I arrived 1215 for a 1700 appointment and got a door right away it is now 1324 and im in line to check out I appreciate the fast service. The security guards are crabby but I understand why they have to deal with a lot of drivers who don’t listen. Good job keep it up.

Very slow with loading operations...Im usually here 3+ hours to get loaded

They have loaded me after 5 hoursGood team and they have scale so that was nice on beside.You most slides your tindem and keep your door close because they will open from inside

This is a HUGE place. Easy parking. Sometimes they mess up and you dont get your load, and thats rough. The morning people are less polite than the night people,but still good.Slide your tandems before you get to the gate.

Load wasnt ready. Supposed to be preloaded trailer but turned into live load. Got to scale and overweight. Had to live reload. Appt 2230 left 0300. Hope you have time on your clock to wait

They are very slow i been at dock frommore than 3 hours still waiting to get unloading

Very nice place. Clean . You che in and out at the GURD check . If you do a drop and hook is quickly. If you do a live load of take regular time 2 hrs or so

I all ways enjoy coming here, they have been very quick and well organized. I just wish i could come here more often because of how organized and quick they are. It has alot to do with the people that work here and there personalities just a great group of people. I must say if youre rude theyre rude right back Ive seen it and why would you want to be rude. its not how to do business!

Dont deliver here, they will just waste your time. For early arrivals you have to park in the back, walk to the front of the welcome center you you climb this small step to LEAN OVER THE SIDE OF THE BUILDING (no rails, because why not) then jump down into the space BETWEEN THE BUILDING AND INCOMING TRUCKS (no ladder or stairs)

3-4 hours load time JUST TO BE OVERWEIGHT. NEXT TO 10+ OVERWEIGHT TRUCKS WAITING TO BE REWEIGHED. Will be here 6+ hours usually.

Unless you show up with you 105 drop off number and have your tandems slid all the way to the back before you get to the window, youre gonna have a BAD time.
