This target is going down hill quick. All through peak of covid this was my go to spot and I had no issues. In the last month I have gone a handful of times and every time the shelves are completely empty. Photos here are from two separate visits about 4 days apart.

Ive become a big fan of Target lately. They have fairly quick service; often have good prices; the website is little fuss to use. BEFORE you just automatically order from that big box store in the cloud that we ALL order from, check Target out first. Could easily get it faster and at the same or a better price.

Target always has a great selection of products at very reasonable prices. I usually shop in person, but once in awhile on-line/pickup in store. I have also had a good experience doing this.

Hi. Karen here. What the heck is going on at this place ? They are out of everything all the time. Honestly, it looks like they’re going out of business in most isles, produce is gross (if they have what you need) the only good thing about this location is that the self check out people are always helpful and quick. I went once last week, they were out of whole milk, coffee creamer, cold brew, TP, little kids hair elastics, most of the other hair accessories, juice boxes and alwayssssss almost out of up and up baby wipes. The Marlboro location is like Nordstrom compared to Framingham.

My daughter and I love shopping at Target. The store carries most everything my family and I need, and then some. I could spend hours there, and I have. Thank you Target for being my home away from home.

Love Target. This location has phenomenal curbside service. Every time I use it, they are outside with my items within a couple minutes! Friendly and helpful staff too.

We have been coming here for years. Everyone is always helpful. Service is top notch. We never have to wait to long if at all and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. It is a pleasure to visit the store.

Target always has everything I need and i love this store. Employee Andrew is amazing. Everytime i go he answers all my questions on product availability and the cashiers are amazing. Super nice.

Very clean and superb customer service. Upon registering in their Baby Gift Registry List, I was easily able to claim a free Welcome Baby Kit from the store - the freebies are so nice, really useful. Love it!

This Target recently launched an interesting partnership with Lapels Dry Cleaning. You can drop off your laundry for wash/dry/fold or dry cleaning at the lockers at the store. That way you can get your shopping and laundry done at the same time! You need the Lapels Dry Cleaning App to do it (can get it from the IOS or Google Play Store). Lapels also offers delivery for certain addresses, which is great.

Amazing service. everyone there was really nice. and cashier even cracked a few friendly jokes. it was a great experience. would 10/10 recommend this place to a friend!

The employees know their stuff and were very helpful. Even when the product I was looking for was moved to the other end of the store to make way for the holiday products the sales associate was able to direct me right to it. Service desk people were excellent. The waiting line moved right along very speedily

Its not what it used to be. Selection, quality and service have all declined. Its still very clean. Its hard to get our of the parking lot at busy times.

Every single time, without fail, that i order a pickup order, items are canceled due to being out of stock and i receive produce that is going bad. Once they forgot 3 items because it was in a separate bag. And they don’t really give you time to check.

Target is look clean and beautiful.Their price is affordable on a lots stuff.I was looking for a bike but doesnt a lots choices.

David from the tech area was amazing. He patiently helped my parents to figure the chip and cellphone thing until get it resolved.

Im one of those shoppers who goes directly to the clearance racks. Since starting a small nonprofit in 2015, Im always on the lookout for great deals...sizes we dont have in stock, immediate/specific request for a person/family in need. This last trip I was able to purchase several things for larger ladies living at local womens shelter. Great stuff for them! Logging in was a nasty experience., Site didnt remember my password. doing a password reset was tedious and frustrating. Nearly sent me back to AMAZON where transactions are a piece of cake.

First of all, it wasnt remotely clear that to get curbside pick up I had to download your app, so in the end I had to go into your store which is exactly what I did not want to have to do. Even before then, three of the items I ordered were deleted at the very last minute without any recourse. Then when I got the food to the car, I saw I had been given a cauliflower that was literally completely rotten, so I had to go back into the store again to have it replaced. However, when I got home with the rest of the groceries, I saw that I had been given a half spoiled broccoli and three spoiled grapefruit as well, so I am telling all my friends to avoid using Target. I am appalled that you would take advantage of your curbside customers in this way.

Your framingham store is awful a man in the store yelling and saying bad words and everyone was looking cant the manager at this store control whats going on there something needs to be done you need under cover there watching it was bad and people saying they will not be back

I was racially profiled at self check out by an employee, in the process of paying for my merchandise a worker was standing right behind me to see if I was stealing anything. This occurred at the Framingham MA Target. You should have better training for workers so that this doesnt ever happen to anyone again! Especially if you are trying to market to a diverse community!

