I bought a snow blower from them and Im very satisfied so far. They helped me choose the one that fits my needs, delivered promptly for free, and answered my questions on how to store in summer. I would definitely go to them for my garden equipment. They sell quality tools and give valuable, professional advise. I did not hear any BS from them when buying my snow blower. Other places told me so many stupid things.

I bought a Husqvarna Lawn Mower from Annesis around 15 years ago. It worked perfectly until it wouldnt start so I brought it in. They fixed it within 48 hours and now its just fine. Terrific service. Highly recommended.

I was there today and George does not seem to care about my business as i am trying to purchase products as I am also trying to save money. He told me, if sold out, I am under the impression he refuses to order more. I am unsure about him.

My wife said, Im going to Home Depot to buy you a lawnmower for Fathers Day. I said, Id rather support a local business - Id like to buy it at Annesis. So I bought a Honda lawnmower.Im not real happy with it - which isnt really Annesis fault - but I say to myself - I have to go talk to them, maybe there is something that can be done.I say to one of the owners, Im not looking for a new mower but I am not happy with this mower.All the sudden, Im on trial -- You cut wet grass, the grass was too long (it wasnt but how he can tell by looking at my mower is beyond me), the gas is old (he put his finger in the tank & smelled it - I bought the gas when I bought the mower - about two months go), and the blade is dull (a blade that had been used maybe 6 times). Every excuse in the book.We went back & forth a few times but I could see it was going nowhere. He offered to sharpen the blade - I said fine and walked away mad at myself for not doing a better job of doing my homework before I made the purchase.The next day I came back to pick up the mower. I was floored when I was told, Thatll be $22. I said, its two months old - and with all the problems Im having with this mower - youre going to charge me to sharpen the blade? Yup, they did.So heres the takeaway: 1. They are a small company and I knew they couldnt just give me a new lawnmower - and I told them that. But I was was stunned with the complete lack of customer service. The last straw was being charged for a dull blade on a mower that had been used maybe 6 times. 2. If you buy something here and it doesnt work - be prepared to get the its your fault response to your issues. 3. I hate to say it, but I probably would have gotten more satisfaction if I had bought it at Home Depot.
