Terrible service. I have been having so many issues with trying to return the water cooler. They told me they will pick it up on Monday, the delivery truck drives by and never stops to pick it up. I call them and answer is, they have changed your return date for some reason and then Im assured it will be picked up 2 days later. Its not, and then after a 3rd call, still the same response. I am still trying to return the water cooler and get my refund. Worst service ever! Customer service is also terrible!

How a company can answer the phone for new customers and not current is unacceptable! We were never given billing options, yet charged paper fee. Website is down and has been since last week. Almost seems shady at this point! Time to contact the BBB. Now we are hollering Hey Culligan Man! cause your business sucks!
Signed up for delivery, got one delivery, then it stopped. Called customer service, said would expedite the order next day. Week went by called again, said would expedite next day. Here we are two weeks later, cant get through to customer service to cancel. Website and app are NO HELP either. Go to Culligan if you live in N. Illinois, because the service is the worst Ive seen from any company ever. Stay away!!
The most unprofessional and disorganized company I have ever dealt with and am I in shock that they are still in business. Such an unpleasant experience, I would never use them again or recommend them to anyone. I have placed numerous phone calls to them and have had numerous conversations with supervisors regarding the issues I have experienced and have gotten no where with them. Issues with placing orders, receiving correct order (missing/incorrect), issues with the delivery dates and no shows, and issues returning the water cooler. zero communication, and they never show up on the scheduled delivery date. Despite my best efforts and patience, I am still struggling to have them pick up the cooler and empty bottles as I am discontinuing service and moving, and am owed a refund and do not want to be held liable for their belongings.Customer service has insanely long hold times, phone lines and website/mobile app are constantly down and not working. When you finally reach someone, they give different contradicting answers and its obvious they have not had any training.
We love the convenience of the service. It’s a bit on the pricey side but you can’t beat it. We used to fill up our water bottles at the grocery store but a lot of them have stopped allowing that due to the pandemic and having a 5 gallon bottle is so much easier than having a bunch of single gallons. Our driver is fantastic and he always wants to help us in anyway he can.

Always on time...Always receive reminders... fantastic water taste.. for me and my family well worth the money.One time we had a leaky bottle and within 24 hrs, DURING first wave of Covid 19, we had a replacement bottle. If thats not a high regard for customer satisfaction, I do not know what is.

My service has been very good, my delivery guy picks up empties off the porch and drops full right by garage door. This keep me from having to carry them from porch to garage. Customer service is spot on if there is and issue. My only complaint is I wish they would send a notification when autopay is taken out.

The drivers I have had at my residence are amazing. They are caring and helpful and always ring the bell or knock when I forget to put the bottles out.

Cant wait until Covid is over, not using Hinkley again, after this. They change my order amount every single time, I have to constantly check so they dont conveniently order me more than I asked for. Is this a scam, or what? on top of that, my charge for 6 5 gal. is supposed to be $43. They have no reason to charge me over $60 some months, yet have no excuse besides I didnt leave enough empty bottles out. This amount for water vs empty bottles? never again. what a rip -off. I pay hardly anything for 8 gal a week at Aldi.
I love the option for a bottom loading cooler with a coffee brewer built in!! My driver Ron is amazing!!! I left another company for this one a year ago after many years with the other company and have not regretted it one time!!!

Not Satisfied. Gasoline is currently $1.47 gal. Hinckley springs fuel surcharge was just raised to $5.88. Why?? The fuel surcharge was implemented when gas hit $4.00+ gal. Dont you think you should reduce the surcharge now? Water was also raised to $10.45 per 5gal jug. Why?? You think your bottom line is being effected? How about us? Im unemployed.

I have had Hinckley Spring home water delivery service at my current location for over 10 years. The local office is reliable, flexible, and quite dedicated to great customer service. We have had the same delivery person Danny for many of these years and I cannot say enough good things about his service. I can count on him to make his deliveries without fail. I rent a cooler and they have always been quick to replace the problem ones with no issue. And, the water tastes great. Id recommend this company to any of my neighbors.

Taste great, convenient and my delivery driver is exceptional.
Very unprofessional, I had three different people giving me three different dates for my delivery, they kept arguing that I was wrong. I ended up cancelling the service, now I am being told that I need to wait 4 to 6 weeks for my deposit.Switch over to Nestle water, water is delivered on time and so easy to change my order if needed.
