The service is still good it was a little crowded because of Halloween but it really was not too bad 🙂 still trying to keep the customers satisfied with so far I have no complaints overall is still keeping the store pretty clean and staying with the colic rules and regulations

This review is specifically regarding Marie, the Floral Manager, who is amazing! She did our wedding flowers this fall and they were stunning. She was very easy to work with and clearly an expert at what she does. Marie was also very thoughtful and upfront regarding price. I gave this place 5 stars before for curbside, but getting repeated calls 20 minutes out that the order is delayed by an hour is hard. Always the same excuse (to many orders, not enough staff), but the pickup spots had more people parking in them to shop in person than pickup. Today it was ten minutes before pickup. I feel the employees have been taking advantage of the drop in demand for curbside at the managers expense. Hopefully this will be rectified as the delta variant becomes dominant and more people will need this service in the future.

Convenient grocery store. The place is my go to for quick shopping. The people who work here are of tremendous help and friendly. They actually want to be there and help you find the items you are looking for. This place does get packed during early evenings and before a game. They have plenty of self service kiosks that helps out quiet a bit. Overall a good experience.

None of the dispensers had any sanitizer in them. I asked 3 employees and got looked at like I had 2 heads.I did tell the woman at the register and she informed a manager who told me the entrance unit had some. I told her none of the others around the store had any.. this was 8am in the morning.

They usually have all I came for occasionally they have a few things that I use theyre out of stock.

Ugly store. Not organized. They dont have bags with handles. Everyone seems clumsy. Even the lighting gives a clumsy vibe.

Why cant they continue to give bags when you 😕buy things from their store. Is crazy that they are selling it because after you left the shop they teardown is crazy.

Big callout to my cashier yesterday, Olga. She really went an extra mile for me and called out a promotional savings I would have missed if it wasnt for her. She gets the 5 stars. Store is also clean, food and produce are good. Lots of variety, they have a world foods aisle and a gluten-free/health aisle.

It was fun. They have many new and fun things to try. They get 5 stars for responding. It shows how engaging Stop and Shop is.

Stop & shop is always clean and well staffed. They rarely run out of items that I need. That is the only stop & shop that I shop at.

Its pretty much stocked with pandemic necessaries but never last long but what do you expect? Cashiers are always super friendly. Millissa in self check out and Marie in Florist are the best EVER! And Frank, Jen and Connie in the Pharmacy go beyond the call of duty. Been shopping there for 10 yrs. Family tradition.❤

Store people are good. Prices, cleanliness, selection, and quality are good. A suggestion to management: Ive sometimes had to phone store customer service to get the real hours of operation because StopandShop.com provided incorrect hours.

It’s ok. They try to offer “international” choices for the non Caucasian’s but it’s the basic Goya that no one really buys. My wife is Colombian and I end up buying some things here but finish my shopping on the other side of town. Wish I could do it all at S&S

Theyve done a really good job at getting stock back on the shelves and having reasonable special offers. Only downside is that if you want a shopping experience where people actually follow the arrows for one way aisles, it isnt here.

A little odd that there are 3 aisles with different salty snacks, one devoted to chips, yet chips are not listed on the store directory. Kind of disappointed. I am 65 years old and do not have a vehicle at my disposal. I have very few opportunities to get out to grocery stores. I could not find eggs, chicken, cream of wheat, paper products, cleaning wipes for sanitizing or any pump soap. That was half my list. Not for nothing people we are not getting nuked and bunking down in underground bunkers...the stores will stay open...think about others! Aside from the greed and fear that has taken over this nation do you realize that no matter how much you disinfect your space it will not help if the other spaces around you are not disinfected? Just food for thought. Stop n Shop....all stores should consider a 2hour window when only the elderly can come in and shop...when everything is clean and stocked in the am.

No good foodEdit: why would I go back? For an extremely health conscious consumer the selection was poor and the prices for what was available leaved much to be desired. Im not the normal consumer so take this how you want, but if youre looking for high quality foods this is the wrong place.

Easy to navigate store layout, COVID precautions are in place for shoppers.

This place lets its employees smoke cigarettes next to the entry doors and when the employees are confronted about they believe its ok to smoke around non smoking customers.

They have a nice selection of organic and kosher grocery goods. Very good selection of Kosher goods in the deli, one of the only delis left where I can find fresh Hebrew National Corned Beef and Salami. They recently reset the store and its a little different and nicer looking.

For the love of all things sacred, PUT AN ITEM LIMIT ON THE SELF-CHECKOUT! Its ridiculous to allow full carriages through there since the renovations. Either that or open more registers so that people doing a weeks worth of shopping dont need to clog up an area really designed for people like me that are just picking up a few things.

This is a decent big grocery store. They have good vegetables and a large organic section.They have an entire boutique (?) Of fancy cheeses and spreads.They have all the convenience cases with prepared dinners and cold cuts and salads and what not.At the end of your trip, if youre looking for something to wash it Al down, theres a nice liquor store next door.And if you need those big volumes of staple goods, there is a BJs next door.And behind the store, there is another plaza with a Target and a Lowes.All in all,you can get a lot of errands done in a relatively small area.

