Rafa installed a all in one subwoofer a couple months back and did an awesome job. I came in yesterday because I messed with the wiring and ripped a few wires and he fixed it for me at no charge. Hi Guys thank you so much for the business, I do my best for ever one and I like take care all with the services .

I left plyers in my hood and and noticed they were on Rafas work desk after he shut the hood of my car to connect the battery.So I asked him did he see my plyers and he said they are in fact in my trunk. I wait and watch him sneak them back where they wasnt, in my trunk. Then after hes done he keeps my box, manual and harness straps for his collection stash, (Im Guessing). He kept my box/packaging which ended up in his dumpster.. I came back next day to get my property I wanted and assumed he knew that I wanted them. He was not there but I dug in his dumpster to find my straps and manual and found the box in the dumpster but nothinginside. By now hes back so I ask Rafa if he has my straps or manual and he pretended he cant speak english well, all of a sudden. Now my unstrapped speaker moves and a wire is disconnected. I paid him 150 dollars for this type of work and had all my wires already. Hes steals whenever he can so you know hes overcharging for everything He was rude and unstable when l tryed to dialogue with him about his practices .He did his bestshrugging me off. When it comes to his customer skills hes lost. Now Im just his latest victim. I got robbed and itsso petty but the principles of his thieving ways is making me upset? Sneaky liar and a slacker. Hes very unprofessional yet he seems to yearn for respect like hes legit. Skimming type petty thug. The guywas really bringing me to the point of taking back from him like he did tome. He wont make it like this.

I went to Rafa sound to have a radio installed on my Volkswagen. Couldnt be more pleased with the experience as a customer. The price was extremely reasonable and the customer service I received was fantastic. Very friendly and open atmosphere, will come here for all my car audio needs in the future.

Rafa is very good at what he does. He put subs in my gf 2014 ford escape with the stock stereo system. All wires are hidden and have not had an issue other than a fuse in 3 years.So I also brought my newly acquired 2012 Vovlo S60 to him and it was a little bit more of a challenge but he smashed it out of the park. Professional installation does do it justice. His work is thorough and comes with his word that if something happens, you can bring it back to him to fix!For anyone looking to get subs installed this is your man. Thanks again Rafa. God bless!

Went there for speakers and amp. He charged me $680.00 When it was finally done the stereo did not work. I brought my car back a number of times but he was always to busy to fix it. Now I am out $680.00 and no car stereo. .

Rafa just installed my remote car starter on a 2003 Jeep Grand Cherokee. It has rocked my world! I love it. Rafa was a great price, fast service, informative, friendly and stand behind their work. We had Rafa install a remote starter for our 2009 Subaru Forester, and we were very pleased with the experience. The price was very competitive and the final price we paid was exactly what Rafa had quoted over the phone. The entire process went smoothly, from scheduling to drop off to installation and pick-up. After the installation Rafa took the time to walk through using the starter, and it has worked exactly as expected for the 3 months that since weve had it installed. Installed an amp and subwoofer in my car and a sub control under my dash all the work was really clean and professional. Got quotes from 4 audio places this was by far the cheapest and A+ quality work

Ive used this Rafa Sound twice and both times the service was punctual and very professional, they definitely know their trade, and the Manager obviously takes great pride and care in the work that they do. Ive suffered the chain stores poor service, novice installers and additional fees for over 9 years so I could have the latest gear, BUT NO LONGER! I cant recommend this company strongly enough. Call this guy first if you ever need anything for your vehicle.

Couldnt be more satisfied with the quality of work done at Rafa. I had Rafa install a subwoofer and amp and I cant believe how amazing the system sounds. Rafa was very helpful, customer service was flawless, and professional. I would deffanitly reccomend this shop. I also got to see the other employees install window tints which they did an amazing job. I plan on coming back here to do more work, and Im happy that I found Rafa sound. Good man.

I recently bought an older red truck, and went to Rafa Sound with my old stereo (from high school) to have installed. I worked with Rafa directly, and he was very cheerful and helpful. He did not try to upsell me to other newer stereos, and was quick to order the parts needed, shipped for the next day. I called him twice at random times that week between work-shifts in the area, both times with only 2 hours to spare. Rafa was able to get me in immediately both days (one time for front speakers + stereo; another time for rear speakers). I was very pleased with their work, speed, and helpful disposition. I would absolutely recommend Rafa Sound to anyone interested in car audio equipment!

Cheap remote start installing, but they lost the button to the center console and after 1 week I started getting shorts and blowing fuses. When I called and complained about owning the car (2004 subaru wrx) for over five years and never having an electric problem except after bringing it here, the response was, But the remote started still works? Highly recommend paying a few hundred more to go somewhere that will do it right.

This is the best plce in Framingham to get all your stereo needs and thair all at a fair price. I whent to see how much best buy will charge and they sed they will do it for 250 and I will not be able to get it done until next months and they did my first after market radio and they did not do it the right way and they tested the withering up to the point where I can not do it my selfie so I when to Rafa Sound and felt with Dafa him self and I asked him how much will it be to put one in for a 1997 jeep grand Cherokee and he sed it will be 100 buck flat no more just 100 bucks and he was so happy and nice so I sed why not and that same day he wanted to put my radio in and I sed I can I will have to wait for my pay check to come in and now here it is Wednesday and he was still happy to put my radio in and I realy recommend coming here even if you dont live in Framingham you should still come here no matter what and I watched him put my radio in and he knew what he was doing dont go anywhere els but here you will not regret it

Horrible,They were supposed to tint my windows. I waited for 4 hours and nothing. They apologized and made an appointment for the next day at 10:00am. I drop my car off the next day and he said it will be done by 12. I go pick up my car and nothing has been done too it. Two days of waiting around for literally nothing to be done to my car..

Bad for buiesness i had my wife bring my sons car to tint the Windows when picking up the car ..Owner had his worker drive & park the car near a curb taking a chunk out of the rim . my wife was very disappointed and called the dealer ship where the car was bought and was told they cannot fix it .she would have to buy a whole new rim. He refused and stated he would have someone buff it out . dealer said if its a scratch yes if its ruff no way ! He called swearing saying innoprate language to my wife ..BE AWARE ! BAD FOR BUIESNESS

Completely and totally disorganized

As a long-time SPL competitor, I wanted to support a local car audio shop to source a bulk pack of sound deadener. Their storefront showcases the high-end brands that Ive come to respect, and the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Although there is room for improvement with regard to their business practices (minimalist receipt, minimal communication), I ended up with a quality product at a reasonable price. The owner will go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction, and he seems ingrained in the local community. Hopefully Ill see the Rafa Sound crew at a few car shows and competitions this year.

They installed the remote start. But it wouldnt work because of door lutch. I ordered the part. They charged me $160.00 to replace 3 hour of labor when i think is no more then a hr.

Be careful with this place, I came here looking for a installation of a pioneer radio, the owner told me that I need to buy a few extra parts to make antenna works, which it was a big lie, I took my car to best buy installation squad, and they found a wireless attached to the radio antenna with which this place was trying to make an interference between my new radio and the antenna. Never trust the owner of this place.Be careful with this place, I came here to have a radio installed, and the owner told me that I would need some extra parts for the radio to work well, which was a lie because the radio was new. I took it to install a best buy and they found a cable tangled in the antenna, they had put that cable in this place. Never trust the owner of this business.
