We love Edible Arrangements - both for sending awesome gifts and getting them of course! last week was my first time getting a fruit bucket - WERE ALL OF THE FRUITS WERE BAD !!! I dont know if its relevant but the driver dropped them was in a regular car and not as always in a cooled dedicated car. Not only the fruits were bad (not even for a bite) the strawberry had mold on it - not sure for how long it was not refrigerated / old. Very bad experience - while i assume we wont stop buying from edible arrangements - i do think the Framingham branch is off the list.--- following their response Ive sent them an email with the same complain.--- Update 2 10.22 - As theyve replied to this review by maybe trying to fix the bad impression we had - guess what - ive emailed them on the email theyve shared in the reply to this review - and guess what? NOTHING. theyve never responded. - really bad experience and a super bad taste in the mouth.....

What I ordered vs what was delivered. If I started with the lack of chocolate in this chocolate dipped box I could possibly go on all day. Sad.Updated to add: they did call me but I missed the call. When I was able to return the call, they had closed. The recording stated to leave a message after the tone but the tone never came. It just kept looping back to the recording. I will try back when they open in the morning, but this is not a good sign.

I cannot say enough great things about Edible Arrangements in Framingham! Their product selection is fantastic and includes all price points. Their website is easy to use with quick delivery when needed. But, most of all, they helped me when I made an error in the delivery address - their customer service is exceptional!! I will use them again for all upcoming special occasions!!!

Came out great! Strawberries were huge and tasty. Pinapple were delicious as well. I reccomend the Framingham store.

Sadly every time my fiancé tried to surprise, it was never delivered on time . Delivery service could be improved

Nothing to do with the fact that the arrangement was delivered 1-2 hours late, and everything to do with the customer service. We were upset the order would be late and the lady on the phone laughed off our complaint and stated there was nothing that could be done.My mom finally got the arrangement, waiting an extra hour at her job (so much for surprise) and told us the delivery man seemed irritated, handed the bouqet and left without a word.We usually order from the Milford location and I guess we’re sticking to that from now on.

Sent chocolate covered strawberries. They were delivered as directed and the recipient was so happy with them! Edible arrangements always provides a quality fruit product.

I called them at 9:30am to ask for a delivery before 2pm and they were at my boyfriend’s work place at 11:00am.He was so happy, as you can see it was full of strawberries. He loved it so much, it made both of our days.

Staff was pleasant and very nice, would definitely go back.

We were thrilled when our daughter called and was sooo excited to receive her chocolate covered strawberries. The service was fast and easy! Thank you

Worse service ever!! Father’s Day and they don’t have a delivery time frame they open at 10am called to see when my order would be delivered she said she doesn’t know. I said we are leaving at 12 so we won’t be home after that. She said I will try get them there before. I called at 12 noon she said the driver is 5 miles away to pick up the order now should bring it there in an hour ..they close at 3pm! What kinds of service is this? Never order from this store again!

I love this company. Been using them for appx 4 years and never had an issue. Once I had to change the delivery address on the day of delivery and the associate handled it with no problem.

Fruit looked old, out of season. Not even close to the right color or size of container shown on the website. Ive used edible arrangements of numerous occasions and until now, I gave always been satisfied.

Always a great gift for special occasion. Only problem is I cant stop eating them

Edible arrangement was my favorite into management change always was able to get what I needed use discounts or coupons and be offered package deals or seasonal discounts new management seemed as if I was wasting her time and she had better things to doGiven the better customer service that I had in the past was willing to spend hundreds rekindled my money and walked out do not spend your money were you are not respected you’re going in there to buy something to make someone else feel better or yourself and you should never feel like you’re not worth the time of the person selling to you

Having had a good experience with the Edible Arrangements in New City where I live, I decided to give the Framingham franchise a try when I wanted to contribute to a family celebration but could not be there in person. What I got from my internet-based order was exceptional on-time delivery service and superbly fresh fruits in spectacular arrangements. My son and daughter-in-law were thrilled. Ive placed several additional distance orders and the MetroWest Edible Arrangements has surpassed expectations every time. I highly recommend them.

I was very disappointed when my brother and his wife called to thank me for my thoughtfulness in sending a condolence arrangement but shared the fact that the fruit was not ripe and tasteless.I have both sent and received wonderful arrangents from Edible Arrangements and have never been dissatisfied.I emailed customer service who responded immediately and advised I would be contacted by the delivery location.I received a follow up phone message from Irene at the Framingham Ma.location who apologized and advised that she had called my brother ....offered her apology and set up delivery for a new arrangement with an upgrade of chocolate covered strawberries. The arrangement was delivered that day and WONDERFUL!!This is customer service to the max. Kudos to Edible Arrangements and especially to Irene in Framingham.
