The customer support sustem.is largely rum by matured. When you try to get upper level support on a complex issue you often find it unavailable or with an terminable wait.
Spencer was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I was in and out in 5 mins. I swapped out a box and he talked about cell service and I was still out in 5 mins. Completely Amazing. I wish all my stops at Comcast were like this! 👍🏽👍🏽
The terrible customer service at this company just gave me the final push over the edge I needed to cancel my Xfinity account once and for all. Good riddance. My blood pressure will thank me.

I arrived on Sunday and was greated by Lance.. I mentioned to him that my equipment was eligible for an upgrade and also my TV box was locking up weekly.. Lance was very attentive and understanding. Lance then reviewed my account and said that I was due for an equipment upgrade. I didnt have my old equipment with me and Lance said thats not a problem..I was provided with the updated equipment and he showed me on the display unit how to install the new equipment. Once I got home all setup was seamless. When I came back on Monday I was welcomed with a friendly smile from a nice lady and a gentleman took my old equipment with a no problem personality.. This overall was a great experience for something I was unsure of how to do.. thanks to all..

I am being a customer over 7 years I went to the store because it is being very frustrated our service at home and the manager was very disrespectful with my husband. Now I am more disappointed with xfinity than before. Bad service and HORRIBLE customer service.
If you can at all get a different provider for Television and internet service in Framingham, you absolutely should. My television and internet service is horrific, in fact my TV is unwatchable every single day. I have complained a half dozen times, Ive had 3 separate technicians come to my home and every time they tell me the same thing, the signal coming into my building is weak, likely from aged wiring that needs to be replaced. I am repeatedly assured that it will be fixed but nothing is done. The local technicians have come to my home twice and both times they are incredulous that they need permission from my neighbor to wire the building. Ive given them all the contact information they need, and they do NOTHING. I spend over $130 a month and receive television signal that looks like a 1990s payperview scrambled signal. Its unconscionable, this local monopoly is rearing its ugly head. When I went to the Framingham store to complain the first response I received was So? You want to cancel? I WOULD GLADLY CANCEL IF I HAD LITERALLY ANY OTHER OPTION, BUT I DONT. BE WARNED, Comcasts service is as horrible as their customer service and their prices. Avoid this company at all costs.

Waited 15 mins to be told I couldnt return a box because im not authorized on the account. Picked up and dropped off equipment at the Burr St office just a few months ago and Im still the same person.
A really bad experience with these guys, a technician came and tried to sell as an additional part instead of just installing a new rauter. When we asked him to just return everything back to its place he did it and didnt even wait when we asked him to see that everything is working he ran away. We waited 2 hours with an unprofessional technician. A wait of time and nerves. Im never going to return them again.
