This is how a restaurant should be. You walk in and immediately feel welcome. Everyone is friendly and happy to be there. Service is top notch. The food? Better than my grandmas (sorry, granny, I love you!) I live 2 hours from here and it is worth the drive. It is worth the drive! GO!!!!

I love this place so much!! The food is amazing and the service is top notch. It’s about 30 mins each way for me but well worth the trip. Definitely definitely check in on Yelp (sorry google) before you go or else you’ll be waiting about 90 minutes for a table. Can’t wait to go back!!

This is an absolute must. We drove 40 min out of our way to hit this and it does not disappoint!! Hands down best eeverything! The food and service and cute decor- I love everything about this place! Nutella nitro float, sweet potato hash and wicked Monte Cristo. Its worth the drive from Delaware!

First time at J&M and I was greeted with the best service and the friendly faces as soon as I walked in. I sat at the counter and got a great view of the place with the walls showcasing fun art, retro decor and beautiful family photos of the owners and their kids. I got the eggs benedict and they were delicious. Absolutely great atmosphere and a fun time. Now I need to bring all my friends here! Keep it up guys

Absolutely amazing. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Came here for the first time. Whole menu sounds amazing! Staff is so nice! I met J and M and most of the staff, all so friendly! I dont live close but I will definitely take the trip out here again! Look how amazing this is! Potato bbq sauce cheese bacon pineapple. Absolutely fantastic

Good food and extremely nice staff. On weekends be sure to get on the Yelp waiting list at least an hour before, the restaurant is on the smaller side so wait times can be longer. Food was good, tons of options for everyone. Only downside, some items are a little pricey for what you get.

So can I give this place more than five stars? I just cant say enough about this place. I had to visit Framingham unexpectedly, and the hotel I was staying at was up the street from this diner. The moment I walked in the professionalism the organization everything from the staff was wonderful. The wait staff all help each other out. So not one person is your main server. Like when you used to people saying let me get your server, no they take care of it for you. That was just to open up the visit. Then the food. Wow. The food is just to die for. Had blueberry pancakes the first day, had corned beef hash the second. Never tasted corned beef hash like this, and I dont know if I could ever go bac to what I had before. Truly a great experience. Like I said more than five stars.

The food at this place is insanely delicious! The owners and staff are so wonderful and pleasant and I love that they wear their pajamas! They have the best hot chocolate I’ve ever had and their Belgian waffles are so yummy 😋 we didn’t know we needed a reservation and the wait was two hours, but luckily someone missed theirs and we scooped it right up!

Big heavy delicious food. I got a meat lovers pile of mash with sausage, bacon and ground meat throw together with sweet potato hash and over-medium eggs, while also getting a massive coffee pb&j ice cream float on the side - delicious. Overall I was stuffed and had to bring home some leftovers, but I would do it again if I go back there soon. Great service, fairly priced, nice ambiance.

I live a looooong 237 miles from J+M and Im not even joking when I say I day dream about this place. I 1st got hooked when my brother moved up to Framingham back in 2012 and he introduced me to J+M on my 1st visit and it would be a go to spot every visit after. He has since moved back to NJ so I no longer have a legitimate reason to drive up that way. Well this weekend my wife and I took a trip to Boston for our anniversary and Id be lieing if I said I didnt plan our trip to J+M before we even booked our hotel. This was my 1st time in the new location and 1st time having some new menu items that were just specials years ago. The food is even better than I remember and didnt disappoint whatsoever. So happy to see them bounce back after the fire and see them packing an even bigger space full of customers. Cant wait to get back sometime, until next time J+M.

This is my favorite restaurant in the world! This a family favorite! The food is delicious, and the staff are super warm and friendly! Everyone makes you feel right at home! They have a huge menu packed full of delicious brunch options and drinks! The wait can be long, but it is so worth the wait! They have delicious food, and the cheerful atmosphere is wonderful! I recommend coming here if you havent before! My favorite dish is the Cinnamon Danish! I also love their Hot Chocolate Deluxe! They never disappoint!

The food here was amazing. Our server was very nice and took the time to explain the menu items and gave recommendations. The only issue I had is because you had to use the App to order, I didnt realize until after the fact that they add a 20% gratuity to groups of 5 or more. I inadvertently ended up giving our server a 25% tip on top of the 20%.

Such wonderful and delicious food! Nice potion sizes, even the kids pancake fills the plate! Large bottomless cup of coffee and super friendly and efficient wait staff! You’ll always feel like part of the family! All the food is cooked from scratch and is super tasty! My favorite is the loaded fries with ranch on the side! The Hubs likes the “D” combo with the corned beef hash - also homemade! On yelp you can get in line before you’re there-a great way to shorten the wait! No matter how long the wait, it’s worth it!

J&M is an awesome, family-run restaurant. They’re so good that you should be prepared to check-in online or wait a long time in person on the weekend. Even during the week I’ve heard the wait is notable. Prices might appear a bit elevated, but breakfast is not cheap anymore, and this place gives you super high quality food, great presentation, large portions, and incredible service. You can tell customer retention is a top priority for them. They really do all they can to make you happy. I highly recommend this restaurant. Enjoy!

Needs no introduction - best breakfast in metro Boston. Usually get the omelet, cinnamon raisin toast is the best I’ve had.The America waffle with blueberries and strawberries pictured is a must try treat.

