Staff is nice but they are usually slow and there is always a line. We love the ice cream though and they usually are an awesome place to buy cakes and treats for birthdays or parties.

Costumer service there was really nice and the ice-cream there is great!

Great Ice cream but I think the prices are a little high!

The service was friendly, helpful and quick. Always helpful in applying coupons and rewards to your order. Selection of flavors along with the mix-in toppings leaves you with many, many combinations to satisfy your sweet tooth for along time.

Typically, this is my favorite ice cream shop. This location today, Sunday September 1st 2019, was absolutely terrible. Walking inside, two ladies are working and they don’t acknowledge us, or any following customers that come in after us. When ordering, the one that was helping us looked miserable the whole time, hardly ever speaking even after being asked questions. She would only talk to her co-worker. Acted absolutely put out by making ice cream. Wouldn’t make anything that involved any of the machines or anything but the ice cream showcased and toppings. Was not friendly whatsoever. I do not recommend this location at all. I have always worked in customer service and I understand that sometimes things are hard, but most of us don’t LOVE coming to work, but you are kind to the customers and do your best for them because that’s part of your job and someone is paying you to be the front of that store for them.

This is the best place to buy ice cream, its the best Ive ever ate. They also have good food cakes candy. Try it out you wont be disappointed I promise.

This coldstone is in a small nice little local location right on the 460. Its location is nice because its away from the more commercial crowded areas in town. The staff are very friendly, service is great and of course the icecream is always incredible and their are a ton of flavors and toppings that dwarf any other icecream shop.

I had their vanilla truffles and a plain chocolate truffle. They both tasted exactly alike...because they had NO taste. I am pretty much a chocolate connoisseur, and the two samples I got had no taste. They LOOK much better than they taste. Might try again, but I doubt it.

They were very nice and receptive. And patient! Which was great bc deciding was hard! The only difficulty is the mash up of smells. There is a sub shop in the shop.... If that makes sense.

Ice creams good. Lines can be long but reasonable. The best time to come in is when they have Alex and Josh working two have great customer service skills and are very socialable.

Went in for the lunch special. There was a sign for the Valentines feature cake which was heart shaped.... I asked about the price and was told the price is on the case with the cakes... Bad form... A friend of the employee came in and the young lady waiting on me went a little I see Santa or ice cream truck is coming . I thought Taylor Swift had walked in. After I got my food I went to pour my drink, fruit flies at the drink dispenser, not good. I went to the case to look at the cakes and since the Valentines cake is not round nor square, but heart shaped, there was still not a price I could easily see. I had to ask the price again, and have it explained. Tell me how are you going to have multiple signs promoting a holiday feature and 1. No accurate price on the signage, 2. Your employee clueless about the price and NO SENSE OF URGENCY TO GIVE THE CUSTOMER THE INFORMATION REQUESTED!!!! Customer service does not just include,taking an order and preparing food!! The next aspect of my visit, one of the FRIENDS started berating the employees on disheveled the dining area was, with me a customer there. This FRIEND, continued complaining about an employee on their phone instead of cleaning up, AWKWARD!!! The coup de gras, as I pulled out a young lady among the group of FRIENDS, opened the front door and spit something out right in front of the door!!! I doubt a lumberjack would do that in public. She could have used a napkin or gone to the bathroom. UGH, Gross, so uncouth and unladylike!!! I wont be back. That store is supposed to be a place of business, not the Honeycomb Hideout. I am sure if the owner of this establishment was there hopefully this lack of formality would not be exhibited.

Really nice place and staff. The servings were just right and everything looked nice and clean.

Well, had a craving and drove 25 minutes into town to find they were closed at 9:20p on a Saturday when they were supposed to be open until 10p. 😫Edit: Came back another day, ice cream is still the best - changed stars from 1 to 3. 🤷

Truly glad we found this little hidden gem in frankfort. They even have dog treats for sale!!! Dipped in white chocolate...... wow! I was able to customize my frozen treat so to make sure it didnt have any gluten. The gentleman was super well informed about the product. Rude staff and the last cone I got there was freezer burnt. Explainned to staff and they would not give me another cone unless I paid for it.

The ladies behind the counter are trying their best but there is obviously some serious training issues. Looking over her shoulder to look at the list of ingredients is not acceptable especially when she still got it wrong.

First time to this Coldstone since we moved to Frankfort, just as good as any other Coldstone, which is rather good. One of rhw employees was a new trainee, bless her heart she was trying, I didnt know it was so hard to know the difference in various nuts.

We went here for my 21st birthday, I love cold stone and my boyfriend always want to try blimpies so it was a win win right? No not at all we went in with only one person in the blimpies line and none in the coldstones line we waited 15 minutes for the single man in front of us to finish his order, it happens but as he was finishing a group of people came in and went to the cold stone line and instead of helping us (we had been there about 25 minutes at this point) the person behind the counter walked over and started serving the group of people who just came in... Finally we walked out without having anything to eat. I will never return to this place.

Ice cream was fantastic! Dont eat at the Blimpie though. I wasnt at all impressed with the sandwich. It was just mediocre and I would have preferred just about any other sandwich shop to this one.
