Katfam rocks!! I shoot 35mm film and was so delighted by my results. They develop your film AND RETURN IT (unlike Walgreens who for whatever reason keeps your film??? which is strange!!!!). Katfam scans your developed film and then emails you a link to your developed shots, which can be accessed on a free app called Collect. I am really happy with their services and look forward to ordering prints of my work :) Thank you Katfam!!!!!!!

Katfam is a wonderful family business that is responsive and timely in their work. they said that they would get my VHS converted by a certain amount of time and they completed the work earlier. I would highly recommend them and plan to use their services again to convert my slides and negatives to a digital format. I traveled a fair distance to use their services but plan to do it again because of the great experience I had.

Happy with the service provided I had a good experience with this company. I called Katfam number provided for instructions and was told to just mail items along with Groupon and include my name/phone/address. I received a phone call a week later stating videos arrived and amount I needed to pay for shipping/service fee. I paid over the phone and all items arrived a week later.

I mailed my original tapes (with no backups) to them in Aug. I called in early Oct to check the status. My tapes could not be found. In late Oct, I finally got a message that my tapes were found and were finished. I called and was told they couldnt find them again. I started calling weekly again. Finally on Dec 23 when I called, they were found again. I had to pay an additional $50 due to mold but at that point, I just wanted my memories back! They seem to be incredibly disorganized. I also felt that they didnt seem to understand how precious peoples home videos are. I had to call repeatedly to check if they had been found and they never seemed concerned that they couldnt find them. I would warn you NOT to risk using this company.

I am very pleased with my order regarding the transfer of 18 VHS tapes to DVDs. I had no idea how many minutes were on each tape...could have been 10 minutes on one and 2 hours on another. Somehow the Katfam Photo worked their magic and the results are great! These home movies are now on space-saving DVDs for my 92-year old mother to enjoy.Thanks so much!

I bought a Groupon and had to mail my VHS tapes to the company. They have had my VHS tapes for a month and a half. NO DVDs yet. Company does not respond to my emails. I am concerned I have lost my treasured VHS tapes.

The customer service could not have been nicer and more responsive, they also have a great sense of humor, my canvas order came out beautifully. I will be coming back.

If I could give negative stars I would!! Terrible Terrible Terrible!!! Brought 29 tapes to be converted to DVD. I was told 3 weeks. I called after 5 weeks and I was told that I needed to be patient, and they would call me in one week. I called back at 8 weeks and they couldn’t find my order. After 10 minutes on the phone they said they found it and I could come pick it up. When I got there on that Saturday there was a note on the door saying they would be closed for two weeks due to a family emergency. Called back at almost 3 month mark to make sure they were open. When I finally got there to pick tgg Hf Em up they couldn’t find them.....AGAIN. Over the next several weeks we watched the poor quality of the DVD’s. They never once adjusted the tracking so it had lines of fuzz thru the entire videos. We went back to the originals to play them and they were fine. I’m so disappointed in this company!!! Stay away from KATFAM photo!

We never got our prints as promised on the groupon, despite the owners promise of sending us the prints after so many visits and phone calls. do not waste your time and money on this business.

One of the worst services I have seen in united states. I went to Katfam for a 12x18 canvas print on a thursday. I was told to collect the canvas on next Friday that is one week. I called to check the status and the response i got was I am busy in a conference call call me in 20 minutes. I called back again and he says photo print machine has some ink issues and give a call on Monday. And I get the same answer when I call and ask about my order on a conference call give me a call in 20 minutes.Finally I called him after another week on a sarurday and I started getting the same response on a conference call.... . I immediately stopped his conversation and said that I will be in your store in 10 minutes and I need my money back. I went to his store and by the time I reach there he is working on my order. What kind of service is this. He just says sorry when I say your service is worst.I will definitely not recommend this place based on my worst experience.

Excellent service. .. they converted reel and MiniDV to dvd..the quality was great.. the price is very reasonable and the return time was great. I will only use Katfam Photo.

I have nothing good to say. I spent $1500 to Martin for several 8mm films to be converted to DVD. After almost one year he still has not provided these. After several calls and even going to the store. After badgering him for two and a half months, he finally called and said they were done. I drove there only to find he wanted to put the videos on a hard drive and told me the DVD’s would be mailed to me. These were a gift for my mothers 75th birthday. He has lied to me and my wife over and over. Never produced the DVD’s I paid for. I would recommend no one ever give this business a dime. He keeps saying they will be mailed. To this date, nothing.

They did a good job on my canvas would recommend to a friend.

It has been awful over a year ago I purchased a groupon for KATFAM PHOTO I shipped some VHS to be converted to DVDs and I am still waiting in order to get anything going I had to contact BBB and as of today I have not received my DVDS

A nightmare!!! I bought a Groupon to convert my wedding tape to DVD with this people. I sent three tapes and I never received my DVDs. Ive been calling for the last six weeks and the man who spoke with me, said he would look for my order and return my call, but he never did. I called again and he told me that I just has to be patient. WHAT??? Its been three months that I sent you the only copy I had of my wedding day and you wont tell me what is happening??? I want my tapes and my money back!!! 😡😡😡

Placed an order was told a couple days did not hear anything for 2 weeks went pick up my photo it wasnt ready. I was told it would be mailed out the next day 2 weeks went by and nothing again. I had to go back 3 times to finally get my picture

I purchased a Groupon for VHS to DVD conversion in June. I still dont have the DVDs. Ive left several messages for an update and Ive yet to get a response. Groupon should not be doing business with this company.

This is the worst GROUPON experience I have ever had. I placed an order over a month ago and every time I call for the status, they tell me to call back in a few hours. Im going on week 5 without my order (one canvass mounted photo).

Their telephone number is out of service and they have 12 of my videos already for a month
