Faulty dispensers, terrible customer service. My lumina dispenser died 8 months later and ready refresh replaced it with another that had faulty wiring. Upon first use, the dispenser made a loud pop sound followed by a burning plastic smell. I emailed customer support but have not heard back, it’s been a week. My wife is pregnant and needs to be constantly hydrated so not happy with the reliability and support of this company. And to add more salt to the wound, they charge $5 to speak to customer support!!! Lost my business ready refresh

Waste place i have been to! Guy took my number and didnt call i had to go to the office 7hr after i got there to find out why i havent been loaded yet, there excuse was there was a change of shift

Waiting time for a door 6+ hours

The place never answer the phone just go in the gate and wait in your truck until he comes towards you you need a hard hat vest and steel toe boots nice people here. After that they will tell you to go park by a place called dunken donuts. Ask for directions if need it.

Keeps rescheduling orders and notification is so delayed.

Called Tuesday regarding my water delivery, was promised delivery Friday, on Friday at 5 pm called because delivery was not made, was not given any explanation as to why my order had not arrived, was simply told sorry, this is an unacceptable answer and is creating me an unnecessary hardship. Nestle has been very unreliable for months now and if I could I would have went with another provider.

Very tight in there. Workers are nice enough. One way traffic gets held up often.

Here for work, its a plant that fills and distributes 5 gallon jugs of spring water from Maine for delivery to home and office.
