Lack of communication amongst each other here. I called them the day before yesterday to inform them of the load of insulation I was bringing and no one said anything about appointment times. I arrived and they told me I was supposed to be here early in the morning and the guy that unloads said he didnt even know he was getting insulation so I had to wait over an hour as he made room. Took just over 4 hours to deliver and I was the only dry van here.
