The facility is clean, well lit and easily accessible. Normally that’s all you could ask from a storage facility, but there is one detail that puts this place above the rest in my opinion. Bill!! The site manager He has to be the most professional and competent employee I’ve dealt with in a long time. He was very helpful and patient during the check in and selection of the storage unit. He was kind, friendly and a pleasure to talk with.Bill made the whole experience a breeze and I felt my belongings were left in very capable hands. Overall 100 percent satisfied.

Storage place is quiet and clean. The staff is friendly, attentive and helpful. The rates for the storage were decent too. Would definitely recommend!

Great experience. Found great rate on the web for a 5x5 unit. Reserved it and went over to sign papers. Process was easy and I was able to see the unit to make sure it would accommodate what I needed. The guys were very helpful!!!!!The day I first went to move items into unit; I was having trouble working the cylinder lock. Went to office and they immediately came out to show me how to use it.The location is convenient, the access is easy, it is climate controlled, indoors and hours are convenient.

My son moved back to Massachusetts from NY for a job at the end of the summer, and we needed to rent storage for a few months until he found an apartment to move into. He rented storage space for three months at the Framingham facility, and we were very happy with the experience. The facility is clean and well maintained, and we never saw any evidence of mice or other pests. The employees were very professional and helpful. If we ever need storage space again I will definitely go back.

I came into the facility today to look at a few spaces to choose for one for rental. I have been a tenant here for a few months and love it. Recently I came in to the facility and a tote that was in the back of my unit had broken under the weight of others that I had stacked on top of it. I was by myself and had a few heavy pieces that I could not move on my own. Ryan, the site manager was quick to offer his help and it really made the whole process much less stressful. These guys are great here.

I dont normally post reviews, but after meeting with Ryan and touring the facility, I was so impressed with the customer service I received that I felt like I needed to. When I realized that I was going to be over an hour late for my appointment, I called the office to let them know. Ryan couldnt have been more understanding and flexible in changing my appointment. I was shown several units of different sizes. I was unsure as to the size I needed; Ryan was incredibly helpful in determining which unit would be best. He didnt try to upsell, which was very refreshing. The facility itself is great. Very clean and secure, in a really neat building. Im excited to have a safe place to store my things. I loved this storage facility. The loading dock made all the difference in ease of loading the storage unit from a rental truck. Staff was friendly and helpful. I was able to access my unit several times without incident, and there were plenty of rolling carts available and even a bathroom inside. Would recommend.

Great experience using Extra Space Storage, in particular with the store manager Rich. He made our experience seem effortless and went above and beyond in terms of hospitality. We came in on a rainy morning 30 minutes before the store even opened and he greeted us with large smile and asked how he could help. After learning of our situation he assisted us in measuring a large piece of furniture in the rain just to ensure it would fit before we paid for the space. After returning back to the office he assisted us in moving the large piece onto a dolly and right up to our unit! He could not have been any more kind, professional and helpful. I can assure we will continue to use this facility and I highly recommend it especially if you are lucky enough to deal with Rich!

I received VIP service from Rich! From start to finish, Rich was very professional and has awesome people skills. He even carried the majority of my bags upstairs to the locker I leased. Now how is that for service? He provided an excellent suggestion in which lock to purchase that I am happy with. He explained and demonstrated the code procedure to enter the facility, as well as the store hours. A very sociable person, Rich made me feel comfortable and important. Storage facility is a converted warehouse (circa 1920) -- complete with an old-fashioned freight elevator -- but the building temperatures comply with regulation and there are several dollys to help you shift things. Ive been renting a unit for approx 1.5 years; my monthly rent has increased (by $10-12) during that time. Overall, Ive been very satisfied!

I went in and Ryan made the process so easy; we signed an authorization form, he cut the lock for me and provided me with a few options for replacements. After storing with ExtraSpace in Framingham for 13 years my need for storage has ended, but if the need ever arises I will be back. I have seen management come and go over the years but Ryan and Antonio have stood out and gone above and beyond. Whether it was the time Ryan helped me move a few boxes after my surgery or when Antonio made sure to secure my unit for me after I accidentally left it unlocked I feel like they are always looking out for their customers.
