We had creative carpet install around 1000sq ft of carpet in our basement and couldn’t be happier. The owners were super friendly and didn’t try to push us into anything in particular. They even discouraged us from spending extra on fancy carpet pads and the overall price included a great pad and installation and was extremely competitive. The installers were very friendly and completed the whole job in a few hours including a set of steps. We were extremely pleased with our experience at Creative carpet after initially considering quite a few big box stores and other sellers. I would highly recommend them. Friendly, reasonably priced and professional!

I cant say enough wonderful things about Joe and Andy, I have used their expertise for more than 20 years, every time I moved I had them install the carpets. I would never even think of using anyone else. They worked with me when I had an issue with the carpet I had chosen. We could not be happier with the service we received from creative carpet! Joe was very patient with us as we kept postponing the job due to family issues. When we were finally able to schedule the job, Shane & his assistant (the installers) were absolutely fabulous. From the initial visit to measure our rooms, Joe gave us really good advice, and saved us a lot of money. Everything was completed in two days and there was not a speck of dust remaining when they were done. Now that the job is completed it is absolutely gorgeous. A plus!
