I went by the store to get previous paint shaken, and to get a sample of paint previously purchased. The first associate, Christian, was quick to tell me they were out of samples, and suggested I go to Home Depot to see if they could make it up. Brandon Y. walked up, helped me. I am so appreciative of his helpful attitude. The can I had didnt want to close, he gave me a new can, well he poured the paint onto an empty can. I felt less stressed when I left. I purchased additional supplies to show my appreciation. I recommend going here, their paint is great and Brandon will provide excellent customer service!

Super helpful paint store. After 5 or 6 quart tester colors and a lot of self-doubt, we finally picked colors for our living room, dining room, and master bedroom. This is a great location and they give good advice.

Sherwin-Williams is AWESOME! I highly recommend visiting Sherwin-Williams for their customer service as well as their premium quality products! The employees are there to make sure you have the right product and supply for the right job. They are more than helpful and will offer tips, answer any questions you give them with a smile, and will even grab another employee who usually has even more to offer! It was very clean and well kept when I was in there and I was even able to get a cup of coffee while my paint was mixed. Sherwin almost always has a sale going for their paints, stains, and supply. Its hard to find stores that offer sales, product knowledge, and great customer service these days and thats why I am leaving this review. I put my name in their system and they were able to tell me everything from my previous purchase including the product, finish, color, and even the brush I used! Some say its a little pricey but you get what you pay for!

Great place to get paint staff is very helpful. Very clean and bright inside. Cons of options and are very good at matching colors from other stores. From my experience they have the best paint available can be expensive but they have several sales which make it affordable.

Hey hands down Brandan saved me! Very straight forward very knowledgeable saved my bedroom just by describing my problem. Dude definitely deserves a raise or like a free vacation. Satisfied with paint. Not satisfied with customer service representative. He was not helpful at all and did not mix my paint or provide me with paint sticks. He did not thank me for my business. He was quite aloof.

The associates were friendly and somewhat distracted when I arrived. (3 associates in store only one with customer), but I was satisfied once attended to. While I was disappointed that gallon quantities were the only available, while only needing a quart, for touch up work, from previous purchases, their product is superior to most of the other options.

I always find the service counter helpful with the many questions I have about type of product I should use and application. If they dont have an answer they are willing to get the answer for me.

3 stars are a default, simply because I know the quality of the paint. Otherwise, 1 or 2 stars would suffice. I went in to the store knowing what I wanted. I walked to the product to make sure it was in stock, then went and stood in line. There were two counter people, and two customers. I was in the store for 25 minutes. In that time, the same two counter people helped the same two customers, (bravo to their dedication to customer service), but at no point in time was I even acknowledged. Not a, Hello. Not a, Well be with you shortly. Nothing.I went across the street to Home Depot. Behr paint it is.

Helpful people fast service. Walked the 2 cans to my car for me as I walk with a cane. Was surprised with the cost of the paint even with a month special of 30% off the paint was 49.00 a gallon hope it spreads well and wears even better.

Great place to get exact match for your automotive paint and paint supplies and your vehicle touchup paint. Just give them the color code of the vehicle and they will make you quality color. Reasonable prices. They close at 5pm.
