Extremely long wait times for medical patients every time Ive been there, even for pick up, products they advertised were different then what they had, support team doesnt answer anything. Product is pretty good but otherwise the most issues Ive had with any dispensary Ive been to in CA or MA.

I came to Cultivate last time I was in Massachusetts and really enjoyed the atmosphere, knowledge of staff, and selection of edibles. So I came back today for more. Love it

Who doesn’t take walk-ins with a half hour to close? Clearly they’re not hurting for business, so take yours elsewhere

They do not respect medical patient... never recommendedmost of the menu is outdated which means if you go there to buy particular strain... they might not have in stock even through it shows up in menu

I ordered online around 9:00am for 5:45-6:00 and got confirmation not long after. When I got to the dispensary there was a long linen so I waited for about 30 minutes. I get to the check out and my order isnt there. I try and give them the confirmation number and was told that they are mostly meaningless. They told me to place an order online and step out of line. The only problem, the product I wanted was gone with nothing comparable price wise. When I raised this point I was told Sorry there is nothing we can do.I dont mind that the product was sold out but I ordered at 9:00 am and received confirmation. There is no reason the dispensary couldnt contact me to tell me not to come or honor the previous price on something else. I drove 30 minutes both ways and wasted 30 minutes in line for nothing.

Very friendly and helpful staff. I know they only recently got their Med license, and it shows: I had some trouble with the pre-order menu, and there were zero med registers open when I arrived, BUT after less than 3 minutes I had a VERY helpful DA all to myself, as the only med patient there. The prerolls I got were the classic dust-grind but actually packed evenly enough to smoke, and they actually had full-spec edibles at a good price, plus a great topical selection. The flower I got (Trap Glue) was aggressively dank on opening, hashy taste on the inhale, and Im floored on the exhale. Ill definitely be going back for the new-patient $50x4 coupon, probably after that too. Very happy with my experience, Im sure theyll deserve 5 stars once the med stuff gets figured out

Incredibly slow. Either get there with no line or leave, as this is easily the slowest moving dispensary in MA. Im talking serving one customer every 15 minutes slow. If theres a line, trust me...just leave.

My first experience and last experience with this dispensary!! they are miss labeling and are not putting the product in the containers that they are selling us!!!!!! I purchased a container that had two different strains with two definite distinct colors of weed with completely different flavors! I believe the cannabis control commission should investigate this company to make sure they are following the laws that they are required to follow!! I did call and speak with the management Nick who gave me a bunch of BS excuses about what could’ve happened. And you have fake reviews!

This is the worse experience ever!When you try to place an order, they tell you to walk in because they do take walk-ins, when you walk-in they send you back due to the long line and a long wait.They would literally make you waste a whole hour trying to pick up one thing.Worse place to do business. It is completely a waste of time. Take the extra drive to Newton or anywhere else but don’t go here.

Been here a few times. Vape quality is great, staff have been extremely friendly. I bought flower here once and was not impressed. It was dry and fell apart will probably not buy flower again. Love that they have some different strains in carts available that others are not carrying.

Since went Medical, they cannot keep up with the recreational supply. Few flower product, dry, and small counts. Staff is very helpful which management should be very proud of.

I have been turned away 3 different times because they “were at max capacity”. I JUST CALLED THEM RIGHT NOW, and once again, they can’t take more orders. Avoid this place like the plague. It was my first time at Cultivate, and Nicole was SO friendly and helpful. She explained the products I was interested in with detail and gave me awesome recommendations. I’m super excited to try the Tropicana Cookie pre-rolls. I’ll definitely be coming back! :D

Easiest, most efficient, most pleasant retail experience Ive ever had. All staff very pleasant and helpful. Menu was fairly extensive when I went in October, but due to Covid it has been fluctuating.

The staff here is incredibly exceptional and efficient. The moment you walk up to the door it feels like white glove service and your in and out with knowledgeable, professional, good bud tenders who know with lit. Arianna was especially wonderful and deserves a raise. Please let me leave a fat tip next time and I’ll bring some buckets if you need them :-) their prices are also extremely reasonable compared to most recreational dispensaries. They sell everything at the old school black market prices which is good and depends if you can’t get to “your dude“

I had a really nice girl greet me very friendly. Over all price are ok. Great customer service to the girl with black hair that just met with me that’s always a plus!

Had an absolute HORRIBLE experience here thanks to the manager who was extremely rude to my mother and I and had a bad attitude as well when we asked for her name she rudely replied “ I’m Theresa the manager”. We will stick to any other dispensary except cultivate it was not only her that was rude another male employee outside who wasn’t wearing his mask correctly also had a sly comment as well! I feel the “manager” needs a lesson on how to properly speak to a customer.

Online prices are deceiving. I ordered a half ounce online, and the checkout price after tax was 160. When I got to the store, they, apparently, dont do half ounces and only do 1/8ths. It ended up being 203 dollars. I went here because they seem cheaper than other dispensaries, but you will end up paying the same for lower quality bud. I definitely wont be returning.

I went there to pick up my order 10 min before they closed and there was no door bell no one came to the door and no one answered the phone. My appointment was a 15 min window and I showed up with 10 min to spare. Dissatisfied for sure.After this the owner called me and apologized.
