I would give my experience at this JC Pennys six stars if I could if compared to the last JC Pennys I visited. The staff was engaging and charming, the place was clean and did not look like a tornado had hit it. The item I needed turned out to on clearance and saved me even more money. The person checking me out made some excellent recommendations and pointed out the benefit of purchasing a care plan to go with my purchase.

It was fine. Disappointed by no selection of button-down blouses for plus sized women. But, overall a great store with very friendly and helpful employees!

Smaller than others but nice

The selection of clothes is not that great. When I went in to return a purchase, there were 2 associates working the registers and the managers had to be called 4 times before one of them showed up to help with 3 lines of customers.

I have saved a lot of $ by having a card and getting a discount when I use the card during sales. Then I can pay it off at the end of the month.Their sales are a broad spectrum of clothing, furniture, kitchenware, linen, pillows, bedding, jewelry, makeup, etc.If Frankforts store doesnt have it, Fayette Mall and St. Mathews Mall are larger and have stock there.

Employees always very helpful. Today item was on sale then when I asked, I got 25% more off.

I was a last-second customer getting there about 10 minutes before they closed because I was wrong about the closing time. The employee who took care of me was totally helpful, seemingly didnt pay attention to the facts of the store time, and sold me more than I had intended but definitely needed.

There was great customer service, they asked if I needed help with everything. I love their clearance section, yet I didn’t get anything because I’m broke.

Its a smaller JCPenney than most. As a result, the selection is a bit limited (at least for mens clothing). But, when they run clearance specials, the prices can sometimes be very, very low so it is worth checking out occasionally for super cheap suits and coats.

Overall what you would expect out of a JC Penny. Store was clean, organized, staff was awesome, everything even clearance orderly and neat. Great weekend markdowns when I went. Happened to be in the area and thought Id pop in. I wouldnt go out of my way to go but not a bad stop if in town. I was satisfied with my shopping trip.

Took back purchase that didnt and visited Feeders Supply nearby. Then had delicious a lunch at Chick-fil-a!!

I used to love shopping at Pennys, they do have some great brands, but now this store has gone a little downhill. Its dirty, the dressing rooms are gross there were literal hairballs, dirt, etc. on the floor. Also, the hours are a little unreasonable, they lock one of their entrances after 6pm and my son and I tried to go shopping at 9:30 a.m. on a Saturday and they werent even opened yet. Kohls got our business that day.

Best place to shop in Frankfort. Great deals and nice staff.

I always find what I need at a fair price.

I give five and more for the clothing and customer service but the underwear quality gets less than one star. I have always bought from here and the last two years the quality has gone down so much, im replacing way more than I should.

Horrible customer service, its like nobody works there and when do find someone they dont know anything. I work very hard for my money and if Im trying to buy a gift for somebody I expect at least somebody to be there to answer a very small question

Very dark and gloomy. Id rather go the mall on Black Friday and stand in long lines. They also arent a full store. They have a very small selection compared to what you will find in the mall.
