Never go there to buy ps4 or Xbox. They even do not put items out and even no bar code to scan. Unfriendly sales and I had so bad experience to buy items there. I think they are doing business under employees

It’s a decent store, mostly well stocked (except certain sections?), always chaotic on weekends. For some reason they haven’t carried distilled water for weeks. The garden center is ok for outdoor gardening but they don’t sell pots or many items for indoor plants.

One checkout open with a person & after waiting 20 minutes in line, the cashier couldnt activate the phone cards so I had to go to the back of the store to another register to get them activated, wasted so much time in the line waiting for nothing... get some experienced cashiers if you are only going to have one register open... not hard to figure out...

Good location and convenient access for shoppers and its within minutes to store from major highways.Store is clean and user-friendly, staff members are courteous. Store has great varieties of home goods and food items for shoppers to select!With a vision center, it makes this store a more preferable stop for shoppers to have their vision needs taken care of and shopping needs fulfilled there!

My cashier, I wish I knew her name because she was excellent! I had a LOT of groceries and she made sure my bags were double bagged and didnt rip apart. Then offered to watch my cart (I needed a second) so I could take one to my car. Very nice & accommodating. Was in around 930 on Saturday

Went looking for a new vacuum, found one I liked but they didnt have the color in store so I went home and ordered it online. It came within 2 weeks and it works great. We got the Bissell PowerForce Helix in purple.

I was in sporting good trying to purchase something behind the glass doors, waited 45 minutes total and walked around asking for workers to send someone. Guy finally came over with keys and they werent the right ones... now Im currently waiting in the customer service line.

If I could give zero stars I would. The store itself was dirty and unorganized, but the bathrooms were DISGUSTING. All sinks clogged and full of dirty water, 9 out of 10 toilets were clogged and full of TP and feces. All feminine hygiene disposals were overflowing, paper towels dispensers were empty.

Im not sure whats going on here, or if they have a staffing shortage. I just dropped by to get some drinks and snacks. They had NO ONE managing cash registers, and the line for the self-checkout went to the back of the store because of this. Even other customers where angrily complaining and asking what was going on. I have NEVER seen a Walmart like this. I wasnt going to wait that long just to buy myself a Gatorade so I put it back on the shelf and left.

The lady at the self check out is horrible and need to learn personal space . Not everyone want to steal your $0.10 brown paper bags. Please open up more registers I am going to write a letter to the store manager and the president.

Best place to get fresh fruits, bakery, toys and many more

In this Walmart there is a cashier man who always uses the wireless scanner directly on your cart, YOU must be careful he scans the same item 2-3 times and to claim it is truly a headache if you have left the store. I had a very bad experience yesterday when he didnt care that I was putting my items on the leash as it should be. He quickly went to my cart and began to move everything that was left saying that I have a lot of things and that that is his easiest way scanning everything but really more than once and I mentioned it to him but he was not interested. Always be on the lookout is very annoying really.

A fairly typical Wal-Mart, one of the few places you can walk out with binoculars, frozen pizza, and a spray can. Note: this is not a Super Center so it doesnt have every department. For example, no camping gear. I was also surprised by the selection of foods, although it is mainly processed and packaged.

Ugh... mental note to myself... Stay away from this crusty Walmart. Trashy, no stock and rude. Associates screaming at each other from one end of the store to the other, in whatever gibberish they were babbling.

I go all the time and they always have what im looking for!

They can have long lines and tend to be busy, but they tend to have everything I need here! Always a good spot to stop on the way home if youre missing something.

This Walmart is definitely not my favorite. They are missing so many products that every Walmart has. For example they don’t any fresh produce, raw chicken, or fish products which is very frustrating. Every time I go the shelves are always empty and there’s boxes everywhere and everything is disorganized. I used to love to go to Walmart and got excited I’d be moving across the street from one, sadly they disappointed me and I am now a frequent shopper at Wegmans and Target.

Whoever owns this Walmart should be ashamed of themselves. The employees are overwhelmed and overworked. Do better or I will be calling the BBB.

Ehh its a Walmart. Super busy at times. Registers are always understaffed, which forces you to use self checkout. Which most folks still dont know how to use properly.

What a joke. Management is seriously slacking in this store. Two registers with personel plus the Self-Scan attendant with at minimum 45 people standing in lines so long you couldnt traverse the front of the store. In the aisles, employees were very blatantly blocking aisles with the Pick-Up carts and/or stocking carts (like literally perpendicular in the aisle). One lady on register 2 kept stopping between or during customers to walk to the back of the line to tell people her line was closed. She did this multiple times just to wind up having her relief cashier relieve her while the line was still growing (dont even understand why she was trying to get people to move lines when there were literally only 3 choices). Management nowhere to be seen at front of store. One employee nonchalant stocking the candy and gum and register goodies at the closed registere, just watching the 3 lines of customers grow continuously. To top it all off most of the shelves were bare. Store was blatantly understaffed or the few front end staff who werent already on a register were choosing to hide from the rush (and I dont blame them). Store wreaks of poor management. Only redeeming quality was the gentleman toward the back that knew the exact aisle shipping boxes were in off the top of his head. That guy deserves a raise because he clearly knows more about whats going on than the nonexistent management at the front end.0/10 experience. This is why I rarely shop Walmart.

