Do not waste your time!I’m general Contractor with 18 years dealing with supplier. Republic Plumbing supply is the worst! No regards to the customers needs other than the customer money. They have no interest in your questions about the parts and materials that you want TO BUY from them.If you DO NOT KNOW EXACTLY what you need,They make no effort to help, guide or show you the possibilities.Customer service has no value at that place!

Horrible attention at the showroom. The woman behind the first desk was not only not willing to help, but she was on the verge of insulting my intelligence. Perhaps she heard a slight foreign accent in my questions? She was dismissive and absolutely not nice. I left the place not wanting to come back.

I needed new pvc parts for a bathroom sink installation. The staff there were helpful, nice, and went the extra mile to help me get what I needed and to avoid the inevitable multiple supply runs. They answered my questions frankly, with no condescension for either experience level or gender. Id go there for any plumbing needs and recommend them to friends.

Actually, it should be minus one star.I was very annoyed by the condescending tone and impatient attitude of the sales rep who gave me 15 minutes of help in finding what I wanted after I waited for more than 1.5 hours. There were two sales reps. One looked busy typing and didnt say anything when he saw me walk around and around. The other was with a customer. I waited for an hour or so before anyone told me someone would be with me. I have never received friendly service in this Framingham store except once when the sales rep Neil helped me. He is not there anymore, but after seeing so many good reviews on this website, I gave it another chance. What a mistake!The next day, I, the same old Asian woman, wearing the same clothes, went to Ferguson Plumbing in Newton. The difference is like night and day. The receptionist got up and greeted me as soon as I walked in and found me a sales rep, who walked over to me to introduce himself and shook my hand then efficiently found and ordered what I wanted after I showed him the same pictures and asked the same questions. I only spent 20 minutes there and received all parts at home before 8:30 the next morning. Even better is that I dont have to buy the whole set and only buy the parts I need.Suggestion: Have Neil come back to teach the current sales reps basic etiquette for salesmen.

The staff that helped me was extremely helpful. They shared a lot of useful information that we were not getting from other stores. However, I did overhear a different staff member putting a hard sell on another customer - an experience that we were getting at other stores. I was very glad the second staffer was not the one helping us.

Great customer service

Dave Perodeau was incredibly helpful! I had to pick out plumbing fixtures, toilets, sinks and vanities for our new house, and I could not have done it without his help, guidance and patience. I would recommend him to everyone.

Awesome service and a shout out to the cashier. I have no idea who that lady is. I do know they dont pay her enough. Seriously, 15 kazillion things going on and she stayed on top of it to get me out and done fast. #crushingit

Personalized and very patient service. I am a do it yourself homeowner who had a ton of questions. Had all the parts needed, made great suggestions, extremely knowageable.

Great service from people with such a vast knowledge of plumbing and installation. Great with the average homeowner and willing to do what it takes to help .
