Not one to leave negative reviews so I’m try and keep it leveled here. Pete sounds like a great guy and sounds like he really cares about his business, but when it comes to the concerns of other people’s businesses that care falls short. They have helped me in the past with a rush job and got it out on time. I was very impressed and happy to give them more business.After that job it kind of went down hill. Their customer service team will not answer the phone and will hardly answer emails. I would send in an order and would png hear back from them for weeks at a time. Some orders I still haven’t heard from them about. After waiting a week/ two weeks they then told me the order would take 12 business days... so now I was sitting on about a month of waiting for garments. Until... they told me they couldn’t find my garments after they already confirmed and counted them in.They then proceed to tell me it was my fault because I had a different company name on my package and that I didn’t send the appropriate PO. (Purchase Order). All of my orders had the same PO on the work order as the PO from the shippers. So I’m not sure why they got it confused. Yes my company name was different, but we had done business before in the past and thought they would put two and two together. I asked to have my shirts shipped to another shop and they ignored my calls and emails and wouldn’t get back to me until I threatened them with a review of my experience. So here it is.As I stated before, their printing is great besides the crooked printed ones, Pete is very nice and tries, but I think his staff around him isn’t helping him in the current situation. If you have a close friendship with Pete or have a bigger company, they may pay more attention to you.

Best place around for quality garments! No job too big or too small. Pete and the entire staff are great to work with. You will not be disappointed.

Working with Same Day Tees is amazing from start to finish. Ive worked with them for multiple shirts for the New Lenox Chamber and theyve always turned out great. They help with design and make it easy, quick and affordable. Cant recommend them enough.

Got a shirt done here, practically fell apart when I washed it(Edit: this was done while I worked there, a few friends had shirts printed under my recommendation to them so they werent for me. The same way that if I work in a store Im gonna tell people to shop there when I know theres something they want, its just good for business. Although the shirt they gave me didnt do much better)Now as someone who also worked here for a while, dont apply to work here either. I let it go when the owner lied to me about the job offering one position and sticking me in a different one he could me less for, I played along when he would tell us to do things like use less ink on prints because its cheaper or blame employeesfor doing what he tells them too, I even looked the other way on his annual round of layoffs to save money, but lying about people performances ruining chances for new jobs is to far.For anyone reading this that applies or already works there, this is so know exactly what to expect.

Wasn’t a big fan.... Bought some shirts online and brought them into same day tee. They wouldn’t do the design for the shirts because the shirts weren’t purchased through them.... Went to Orland park and they had no problem doing the design with the tee shirts. Seemed like a nice place, but just them turning down business because the shirts weren’t purchased there seems a little silly.

Theyre fantastic We needed customization and prompt delivery. Same Day Tees has delivered at a high level every time. We use them twice a year for our promotional clothing.

Placed an order on August 9th with a seven day turnaround time saying it needed to ship on 8/19 -- took five days to a proof of the artwork and then was told two days beforehand that they could not make the delivery date. I am a repeat customer and this is not a way to treat a customer.

Horrific Experience! Ordered same day service on April 21st. They sent the approval to wrong email and shirts did not arrive on time. Approved lost email and then they never put my job on the schedule until I called again days later. Shirts came in with obvious missing art printed on them (If a person was printing these they did not care to make it right). Re-ordered shirts at my expense and realized they did not ship in time. Called, and they DID NOT CARE. I cancelled my order and they DID NOT CARE. Said after the fact that they were not taking rush orders. Was never called a rush order before hand, it was ordered with their same day service and was being paid for. Here it is May 4th 1 day before my deadline and a long time customer that we have spent years printing for is going to be very upset. Thanks! Might Change your name to Tees Whenever instead of Same Day Tees

This place is amazing. Staff is kind and punctual. The art I gave them was really difficult to put on a shirt and they completely nailed it! It looks awesome and I was able to give my boyfriend an awesome t-shirt from one of our inside jokes that looks immaculate.

We had to order shirts for a company picnic and had less than three days to have them delivered. I found same-day tees and liked their easy design software on their website and decided to take a chance. Our shirts not only made it to us less than 48 hours later, they were also AMAZING! They were much better quality than I anticipated on such short notice! Same day tees really pulled through for us - not only did we get them with WELL enough time for our company picnic, but they look awesome. Our employees who were unable to attend the company picnic have been asking for a t-shirt as well, so I will be needing to place an order again soon. Had a last minute idea for a gag gift t-shirt for a family get together. Ordered on Tuesday, they were at my doorstep Thursday and I live 3 states over! Great work and communication. I knew when they received the order and when it shipped.

