I had such a terrific experience my first time using this company. I called in the morning to see about a stone delivery, and they came the same day. The driver offered to help me move my fence so he could deliver it right to my work area instead of the driveway, saving me hours of work. Friendly, professional, and I will definitely be returning as a repeat customer!

Jeff and the team at D&D Mulch are awesome to work with. Im a DIYer/new home owner with lots of questions. Jeff always took the time to help me understand the best materials to use for my patio project. He and his crew always found ways to make delivery schedules work and his drivers were friendly, polite and helpful in dumping. Their prices are fair and honest. And Im not an expert, but my shovel & wheelbarrow suggest that I always got a little extra with each load delivered. If you need mulch, stone, sand or loam for your DIY home projects, I cant recommend these guys highly enough, theyll make you feel like a PRO!!

Ordered mulch and stone from D&D. They have an online ordering system with pricing so there are no surprises, but I ended up calling and the gentleman I spoke to was extremely nice and had our order delivered promptly. I ordered loam twice for my garden. Fast delivery and excellent customer service. After calling around to landscapers in the area, they seem to have the best loam prices for the quantity I needed. They also dumped the loam in the perfect spot in my driveway without giving them much guidance. I will be ordering from them again.

Our company works very frequently with the D&D Framingham location. They are always extremely accommodating and helpful. Specifically Jeff, the manager there always makes sure our deliveries are on time and correct. We have never had anything but great experiences with all the staff there and we highly recommend them.

I don’t know how Jeff does it! Every time I need something, he comes thru. Delivered my mulch in an hour or so, without prior notice and placed it exactly where I wanted it even though I inadvertently left my truck in the way! Always terrific. Every time.

The customer service is absolutely despicable. About a month ago I had called to inquire about a delivery and did have a question about timing and the gentleman was so rude I asked for a manager and it turns out he was the manager. He basically hung up the phone. I have never been so disrespected as a customer and could not believe how quickly the gentleman turned argumentative and condescending. Maybe he was just having a bad day but I just cannot excuse anyone for being that intolerant to a customer.
