Terrible customer service, I had to ship a phone and had limited time to do so, it was a return that had to go back via UPS but the original product was in a fedex box and came with a new UPS shipping label. I don’t cardboard box for a living so I also don’t stock shopping tape, lucky for them neither do they.I approached the counter with box in hand and from the first sight the employee wanted nothing to do with me, “thats a fedex box, we only take ups”Explains “it’s a ups parcel and I have a ups label”You have to have that taped up and everything I’m not taking this”Ok, no one wants to do it here, I leave and attempt to speak to the store manager and of course that was the store manager, no solutions offered to buy a small amount of tape or see if pharmacy has some, just go on and don’t waste your time with their in accountable staff and management.

I used to order the ready packs . But they never had all of my medicines . So I canceled the service and requested they send my medicines to this cvs .I then checked and checked and called and called and it seems they sent my medicine to another city .I was completely out of some of my medicines and was starting to get worried . I went in and ashleigh was fast to get my acount pulled up . She looked into all of my medicines . She had it all filled and in my hands within 20 min . She was also very kind . I have the problem solved because she went out of her way to help me / I will only go to this location and I hope that ashleigh is there every time ! She gets 5 stars !

This store and done a fine job providing service and the staff makes you feel warm and welcome. They have a great coupon and rewards program. Not only do they have a super pharmacy, but you can get cold food, liquor and even office supplies. The have so much to offer people here and they have a great drive thru service for the pharmacy.

Most frustrating pharmacy experience of my life. I took a prescription to them on September 6. They were only able to give me half the number of pills and told me the rest would ready the following Monday. I finally received them today (September 19) after several pointless trips to their store. Every time I went, there was some sort of problem that prevented me from receiving the rest of my prescription. On one trip, one of the employees told me told me the entire prescription had been filled. As soon as I left, I received a text saying my prescription was ready. I returned a few days later and was told they did not have any prescriptions for me. Then they said they would take care of it and to come back in 20 minutes. Definitely DO NOT recommend!!!

We decided to switch our prescriptions to CVS after Walmart got in a spat with CVS/CAREMARK over reimbursement fees and threatened not to honor CVS/CAREMARK prescriptions. After some minor difficulties with the initial prescription transfers, our experience with CVS has been great. As a bonus, the US127 South location is open 24 hours.

I just went here to get bandages following the surgery I had and one of the employees followed me around down every isle I went. She also had her phone out like she was videotaping me. I’ll go to Walgreens next time I need literally anything CVS has.

This pharmacy is complete garbage! My husband had a prescription filled today (weve been using the CVS on E Main for 3 years now but we were much closer to there today) the prescription was 30 pills for a 15 day supply. The directions said as needed. The Asian lady was completely utterly rude to him. She said so you can take 10 if you want?!? in a nasty boisterous voice in front of other customers. Umm no. Its a 15 day supply of 30 pills. Do the math!! Then in the same insanely loud voice, Well I would call but theyre closed...I shouldnt even fill it! Are you kidding me?! Together we fill over 20 prescriptions every month at CVS and you have the nerve to talk to someone in such a manner?! Who in the hell do you think you are?! Do your job! Needless to say well NEVER return to this location again. Well continue to go across town where they treat their customers with respect.

Waynes Pharmacy was a lifesaver when they found the right formulas for me when no one else could. Great personal friendly service, high quality generics and they will deliver if need be. Very happy that I found them, you will be too!

Saving hundreds of dollars per month with same health insurance, same meds vs. any other pharmacy in town. Although hours are limited, speed, service and personal friendliness are everything.

This place wont last! I ordered one hour photos online and went to pick them up 3 hours later and they still hadnt printed them! This place is over priced and TRASH. Cashier is completely lost and manager acted like I had just ordered them minutes ago. Took up half my lunch break for something that should have take 5 mins max!

Switching to Waynes Pharmacy! Today I tried to get my childs meds at 3 different Walgreens & none of them had it. I was even told by one that there was a Nationwide shortage of this medication. They wouldnt even call around to help find it. So I called Waynes & they had it! They were so friendly & within a few mins. I had the prescription in hand. So glad I found this place!

Been going to Waynes pharmacy since I was a kid. Great people and service!

They seem to be very disorganized. It might be due to Waynes switching over to cvs. But they seem to get our prescriptions wrong or not prepared at all. The hours they are open cause a problem as well. If you need something on the weekend the hours are different or they are not open.