Pros: Its a Walmart with great prices. Good customer service center. Fast checkout process.Cons: Lethargic staff - not all. Limited selection. Slow in re-stocking - again few good staff. Feels crowded. Overall you dont want to spend time here just pick and go. Beware of crazy people in parking lot - speeding, honking and stop yielding etc. Walmart care less.

There’s a guy named Brando that works in the store pickup. He went above and beyond when my order wasn’t ready yet. He’s polite, courteous, and takes initiative. I feel like that is rare in that setting. I hope management realizes this and he works his way up.

The place was basic a little difficult to find simple things like bottled water. I had to ask an employee who was nice enough to show me. All registers were closed but 1 with a 75 year old cashier. The self checkouts were busy at only 9pm and you are charged 0.50 cents per bag which is absolutely insane. I was a tourist here but Im glad I dont shop at this store.

Absolutely dislike their set up but I did manage to do some shopping. Surprise the moment I reached the register and realized paper bags only. I apologized to the staff member present gave her my cart and left. I hate paper bags they are useless. The moment you pick them up you hear the tear. Called 3 different wall marts Framingham, Boston Saugus, not able to get 1 person on the phne for 2 days of calling. I did this to prove a point. They will take your Money!! And not have enough staff to be able to do there jobs. A.d they pay is horrible from what I was told my staff personally. I did finaly get a person on phone in Saugus store. Little pass 4 min mark.she put me through to sporting goods. Was disconnected after almost 5 mins of ringing. Also I called back today in Framingham zero answers to the operator as the same of other departments lets not forget the pharmacy staff ! Lets boycott all wall marts nationwide! They get richer because of us and a lot of them to boot dont even speak any English. That may explain why they dont answer the phones anymore......!! Minus 10 disgusting and disgraceful.

I enjoy the convenience of the customer service desk that the Framingham Walmart offers. I purchased two money orders since they are just $1.00 each! I feel that this particular location has a very limited selection on other items. I find the stock of grocery items specifically limited. However, the location is perfect since it is situated directly on route 9 and, close proximity to other major routes.

Customer service desk was ran very slowly but the cashiers was very quick an efficient

I went to the Walmart store at Framingham for some potting mix. I selected one bag that is on sale at $5.97, but when I checked out I was charged at the original price, $7.94 plus tax. I told the cashier that this product should be on sale and there is a price discrepancy here. However, the cashier just shaked her head and said I dont know. There is nothing I can do. I was surprised by the carelessness of the cashier, but meanwhile I dont want to cause delay to other customers, so I decided to correct this price error with the persons at the customer service desk. At the customer service desk, I explained to the clark what happened, and I hope she can help on this issue. This employee firstly used a smart phone to scan the barcode on the potting mix bag, and then she told me this product is not on sale and the price is correct. Then I showed her a photo that I took in the store about 15 mins ago showing the price tag of this product, and actually this on sale price tags can be seen at several different locations in the store. She agreed to do a price adjust for me. I was not quite satisfied and I asked her that according to the Massachusetts price accuracy law, I should get this product for free since it is under $10 and there is a clear difference between the price tag and the scanned price. After hearing my request for a free product, the clark was surprised and gave me this response The policy was changed, and I cannot give you this for free.I was shocked after hearing words like this coming from a customer service clark in Walmart. As far as I know, the Law is still effective, and it exists to protect the consumers right. How irresponsible it is that a customer service person says it was changed. Additionally, I am very upset by both the cashier and the customer service person because neither of them would like to report or correct this price error and to prevent it from happening to other customers. I think employees at Walmart should get bettering training on what is the proper attitude to help customer and more importantly, on compliance of regulatory such as item pricing law.

They are always out of shogun ammo, I keep coming back as its supposed to arrive. But nothing.. I can never find anyone in the store most times to help me. I only buy other items when ammo is available, no point to stand in line otherwise.

Be careful when you buy 3rd party products at Walmart.com. Walmart is not going to return you money. Last time, I sent back a default product back to the vendor and never got my payment back from that vendor.

They claim to have 5g and dont at this store, wasted trip. Drives to Springfield or chicopee on the other side of the state! Its worth the gas, especially if you want Samsung.

This shouldn’t even be called a Walmart. First of all the first photo is not how it looks. There are maybe 8 bins of produce. Everything is in a freezer cooler. No fresh meat. This was the salad and lettuce choices I had to choose from! Beside the frozen pizzas! Come on Walmart. Do better
