So my hair was very grown out and even a orange color I came in and got my hair done, the girl was very friendly and so sweet, my hair turned out okay but seemed a little darker and not enough blonde that I wanted (I wasn’t very specific the first time) but I called and asked if they could maybe do more blonde and lighten it up more. They said absolutely and made an effort to keep calling so we could figure out an appointment that works for both of us. I came back in and Jeanette (didn’t do my hair the first time) redid my hair with no charge this time. She did sooooo amazing! It was a bit pricey the first time but it was okay cause I thought I was gonna get the end result the first time. I’m very happy with the end result and I feel bad about not even being able to tip the second girl but I will be going back and asking for Jeanette and next time I’ll make sure to tip her very well. She’s so amazing!

Excellent people working here. Everyone has a positive attitude and has been accommodating to me and my three kids. Super convenient.

Ive been here twice over the years. My first time I had a perm done. I asked for big curls but the lady said she only had small ones and would put 2 of them together to make a bigger curl. It looked like a kinked awful mess and any pro should have known.My last trip here, I just wanted a simple dye job and my fiance wanted a simple cut. I told her I was in somewhat of a hurry to pack and get prepared for my vacay. She dyed my hair twice and my roots still look orange. When blow drying my hair for the second time, my scalp was screaming. She was literally beating my head and digging into my scalp with her paddle brush. She also kept stopping to help other customers that werent even hers. After 3 hours of this (she kept saying she was almost done an hour into it) I had enough and told her I was done.Their lighting in there is awful and the next day I seen my fiances disaster of a haircut. It was blotchy and completely uneven. The next few days we tried to fix it ourselves and did 100x a better job. How do you mess up such easy tasks when this is supposed to be your profession?! Unprofessional, unqualified, and a waste of hard earned money. Avoid at all costs.

Over priced and bad coloring. I paid over $200 for all over color change and color washed all out when I took a shower. I want my money back, waste of money and time here.
