Love this place, I did most of my Christmas shopping there this year. Best part is they take the expired coupons and they dont care how many you have theyll apply them all in the same transaction. Great customer service friendly staff and if you order online as I did Fast Delivery always. And thats not only for this location Ive been to many! Never had a bad experience.

The store has a wide variety of goods for the kitchen which are often hard to find in other stores. I love that they accept the old coupons which makes shopping here a good value. Their World Market section has some great products. The store is always well maintained and staff is helpful.

I came into the store with my mom and sister on 2/12/2020 for a very specific set of sheets that were on sale and advertised in their flyer. After searching the section 3 times, I went to find an employee for help and ran into Coreen. I asked her if they were in a different section and she said “go to the sheet room and I will call someone to meet you there”. I accepted this answer and she watched me and my sister return to the sheet section of the store, but no one came to help. Another employee came over to us 10 minutes later and we asked him for help. He told us that because the sheets were in the flyers, they pulled them from the shelves and put them in the back room. Apparently, Coreen was telling us to go out back and get the sheets ourselves and Bed Bath and Beyond thinks the way to sell items in their sale papers is by hiding it in the back room? Less than thrilled with this experience.

Excellent experience. I was hesitant about reserving digital frame online. Did so and it was there next day for me to pick up and pay for as promised with prompt notification to let me know. Also received 20% off coupon on next purchases which I have already used.

Went for sheets and a cloth mattress cover. Lol they didnt have it for a twin. Lousy selection and way over priced. They said they could order it. Now I know why Amazon is the true king of shopping.

I visited this place to pick some crockery for a relative and they did display an array choices which did match their needs. We also browsed the bedsheets and some electrical fittings. The items are organised to find them with ease. The spread and layout of the asiles are good.

I usually like shopping in this store for the wonderful selection. But the staff today were horrible. Brady specifically. I was going to checkout and saw the light on in one of the free counters so walked to it. She looked at me as though I was stealing stuff and says “u come when we call”Wtf was the attitude seriously

Check out person was very rude. There are never any employees to help. There is also never enough check out people, so you spend more time standing in the check out line than you do shopping.

Always well-stocked and organized. Havent ever seen a big line here. They have a nice section that not all of them have which has imported foods & goodies (I think as part of a partnership with Cost Plus).

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Bed Bath and Beyond in Framingham, Ma. I was overwhelmed at the prospect of shopping for a new home. We literally needed everything. Sharon Cohen stepped up as my personal shopper and walked through the store with me helping me pick out everything I needed. She helped me with decor advice and was so helpful and knowledgeable about the products I needed. She also informed me ahead of time about upcoming sales and promotions so I was able to save money! Rude employees and gives you attitude. They try to avoid helping. The cash register lady I had was super rude and rolled her eyes at me.

I was impressed with the selection of merchandise at this store, its almost as if a CVS was squeezed inside the store with all the convenience goods and other food stuffs that were available. Definitely worth a visit if you need goods for your home. This is not the bed bath and beyond i remember from ten years ago, its much better!

I made my purchase on line for curbside pick up, and within fifteen minutes, had a text that my order was ready. Drove to store, notified them I was there and within five minutes a very friendly associate came out with my order.

Store is neat and organized. The staff are usually friendly and helpful. I only wish there were more staff on the floor to answer questions.

Why did they remove the option for a separate cash register for in store pickup? Theres literally no point in waiting in line for 10 minutes to pick something up. This is why these retailers continue to fall miserably when competing with Amazon.