Great staff! Their customer service department is so understanding and willing to work with you. You get the sense that they are actually treating you like a human being and not another cog in the ever-rolling wheel that continues to bring disgruntled humbugs their way.

I went to Target directly from Macys. Target had far more staff and they were able both to answer questions & interested in doing so. I appreciated that when there was an issue at the register, the cashier was able to make a decision on her own to resolve it, quickly & reasonably.

Store staff has attitude. not welcoming at all

It was a terrible experience. I used curbside pickup because I am at high risk if I get the virus. The associate who brought out my groceries opened the rear passenger door behind me (the driver) in an attempt to put the packages in the back seat rather than the trunk whic was open. If sick, the associate who was not wearing a mask exposed me to the virus. I immediately called the store manager (Samantha) who promised to talk to the associate and get back to me. She did not.

The family and friends shop at Target for years . It is a great guess experience.

Its a great target to shop at.. clean, easy to find what you need.. but recently I had a incident with a employee named Kelly, I believe he is head cashier.. anyway Im always shopping at this target and he was the first employee who gave me a very hard Time.. He puts himself first before customer satisfaction.. I never knew that you couldnt do discount on top of discount because always shopping at target I never had a problem, its something that Ive always done. I even have saved receipts that show prove. But Kelly on the other hand started to give me a hard time, he was very angry involving a lot of people that gave him different answers. He didnt want to complete the transaction. And Im letting him know that Ive done it before because I have prove.. either way what he was telling me could have been right but instead of giving me a hard time he could have let it slid the first time and let me know as of next time it can not be done.. thats satisfying me as a customer and he as well is doing his job the right way.

Store is clean and well organized. Staff are difficult to find but that seems to be the case with any department store now! If you can find one, theyre helpful.

This is a big Target, has a grocery section including fresh produce. They carry a large variety of products. There is a Starbucks inside. It seems like there is always a bit of a wait at the registers even at off times. Its clean and well organized.

I had one of the rudest experiences I have ever had shopping at Target. the cashier was not at all interested in being there, which was obvious. He stood there and watched me bag my own items and didnt assist. He also started checking out the person behind me while I was still bagging my stuff. I was shopping at Framingham, MA location and do not recommend. It is disappointing since I am a regular shopper there.

It isnt super special but this store has the stuff you need for fair prices.

Always great prices. I look here first for deals they silently seem to undercut all types of other companies. Now the service isnt the greatest but the self serve Kiosks can always get you out the store fast.

It’s always neat and clean. The staff are always friendly and willing to help me ( I’ve been to other Targets where staff couldn’t be bothered to help or passed the buck) I always have a positive experience in Framingham.

Shelves are a mess; totally unorganized. Most items are not priced or are priced incorrectly. 4 out of 5 items I did a price check on where not in the system and according to employees could not be sold. Clearance prices are store dependent, and this Target always has the worse clearance prices by far of any in the area. Most clearance items are either priced higher than true market value or have already been salvaged and are unsellable. Cashiers are generally friendly, but other store employees are not very useful. Not sure I can really blame them considering how disorganized the store is.

I can usually get in and out ok, especially if I gave the app to tell me where everything is. But there is a serious cashier shortage here. Always lines. Even on a Saturday they only have 2 or 3 lines open plus self checkout. I know it says theyre hiring, but theyre clearly not doing a very good job.

Needed a rug and pet food

The shelves were well stocked for a busy Sunday. My main issue was a worker who was manning the self-check out area. There was a logjam of carriages and customers. I moved another customers carriage out of the way around the corner as it was blocking the entire path. The carriage was still next to the customer who has many large items.The worker loudly reprimanded me to take my carriage with me next time. If he had actually paid attention or asked his co-worker who was standing at their station watching me, he would have realized I never had a carriage or that I moved another carriage in front of his station.It is fine to deal with entitled customers, but you need to double check with co-workers or fully view the situation.

Always better than walmart in terms of crowd and experience. Target Red card offers discounts and other perks like free shipping. Starbucks within Target is another added bonus. Parking is great but can get crowded on busy days. Watch out for erratic and crazy drivers near the pedestrian crossing..

Good, although sometime some parts of the stores are messy. You know what you are getting here, and it is good to have them nearby for the things I need.
