I worked remotely yet closely with Jon Grocer on the 2020 FHS seniors signs and banners project during the pandemic (about 530 lawn signs, and (2) 4X20 fence banners). He was always very responsive...even to e-mails sent outside of store hours. There were some design edits that he listened to and made adjustments for, and there were a few signs that needed reprinting (no fault of his). He was very patient and attentive during the whole process. His price was very fair as well. If you are considering this company, you should get a price quote and go for it. You will be in good hands.
