Great Customer Service - Thank you Diane

Bob is a POS calling endlessly harassing an elderly woman over a misunderstanding. They cleaned the furnace left soot everywhere and left the filter out that bangs everytime the furnace kicks on. Lady in the office is the only decent one.

I wonder if the other reviewer is talking about the same company. Weve been using Metrowest for oil & burner service for ~5 years. They deliver reliably and are efficient with service. Im currently setting up repair for a zone where the water circulator seems broken and theyve been friendly & responsive.

Horrible.Older man answers phone and his tag line is I am doing the best I can. They take your credit card and put a hold on your account 3 times 1-2 days prior to delivery. And over charge until the delivery has been made.I was real low on oil and they told me to shut it off with 13 degrees outside the temp, in the house went to 55. I called at 7am and asked for first delivery. The guy said I am doing the best I can. 2 hours later no delivery I was told he was not far. Then I was told they couldnt get in touch with him. Final delivery was around 1130. He is very rude and hung up on me more than once. Why am I giving business to a company that cant get in touch with their drivers for delivery.

I called and spoke to Bob I was very low on oil almost to the point where I would run out, he made sure I had my oil delivered the very next day. Great customer service I would recommend Metrowest oil 👍

They left dirt all over my kitchen floor and walls.
