My husband and I purchased two granite countertops from Onyx Marble and Granite. One was for our kitchen countertop and the other was for our master bathroom vanity. Mara and the rest of the team at Onyx provided outstanding service and were a pleasure to work with.We bought both items several years ago, and due to construction delays, we could not install the kitchen countertop for over two years. Onyx held on to our piece and never pressured us about the delay for the installation. The piece we selected was called Costa Rosa and was difficult to find. They worked with us to find a piece which I was able to view and then have sent to their site. The piece was small so there was no margin for error in the design or cutting of the stone. Mara spent hours with me going over the design and made sure that the cutters were aware of the restrictions.The installation of both pieces was smooth and very well done.I would highly recommend Onyx Marble and Granite.

I very rarely write a review or respond to a survey. However, the exceptional products, customer service, professionalism, and attention to detail provided by Onyx compels me to write. Five Stars without a doubt. Our new quartz kitchen countertop is beautiful. From the moment we walked into the showroom to a final “touch-up” home visit (which they did not have to do, but freely offered), Onyx did it all. The sales/ choices and template/installation/sink recommendations were all spot on. The staff is patient and informative, answering all our questions in a patient, educational, and knowledgeable manner. The template and installation guys were very professional. We knew if we ran into any trouble along the way that they would work with us. Thank you Mara, Junior and the whole team.We will not hesitate to recommend Onyx to all our family and friends.

I had the best experience with Onyx Marble & Granite LLC while remodeling my kitchen. First, they have the most competitive prices. I checked about 5 different services and their prices were the best. However, price was not my main concern and I am so happy I selected Onyx Marble & Granite. My consultant Mara was very professional and easy to deal with from the very beginning to the end - answering all of my questions right away, providing samples and coordinating the measurements and the installation. The measurement and the installation teams were also the most professional and punctual. The job is done perfectly and I love my countertop. I would highly recommend Onyx Marble & Granite to everyone who wants a stress free experience.

I have only written a couple of reviews my whole life, but after the amount of humiliation caused by my experience here I needed to say something for future costumers. I came looking for countertops based on my friends recommendation. it appeared that there were 2 employees working, one on the phone and the other completely ignored me. I found weird that one of the employees Paula was loudly discussing relationships instead of being helpful. As we talked around looking at tops there she was answering text messages. when I was leaving I heard her say this woman cant afford anything just by her looks I was never so humiliated in my whole life.

This is the second or third time I have used Onyx Marble & Granite. I found them to be prompt and professional. They deliver when they say they are going to and do high quality work. Their prices are also very competitive and they have a lovely selection of materials from which to choose. I would recommend Onyx for anyone who needs a new countertop for their home.

Overall ordering process was professional. Final marble vanity top front facing edge was visibly uneven, first they argued sometimes it cracks and you get these, then tried rounding the edge but while improved its very obvious and not worth the premium I paid. They attached the sink at an angle and sold me chipped backsplash. Didnt feel like my order was worth any quality control.

We had a great experience with Onyx -- we were in search of a very specific Quartz remnant to match our kitchen countertops and made many calls to various places in the area. Onyx was very responsive and organized -- big shoutout to Paula who always answered my emails and calls promptly! We had to delay the templating and installation and they were able to reschedule for us with no issues. They were incredibly professional and detail-oriented (much better than another provider we used for a bathroom previously) when it came to templating and installation. Cant recommend them enough!

These guys were awesome! They were quick, prompt and professional. They had such a can do attitude and happily did things that Kitchen Associates told me I would have to do myself just so I could get my kitchen counters installed. I highly recommend onyx granite and marble!

We did a bath remodel and went to Onyx for a counter top. They are so helpful and friendly with many many samples to choose from!They installed the counter top and it looks far better than we imagined! The guys who installed it obviously knew what they were doing. They took only 20 minutes to install the countertop and drill the holes for the faucet set! The vein running through the stone looks amazing! They pay attention to the smallest details! They cleaned up after themselves and we could not be more pleased with the counter top or the installation!Terrific price and terrific experience!!

This is the best countertop company in the area. The selection of Quartz, Granite and Marble is exceptional. The fabrication on site is meticulous, the tempting and install are seamless and the quality, follow up and customer service cannot be beat. I highly recommend Jose and his team!

We picked Onyx Marble & Granite after seeing the positive reviews online, and Im happy we did. We worked with Paula who was very helpful and knowledgeable. They have a good selection of granite, quartz, and quartzite. Alex came out to do the template and was excellent. And Flavio and another member of the team did the install and were excellent as well. Very happy with the whole experience.

I was on my way to another granite supplier when I saw an Onyx truck on Route 9 and made a mental note to stop by on my way back home. I’m so glad I did! I met with Jose Moraes who showed me several samples of granite for my fireplace surround. Once I settled on a couple of options, he sent me quotes that afternoon. He was incredibly easy to work with and was very responsive to my questions via email. Today I had the granite installed and I’m thrilled! The installers (JR and Valdo) were terrific! They were patient, courteous, professional, and their attention to detail was excellent. I am so pleased that I plan to update the surround on another fireplace in my home after we complete this project.

Everyone at Onyx is simply amazing. We worked with Eddie and he bent over backward to help us out again and again. He found us (nearly brand new) sinks in their warehouse for our difficult to match granite cuts - and then threw them in for free! He made great style suggestions when we needed an extra piece for our kitchen, and when he learned we were working within a budget, he made sure we kept to it and still got exactly what we wanted. He helped us reschedule the installation without any issues at all, and he even replaced one of our granite pieces that had a crack with a matching piece of scrap that came in to them at the last minute. Onyx was absolutely terrific every step of the way. I couldnt recommend them more highly.

I had called at least 10 different granite places trying to find someone who would help my install a bigger sink on my existing granite countertops. No one was really willing to help me. Jose from Onyx Marble and Granite was my hero. He came out right away to look at my kitchen. He really thought outside the box and helped me find a perfect solution. He spent at least 2 hours with me, even though this was not a high priced job. He truly cared. And they were very quick. From my first phone call with Onyx Marble and Granite to the job completion was only 3 weeks. Now Im thrilled with my new, larger sink and my new pantry area. I only wish I had discovered Onyx sooner. Anyone who wants a reputable, responsible, meticulous granite/marble job should call Onyx Marble and Granite immediately.