This has been an absolute nightmare -

Sandy and Pete are the greatest. They do fine detailed work in a very timely manner. From the moment I sent in my order with a basic idea for graphics, Sandys team designed, acquired and printed my shirt in no time. My martial arts schools have been using Pete since he first started the business of silk screening some where close to 40 years.

We ordered both long sleeve and polo shirts. It was a great experience. They had a lot of choices of the types of shirts and colors. Their staff was great to work with and went out of their way to make sure everything was correct. Also they got the shirts done very quickly.

Honestly the greatest people to work with! They asked me questions about my request that I didnt even think of, initially. They really wanted my order to be perfect. The customer service was very personal and everyone I spoke with was so helpful! My order was filled in a timely manner and the results were better than I had expected. I recommend same day tees to everyone, because the experience was that good.

Low quality. Embroidery

I ordered shirts late on Saturday and they were delivered by Tuesday. Not only that, but I called on Monday after getting the shipping notice and they were able to add four extra shirts to my order. Everyone was very accommodating and the shirts turned out great! I will definitely use Same Day Tees again.

I havent ever placed a negative review on any order in my life. I ordered shirts and had them shipped to them. They told me that they could use my artwork and sent me a proof. I questioned some of the colors because they looked off to me. They offered to send me a sample but then they told me that they fixed the artwork and emailed a new proof. This proof looked good and I approved it. They imprinted the shirts and sent them to me. The finished product looked nothing like the proof, it was terrible. They told me that because I didnt take the printed sample it wasnt their fault. They graciously (sarcasm) reran the order for me at half price, but I had to purchase the shirts again. Long story short, I learned a $2500.00 lesson.

I am only giving one star because they charged me for one t shirt i ordered and then turned around and charged me almost the same price just to ship one t shirt. I think its ridiculous that shipping would be $28. for one shirt. I will never do business with them again. And if you use a card just watch cause i was not even notified how much shipping would be they just took it from my card.

I sent a formal quote request through their website and then sent two follow-up emails to Pete, one detailing the exact details of the work I needed and weeks later a reminder that I was still waiting for a quote. I decided to wait and see if I would ever get a response. Had some medical issues that prevented me from Christmas shopping sooner! Stopped there on Christmas Eve. I asked if they could make four T-shirts for my brother’s family. Not only did they make the T-shirts, the T-shirts were spectacular! Your employees were not at all phased by my very last-minute request!I would recommend this company to anyone who needed T-shirts! Quite possibly the worst customer service I have every received, not only from an employee, but the owner of the company. Be cautious, when Pete is in the wrong, he wont admit it, hell only yell at you, demean you, and hang up on you. They dont care about their customers, only the next order. How he has built a company on this principle and vision blows my mind.Same Day Tees was contracted to complete a job for us. The garments were provided to them along with the Artwork that was supposed to be printed. Same Day Tees took the liberty to alter the artwork that was provided, sent a low resolution proof and printed the low resolution proof, not the artwork that was provided. This has resulted in shirts that we cant sell to our customer and will have to reprint ourselves because it wasnt done right the first time. Costing us, as a company about $500. But Pete is paid!

I came into the shop to order a tee shirt with a saying on it to announce that my grand daughter was going to be a BIG SISTER, the lady said that they had the Tshirt in the size I wanted. I received a phone call later saying they did NOT have it in that size and had one similar to it..... I was charged $28 for a childs small t shirt. what a rip off and it wasnt that good, actually I was embarrased on how it looked....I didnt want to give it a STAR, but that is the only way I could post this.......

We were clients of theirs for years in both the Wholesale and Retail world. Unfortunately, there pricing kept on increasing while there quality kept on decreasing. Made us loose a client that we were working with for years as we always gave sameday the work. Pete and his staff got extremely nasty the last time and held our merchandise hostage until we paid them for a job where they damaged 80 percent of our merchandise. Whoever is thinking about using them, be forewarned that they are wolves in sheep clothing as eventually they will get you exactly how they got us.

Better off not using these guys.One Hour Tees in Chicago is your best bet. Pete is just not honorable.
