Amazing work helping me put all 4 of my Mothers memory albums on a flash drive so I could share them with my sisters!My mother passed away and left us beautiful memory albums. Rather than break them apart the sisters agreed 1 should own the albums. Come here almost every day to ship out mercari orders, staff is always friendly and they have no issue printing out the label through my QR code’s! Thankfully they are not rude Karen’s here like they are at FedEx office. Only thing that would make this place better is more organized lines up to the counters.To the owner/manager. Thank you for having a wonderful building and wonderful staff I can trust to ship packages out everyday!

I’ve never had a bad experience at any ups store. They’re always pleasant and extremely helpful.I have literally been to this ups store at least 50 times and I’ve always been treated with kindness and respect. They have great customer service and not once have I ever walked in and not been greeted with a smile.

What tremendous customer service! Had a boat load of legal documents which need to be notarized copied and shipped and they assisted me with everything ! So helpful and friendly!! Could not ask for more!!

I brought in a package which I advised the UPS employee contained two gallons of resin and wanted to ship it to Hawaii. I asked the employee if I should wrap the package or make any changes and was advised it was ok to ship as is. The cost to ship was $161.00. A week later I was contacted by the same employee and advised the package was refused at port in Hawaii because of the packaging and that UPS does not ship oil based resin. The package was sent back and I was refused a refund because they felt the customer should apparently know the UPS rules and regulations not the employees. An overall costly and horrible experience. I since shipped the package via FedEx, it was quicker and cheaper. I will never use this store again!The fact that you are now claiming I was dishonest with your employee about what was in that box shows a level of integrity with your business. I told your employee exactly what I needed to ship and asked what I needed to do to ship it. Am I crazy or should employees be more knowledgeable than customers in regards to business practices?

Overpriced. It cost me $250 to package and ship a motorcycle seat that only costs $200 and that was the cheapest. And it may not even get there on the day I need it. The box was massively large and I felt that other smaller options should have been available for my item. However, customer service was excellent. The staff were very nice, my anger isnt with them personally, its the absurdity of the price.

Meet the owner he was very disrespectful and unhelpful. I have a pre paid label and gonna chrgecit again cause he have to print it ou. I asked his name and he walked off on me. 30 minutes ride to them. Then gotta they it to another store. Sad

I ship from this location 5 days a week! These guys are awesome! They will go out of their way for their customers!

Amazing store, very helpful staff named vaisal, great customer service, wanted to print from email, not a tech person but he helped, would recommend to visit this store.

Needed a banner and flyers printed in a hurry and these guys did a great job. I placed my order at noon and it was ready for me at 1pm. I will be back!

The individuals running this store are rude. I called and was placed on hold for 25 minutes. I hung up and tried calling back and they repeatedly picked up and dropped the phone. All I wanted to know was the price of a stamp. I never spoke to anyone.

Virgil was very rude couldnt hear me but still had his fricken Bluetooth headphones in and I could hear the music he was playing.
