I’ve had bottled water delivered for about 15 years. I started out with a nationally known company but had to discontinue service because of a lack of courtesy from their delivery and customer service personnel. I switched to Crystal Springs over 4 years ago and have never reconsidered my decision. Our Delivery Representative, Lamar Ashton, is a very considerate and thoughtful person who always offers to carry our water into our house.

Wow! 2.0? Thats really odd? During the 2020-21 Pandemic, Crystal Springs Water has been a life line for us! Being at home all the time, remembering to drink has been hard. Getting tons and tons of bottled water has been expensive and not good for the landfill. We ordered online, delivery was on time and as promised, water has come every two weeks like clockwork, text and audio reminders have always kept us leaving the bottles out for pickup on the right day. And, overall, we pay much less per gallon for great tasting water. Several have said they did this through Costco? Maybe thats the issue?

Check your statements for accuracy and be prepared to be irritated. They do not keep appointments. They never answer the phone locally. I signed up through Costco and plan to let them know about how horrible the experience has been.

We’ve had terrific service from crystal springs water. We’ve had the same delivery driver for years and he’s always been friendly. Whenever I’ve called customer service they’ve been very helpful as well.

If I could give zero stars, I would.I got a delivery plan with Crystal Springs through Costco, and have had all sorts of issues since the beginning. There was never a clear communication about when deliveries would be made and I was lucky if they even showed up on my doorstep.The last straw for me was when they decided to charge me for deliveries I never requested. When I called to figure out who authorized it, they left me on hold several times and never answered any of my questions. They also refused to refund me for the charges that I did NOT make. They are withholding the credit in their system and are refusing to refund it back to me. On top of everything else, Crystal Springs has the absolute worst customer service. Their customer service is useless, they are clueless and refuse to help you out. Youll be stuck on hold for hours with no resolution.

I have no idea why the reviews are so low. I have read some of the comments and I do not experience any of that. I did have a small issue with my machine. But the next delivery I had a new one. Eric is my driver, he is so nice and the quick conversations when he is here really makes the experience feel personal. We expect him and enjoy the days when he backs down our driveway. I have not been disappointed.

Beware! I have had three leaks onto my wood floor in approx six months. The dispenser leaked on my floor twice and the actual water bottle leaked this time and damaged my wood floors as well. There is something wrong here.

Horrible service. Can’t get anyone on the phone because the system is always “having issues please call again later”. The initial delivery and setup was a month late. Even then the rep just dumped everything on the porch and dipped without even a knock on the door. Two water deliveries in a row nobody showed up. Emailed customer service since you can’t get anyone on the phone and it took days for a response. When they did respond they obviously hadn’t read the complaint because they said to be home for a rep to come by and switch out our defective machine for another (I never said it didn’t work, I said we had to figure out and troubleshoot setup ourselves due to the rep dumping and running). Surprise, I stayed home all day and waited and NOBODY SHOWED UP, AGAIN!!! Yet they’re sure af still charging me.

Weve had water delivery service from Crystal Springs Water for probably over 10 years, through company name changes & different delivery men. Over all that time, weve never had a problem. If I occasionally had a cracked bottle, my guy would come back & replace it. In rare occassions I had to call, the rep was fine. I usually get an auto call to put my bottles out the day before. Zero complaints.Thank you, Sahr, the best delivery guy ever.

Horrible!!!! Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT use Crystal Springs for your water needs. I agree with and have experienced some of the same problems expressed in previous reviews. You do better standing in the long line at Walmart for bottled water. I normally dont do reviews but Im so fed up with this company, this is my only consolation.

I would give them zero stars if I could. I can relate to every single one review that gave them one star! Besides of being unreliable, switching my delivery dates, when I call they say they dont know why it got switched, they dont ever transfer you to the supervisor, dont ever call back. The worst customer service experience was when the office was furloughed for 5 weeks and the check went out late in the mail. My account was overdue by $41.86, and they wouldnt work with us and wouldnt deliver water. I got transferred 4 times (each time I asked to be transferred to the supervisor), but instead they transferred to their call center colleague! The last customer service rep said she was the supervisor of the whole service center, although I could hear the call center noise in the background (no office space I guess), would not give the name, phone number or email of her Head Quarters supervisor. Time to switch the service.

They delivered my water cooler, but my next delivery of water never came. I did not receive a call or email saying my water would be late. When I called, I was told they were 3 days behind, but the route manager would call me back within 24 hours. I never received the call or the delivery, so I cancelled my service.

The WORST company of all time!!!!Customer service is horrendous. Their process of handling issues involves escalating emails to route managers that never get returned. A simple issue then turns into multiple phone calls and unnecessary aggravation.DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES USE THIS COMPANY. EVEN IF THEY ARE THE LAST AND ONLY COMPANY IN EXISTENCE. WHICH THANKFULLY THEY ARE NOT. MOVE ON. NOW.