The store is clean and the location is convenient. Selection is reasonable. Great staff that are very friendly. Good amenities such as Dunkin Donuts and Citizens Bank. A few things hold it back from being a great market. Fruit is not always fresh or available when in season. Sometimes they have difficulty keeping things in stock, such as the Natures Promise brand. Other times they discontinue things without warning.

They had what I went for, a salad bar for lunch. I must be older than I thought - it cost $8.50, thats about double what I remember thinking was expensive when I first started eating salads for lunch. Hmmm, yep, 30 years ago. Im old, but the salad bar at S&S is fresh, yummy and good.

Staff was nice. Easy to get in and out of store quickly for what I wanted.

Reasonably priced... Thumbs up for the fresh veggies n fruits ... really like the variety of groceries here... Only downside, very few cashier lanes are open, you might end up waiting in a long line ...

It is an awesome and amazing place to shop for your groceries and cold stuff. They also have a robot called marty and the stuff are awesome.

Go here almost once a week. Its a smaller store, but practical (carries almost anything you may need). Almost all the people who work here are great & friendly. But alas, there is one manager who is rude to both her fellow classmates workers as well as to customers

We have been buying grocery from this shop-n-stop for last 2 years. Last 2 months, been noticing that there is wrong entries at checkout every time. When approaching customer service, they correct and give the due refund. However, they are very discourteous and rude. They keep the customer waiting, never apologize for their mistakes and make the customer feel as if the customer has to beg to get his due refund ( especially the young black haired lady). Worst customer service department ever seen in a department store.

They don’t actually close at 11pm, apparently. Me and a few other customers got yelled at and shoed out of the store at 10:00pm.

This store is very clean however the deli is terrible. I was there yesterday and today. There is only one person doing the customers orders . Yesterday with 4 people waiting the other guy continued to slice for grab and go which was quite full. Same thing happened today but the other gentlemen making chicken salad stepped up. Poor customer service !!! Also some of the people stocking the shelves act like you are in their way. Again, poor customer service.

Its a good place to get food. They have a dunkin donuts inside so I will just grab a coffee before shopping. They have everything a usual grocery store does. They have a bank of some kind inside, but Ive never used it.

My Stop & Shop in Framingham is the best. Ive been shopping there for years and the people who work there are just outstanding. I actually had an experience there where a clerk help me find medication I was looking for. She simply didnt tell me what aisle to go down, she went and helped me look it

The store is clean and staff very helpful for the most part. One of the associates overheard me asking for a name on a cake and unfortunately asked some politically-charged questions based simply on the name. It seemed like an odd place to bring up politics to say the least....odd experience for sure.

This store is hit or miss. Sometimes I find every thing I am looking for, and sometimes the shelves are bare. The womans bathroom is absolutely disgusting too.

Shelby did an amazing job creating this pull apart cake (cupcakes) for a birthday. The buttercream frosting, chocolate and yellow cupcakes were delicious.

Worst stop and shop! I have written to corporate yet nothing changes. They never have quarts or whole milk. Today no milk, no stop and shop paper towels, no shredded taco cheese! I spoke with dairy employee and he said his delivery truck didn’t deliver yet today! This was after 1 in the afternoon!I had two scanners that just died on me so I had to old school check out and being on crutches and standing in line is no fun!I gave this stop and shop a second, third and fourth chance. Don’t bother with corporate they just send you coupons!It’s hotrible since they changed the whole store around. There is no rhyme or reason for the item placement in that store!Don’t go here!!!!

Not a bad place to shop, but they are notorious for not having items. And not just for a few days, but over a week. For instance, the Tazo Chai Classic Latte. This item has not been available on the shelf for 10 days. Luckily, Target is just around the corner.

This Super is great. I was able to find imported products I could find anywhere else. I will certainly by here again :)

Worst Customer Service Ever!! You can never find anyone to help and when you do they never know anything and have the worst attitudes. They hardly ever have the correct prices shown. They rarely have enough cashiers. Also their bottle return has never been cleaned because it is Disgusting and smells terrible. I suggest going to Market Basket in Ashland or Whole Foods on Rt9 instead to save you a headache.

Love the gas savings, but the rudeness of the black male bagger and the disheveled older cashier asking if we were going to drink all 10 two liter dr peppers in one night while explaining how much sugar and calories are in it was uncalled for. I assumed this place expects to sell these drinks. Whose business is it what we do with our purchase. Is it part of the job to JUDGE everyone coming through their line?? The damn cashier thought we were mad about having to count our two liters. Think I will drive further to another location...or another competitor...I was raised if you have nothing nice to say, then say nothing at all...PISSED US OFF!!!

There were many own lanes with no lines which is always nice. The isles are a but close together but everything seemed to be where you would expect them to be.

Clean store. Helpful shelf stockers and bag packers. Lots of selection. In-store kosher bakery, with delicious breads and pastries.
