Roberto was very good when I had to bring my car in to have it looked at. The crew thoroughly checked it and went back through recall reports to see if there was something on the issue. There was but he explained that its the size of my tires that causes this to happen (my understanding), that everything checked out great. He took the time to explain it to me so I am better informed.