This is by far one of the BEST hidden gems in the greater Boston area!! All their servers are amazingly kind and attentive. Julianna was especially welcoming even with it being slammed in there on a Friday morning.The homemade hash….. I’d cross the oceans for this hash!!!!The Fiore family did it right with this place!!!

J&M was a great place for brunch. Our first time there and everything was perfect. Friendly service, fast delicious food, and a feel at home atmosphere. The restaurant story is an amazing one as well. Regular customers helped the family when the original establishment was destroyed in a fire. What great dedication to a local business. We hope to come back someday soon.

Amazing breakfast. Honestly was the best omelet Ive had - perhaps ever (steak, onions and mushrooms). Wait staff were very friendly and helpful. They do ask you to wear your mask when not eating or drinking which is completely reasonable given the inside is relatively small. Will return!

Honestly, J&M’s feels just like I’m having breakfast at my parents house but with way better and more creative food! My boyfriend and I attended on their opening day and have continued to visit several times a month. We know almost everyone by their first name and they know us well too! It’s a very humbling dining experience. Everyone feels and treats you like family, honestly it makes my week when we visit. Their prices are absolutely justified in the quality, quantity and creativity of their dishes. When I buy pancakes there, usually I take home two days worth of leftovers! J&M’s will always have a special place in our hearts! :)My absolute favorite menu items are any of their omelettes (they’re as big as my head!) and their loaded home fries! You have to try them!My boyfriend’s favorite is their Nutella stuffed banana pancakes!

Friends brought us here as we are visiting this area. American brunch at its best! Wonderful choice of amazing meals. Cash only but theres an ATM inside if you need it. Everything I ordered was straight from my dreams and then better. The pancakes were the perfect density (and even better when bacon filled) and the nitro ice cream float was to die for. I left extremely happy. And everything is well priced with smiley service. Highly recommended!

Another fantastic meal! I wish I could say this was the MetroWest best kept secret but its not! My only complaint is that it is so darn popular. however it gave me time to walk over to Barnes and Noble and get a quick book to share with my son. Definitely plan for a 20 to 30 minute wait but it is absolutely worth it!

Wow this place is great! If you’re looking for a good breakfast spot, then look no further. Our whole large group had an excellent time here. The staff was super friendly (a lot of the staff members are family members!), and took great care of us. The food was really delicious and everything we ordered was great. One thing I’d mention is the hash browns were so good (and I’m not even a hash brown person). The one negative about this place was the long wait time (not surprising for how good this place is) but I overall great experience and can’t wait to come back sometime hopefully soon!

More a request than anything else since I have been a loyal customer for over a decade, including through covid. First time when I tried to talk to owners that my inquiry was not addressed. So, I order my usual baby Benny with a side of sweet potato hash. I am informed that that the system will not allow the server to switch out the regular hash with sweet potato hash. First time this has happened so the server puts in baby Benny without hash and a side of sweet potato hash. My bill comes to almost $20, before any drinks. With a tea and tip Im up to almost $30. When asked, one owner explained this was the system they had to put in during covid. No recognition there might be a problem or effort to address it. Again, I have supported them through covid, often leaving tips equaling my entire bill. If my bill is going to equal the cost of a decent dinner then other customers may also pull back. My request is simply that the owners look at their POS system and make adjustments to avoid large over charges in certain situations. I love this place and this family and I trust they are listening.

J&M Diner is phenomenal! Its a small family run diner that has some of the best, most unique breakfast foods around. Be sure to reserve a spot in advance because theres always a wait, but its because its worth waiting for. Also, be sure to bring your appetite because you wont leave hungry. Its a little pricey for breakfast, but considering the portions and location; its reasonable.

The new location is much bigger than the old restaurant and the food is as delicious as always! J&M diner is a must go to when you are in the Framingham area, exelent service and amazing food! If you arw going during the weekend you might want to get there early because it gets packed, everybody wants J&M

This place is amazing. i got the eggs benedict and i can honestly say that this was the best hollandaise i have ever had (if the picture looks like there isnt enough hollandaise trust me the huge flavor goes a long way). the eggs were just slightly over done but that is easy to do so i can forgive that. my 2nd visit i got the special which was the shaved steak benedict. this was on half a waffle and was pure genius. savory and slightly sweet with the delicious hollandaise. i am not a huge fan of home fries but i really enjoy them. i really enjoyed the coffee as well, just simple hot coffee but it has a wonderful flavor. i am really happy to have found a family owned restaurant with the family working in it that also supports other local businesses.

A large selection of breakfast options which are all so great it makes it tough to decide what to get! Portion sizes wont disappoint either.

By far one of the best Diners I’ve ever been to. Everything is soo good. But their pull pork omelet is to die for. There’s always a big line specially on weekends so every time I go my wait time is approximately 30-50 minutes. But it’s worth it. The food portions are pretty big and the staff is really nice. The most exciting thing is that now they accept credit/debit cards before they didn’t so that’s really nice. I highly recommend it.

Very slow and a complicated process to order. They told us it’s easier and faster to order online, but it took longer and our food was cold. I understand it was busy, but the whole process to get your food was obnoxious.

Will only sit full parties. Even on a wendnesday morning when place was empty. When I questioned they were rude. So I left. Not worth the attitude.
