The security gate was broken for the first two weeks of the rental period. Once the gate was repaired, the gate code provided to me upon registration did not work. I called and emailed numerous times about the gate and the code before I finally received a response. I could not make contact with anyone at this location. Was not provided any form of credit for the two weeks I could not use the storage unit. Very poor customer service overall. I’m only a little over 3 weeks into my rental and I sure hope it gets better.

This place is the cleanest most secure storage I’ve ever had I have storage in 5 states and this is by far the best And the lady’s in the front office are the best so willing to help and they make it so easy

Tara the office manager was just amazing! She was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant. She is 5 star customer service. The storage until I rented was very clean and dry. The security system certainly makes you feel extra safe.

Great location but the rental cost is ever increasing.

Not happy, First of all This is the first place and there have been a few through the years, that we have encountered payment issues . If you get behind and it happens now and then, they will not accept any payment except in full only Ex if you owe say 100.00 and your into a late fee they will not take your 100.00 in cash . No no No it must be 120.00 or its considered a partial payment. Of all the Storage Ive have had over the years one company MANAGER said it best....We WOULD RATHER WORK WITH PEOPLE AND KEEP THEIR BUSINESS, THEN TO BE UNWILLING TO WORK WITH PEOPLE AND LOSE THEIR BUSINESS. THESE PEOPLE ARE ABSOLUTELY OVER BARING ON THEIR POLICIES AND SEEM TO ENJOY LOCKING PEOPLE OUT OF THEIR BULIDING OH YEAH IF THEY LOCK YOU OUT OF YOUR UNIT YOU ALSO GET LOCKED OUT OF THE FACILITY THESE PEOPLE ARE UN BELIEVABLE. THERE IS NO RESOLVE NO LEINEINCY, NO WAY NO HOW SCREW YOU PAY IT ALL OR ITS OURS!! MENTALLITY WOW THE MOST UN HAPPY PEOPLE I HAVE WVER MET
