You can find good prices at this store not the lowest though, also associates dont know the meaning of friendly customer service... very poor service

Convenient and good friendly staff.

This store is very convenient for me to go to. But the lack of customer service in this store makes me not want to go there. The general manager has horrible customer service skills and you feel like your business isnt wanted if you even need to ask the simplest question if you could get a new sales team and a new management team in this place a store has so much potential but until that happens I wont give anything about a 1-star rating for this place

I actually worked here. If you are reading this, please stop shopping at this location. Lira, the manager, treats her employees TERRIBLY and doesnt take care of them at all, from not reimbursing travel expenses to hiring under false pretenses. I was hired under the assumption I would be making 16/hour, since I was traveling 40 minutes every day to make it to this place. I never made anything over 13.50. After it was mentioned and I started bringing up that I still had the messages, I was seen as a threat or something and Lira tried writing me up, multiple times, for things she actually could not write me up for. She told me that my work ethic wasnt enough, called me a child to my face after accusing me of going off on an employee whom I did not (it was a simple misunderstanding because lira did not inform me of closing duties that night, so I had insisted on doing the manager part of the duty since I was not informed and they want you out of the store by a certain time). And after speaking to the associate, she told me she had no idea what Lira was talking about, that she was completely fine with me and there were no issues. I traveled to other stores, Im still owed about $150 in mileage for that, and on top of that, I worked overtime one week and Lira changed my hours so I would get paid the next week... With no overtime. Do not work here, do not shop here. Dollar general is a terrible corporation. I was not the only employee to be treated this way either.

I can never find what Im looking for when I come in here. The shelves are always empty smh

Too much stuff packed on some shelves and others are bare. Tried pulling out a pillow to look at it and everythinggggg on that self and the one behind it fell off. Made me defiantly not want to touch anything else lol nvm buy anything. Staff is nice though. Im sure they are short staffed and busy thats why shelves are messed up

I shop here a lot for convenience but beware the prices never match up, sales hardly ever go thru and they never want to fix them, the customer is NOT always right in this store and ALWAYS check the expiration date cuz the food is NEVER rotated. Im pretty sure there is no corporate office Ive tried many times to find one.

Ive had good experiences at Dollar General. The prices are low, great selection of products, clean and organized. The staff are friendly and helpful. Its a winner...

Great place, Got My Favorite water mix there Cherry Pomegranate & A&W Cream Soda, I Love the Clover Valley flavored Water

Its a cross between Family Dollar and Dollar Tree. Theres a wide range of items such as clothing, food, decorations, cleaning supplies, greeting cards, etc. Not as many housewares as Family Dollar had. They have a wide variety of $1 items but some of the items you can get for $1 at Dollar Tree are between one and two dollars. Overall its better than Family Dollar was in my opinion.

Lira (General Manager) and Shierly (asst manager) need to be spoken too or terminated for how they treat there customers & employees. They yelled at my 3 yr old daughter for touching and looking at the toys. I was in such shock I didnt no what to do. So I took my daughter and walked away, as I was doing so, I could hear them talking trash. I have to say the cashier was awesome. She was very kind, sweet and went our of her way to make sure I was satisfied. If it wasnt for her, I wouldnt have given this store a 1 star. Lets acknowledge this employee for her excellent customer service skills. Rose, thank you! p.s. you could do so much better..

The African American lady at this store is awesome. She was very helpful to my daughter and I. We showed up looking for things to buy. She had zero hesitation in making numerous attempts to find or point to where I needed to find the items. Very delightful and polite. Thank you. Im sorry I dont remember her name. Will update...

Dollar general was great. I went there yesterday bought a beautiful pair of blue headphones beautiful. Great sound easy fit. I find things cheap there. Its only 2 minets from me to Ruth from framingham

Not bad. Good assortment of products. No carriages in entire store. Also cashiers need better training. It is painful at time watching certain employees trying to use POS system. Need more employees

They may be missing the empathy chip. Or atleast the one manager who tried to toss my registered blessing of a doggie out in front of my granddaughter & her friend. It is sad how cruel this woman was & honestly i wonder how she sleeps at night. But there is another very kind manager who is so kind id actually leave my dog with her so idk its a great store lots of good stuff affordable. Peace

Ive been a few times, and I always buy something that is priced lower on the shelves, but when I go to pay they charge more, when I complain, speak rudely that the person who has set the wrong price.need to organize the place, this is annoying and a lot of disrespect with customers.

Its a supermarket. It has a good variety of products sold and prices, but the service, in my humble opinion, is very time consuming. It is a structural problem, because in addition to having few employees, there is rarely more than one cashier attending and, as a rule, it takes a long time to pay. I avoid buying there, I prefer the Seabra next door.