They dont deserve a single star. They were never punctual, and always try to steal your money! If you dont check the amount every time they deliver your water, they will deliver less water than you paid for. Always. We are supposed to get 17 bottles every two weeks, but they always delivered 14 to 15 bottles. This business should NOT continue. Oh, on top of that, Horrible communication, wrong invoices :)

Crystal Springs water delivery is garbage. they always come a few days late and we have to call to get them out. we pay monthly for 5 bottles to be delivered twice a month. its not a hard thing to do to deliver water twice a month. yet they always mess it up. we have to call in at least 5 times a year asking where our water is. The drivers themselves i guess are nice enough. Whoever runs crystal springs water delivery is failing miserably

One star is generous -April 8 - Billed for initial Delivery with deposit for 2 bottles, dispenser and 2 bottles of Water (Actual Delivery 21 Apr 17)April 26 - 2nd delivery scheduled, tried to skip, managed to put one bottle out anyway (1 bottle returned, 1 dropped off)April 29 - Skipped next delivery scheduled for May 8 (Received confirmation at 0641)May 9 - Came home to find 2 bottles of water on porch (Called customer service to pick up unscheduled delivery)May 10 - Water still on porch (Called customer service again)May 11 - Water still on porchMay 12 - Water still on porch (Called Customer service again for pick up and changed service to 1 bottle of distilled water per delivery.)May 14 - Found notice for skipped delivery on May 8 (forwarded to customer service requesting pick up of bottles)May 16 - Water still on porch (Called customer service to cancel service requesting pickup of equipment any day after 1600 or May 26)May 16 - Received notice stating equipment and bottles will be picked up on May 22 between 0800 and 1700 (Several days were spent communicating to get an after 1600 pickup on May 22)May 22 - 0530 2 bottles of water on porch with 2 empty bottles. Wont be home as I have to work.May 24 - Pickup rescheduled to May 26th.May 26th - The Crystal Springs Route Manager rescheduled my pick-up for Monday June 5th. He/she didnt even have the courtesy to call me to tell me over the phone. He/she had a customer service agent send an email at 1104. He/she just made the assumption I will be home on June 5th, this isnt that much of an inconvenience, and the email wont go into my spam folder. This will be 3 days of work/leave at home to pick-up their equipment.Meanwhile, Ive received one call verifying my information, but wanted to have my credit card since it wasnt on file so they could refund my money. Yeah right, Please just mail me a check. Then the rep expressed surprise when I also informed them the equipment hadnt been picked up.I also made three calls today since 1200 and all the customer service reps and escalation supervisors are saying:Of course it will be picked up today.Well have the route manager call you.The equipment and 6 water bottles will be picked up by the end of the day.Just put your equipment outside. (My particular favorite since I was told I was responsible for the equipment if it isnt turned in or something happens to it.)They had to call the branch manager because they couldnt get in touch with the route manager when I insisted they call. Anyone want to take bets the route manager decided to cut out early for the holiday weekend and gave the drivers time off as well?Or my favorite...any bets on when they will actually come get the equipment?And yes, I have filed a grievance with the Better Business Bureau prior to this so this is just icing on the cake of the complaint.

Have a delivery plan through Costco for 5 bottles at $28. I randomly receive an additional bottle and once was charged for it and once not. The first two months of delivery I got a delivery then 3 days later they showed up again (???)Now we seem to have that ironed out but I left an unused bottle out for pickup with the crack clearly circled in black marker and wrote BROKEN. I didnt receive an additional bottle to replace it and was invoiced for my usual delivery. When I first discovered the broken bottle I called the 800 number and sat on hold for 15 mins with no answer. I hung up and emailed. The next day I received two different form emails telling me that the price plans were changing. Never got a response to my own questions.The next day I got those same two emails again. I emailed their customer service asking my same question. Guess what I received the next day? Two more identical emails telling me about the price plan change. I am under contract for several more months but Im contemplating trying to get out of it. I had to call them today to dispute the broken bottle. After waiting on hold for about 10 mins I had to re-explain my question multiple times, during which she repeatedly mis-quoted prices. I want to add a bottle to my plan. I am still under contract at the old (cheaper) price. I do not want to switch to the new, more expensive plan. It is not convenient. It costs more. Why would I want to pay $42/mo when it should be $35? Once she finally understood me, I was put on hold yet again for her to make the changes to my account. Holy crap. I think they stuck someones grandma on the phones this morning cuz she had no. friggin. clue.

Seriously considering reporting this company (Crystal Springs aka DS Services) to the BBB. We cancelled our account after terrible service. They missed deliveries, messed up the orders and when it came time to replace our water cooler they never showed up. We called several times and had to wait an average of 30 minutes on hold before speaking to anyone. Finally, they replaced the water cooler by leaving a replacement on our front step. I installed myself and after about a week, the hot water didnt work. So, we cancelled and after nearly 5 weeks we still are waiting for them to show up to pick up the cooler and water bottles. Weve been mis-charged during that time and waited 4 times for them to arrive and collect their property. Still havent shown up. Ironically, their message (while waiting on hold) says that they strive to deliver quality service, but their actions couldnt be further from that statement. Please consider another source for home water delivery and save yourself the trouble and frustration that we have had to deal with.

The worst ever!!!I close my account because delivery issues and I moved out and now they put me in a collection for not returning the equipment. They told me they would pick it up, but now I have to drop it off to the headquarters, this is ridiculous, I wish I have the option to put 0 stars.

I usually don’t write reviews. If I could give this company zero stars I would. Save yourself the headache and don’t use this company. Every month for 6 months we were overcharged. Most of the time is was due to unscheduled deliveries, which were cancelled way in advance via their online site. We called customer service and they were useless each and every time. When we did order water, they never delivered on time or even close to the specified day of delivery requested. We finally decided to stop service, which took us a couple of days. We were told pickup would arrive between 8a-5p. We called, no one arrived. The next day, the pickup driver shows up unscheduled as usual. Knocks on the door twice and leaves immediately. Luckily we were home and had to hail him down on the street. We have never been happier to get rid of Crystal Springs service.

Crystal Springs took over my account with Roaring Springs and since then I hadnt received a delivery in 3 months but continued receiving bills from them. I called 3-5 times trying to fix this situation and could not get any help. I didnt pay the bill because I didnt receive any service so they turned our account over to a collection agency. Very poor business practice, bad customer service!!!!
