owners, you have personal communication with a genuinely friendly person who just wants to help you out, it also helps that he and his whole staff have a great sense of humor. I bought my car from them about a year ago and I have had all my service done here for this this whole year. I have had no issues and though I bought my car used, it came with a warranty from this shop, nothing feels better than driving with peace of mind that if anything fails it is covered.
