In my experience customer service is good i have no negative things to say about them they generally work through problems pretty quickly and iv taken at least 4 different cars there in the past

A total sham, takes advantage of travelers from out of state. Fortunately my husband knows how to repair vehicles or they would have robbed us. They charged $100. To replace a radiator hose, which they only saw after 4 hours of doing nothing, and telling us several other things were wrong, we would NEVER recommend. They only got a star because I could not post without one.

Took my wifes 2010 Corolla in with a wheel bearing issue. Fixed it the same day and its good as new. It has now been about a week and no issues.

Even when Ive already bought the parts, he doesnt use them unless needed. There have been several times he was able to fix my vehicles without needing the parts i bought, so i was able to return them and get a refund. Always gets me in as soon as he can.

The only place I will take my vehicles is to Richard! He’s honest, straightforward, and runs a tight ship! There’s not a doubt or hesitation in my mind that I, as a woman, will be treated fairly, and my vehicle cared for quickly. Knowing a little bit about cars, and being able to do a bit of research has always proven this business to be on the up and up, as well as reasonably priced for their quality work.

Called around to have the alternator replaced in my wifes 2008 VW Jetta while we were out of town. Richard was very helpful and quoted a very reasonable price.
