I definitely do not recommend them. I was given a final total by Nancy. When they charged me it was $100 more. Did everything over the phone. Was never provided a receipt when I asked for one. And was told that was the price, they couldnt help me. Terrible service.

They have the best sandwiches. Go once a month for lunch sandwiches. Never had oneThat wasnt delicious. Fair prices. May be a bit of a wait if you go between 1130 and 2 pm.

Excellent catering services. The prepared foods are always good. The produce, meats, cheese, candy and floral departments are what make this store a weekly stop.

A little pricey but DEFINITELY worth it. The food is amazing no matter if it’s the packaged food or the deli meats. Definitely recommend. I bring their food to most family parties and everyone raves about how amazing it is.

Market Basket just catered our 50th anniversary party and we couldn’t be more pleased. The food was fabulous, the cake they made for us was gorgeous and delicious and the wait staff they provided for us was excellent. They took care of all details, including ordering tables and linens for us and we highly recommend them.

Best place to get a sandwich and pick up some fresh made chicken pot pie for dinner! Best meat selection anywhere too. Market Basket really is a special place. Its like a higher end Kings meets a mom and pops establishment.

My friends live in NJ and when they visit me in NY, they bring lots of goodies from the Market Basket, such as the best quiche ever, wonderful bakery items, fresh and delicious fruit salad. Have also enjoyed some very good wraps. Theres lots more on their menu and I will be very happy to try them all!

Horrible customer service. Ordered a basket that was to be delivered in 3 days but turned out to be 10. Manager promised to call me back twice and never did. Never followed up with a horrible spoiled basket that was lost in transport. Order in the future from a national company that can handle it and cares about the customer!

A great place to get meat or dinners to go. They make great sandwiches. Has plenty fresh vegetables. And fruits, cold cuts salads to go, and great bakery deptmartment. Check out moves fast, everyone very polite and it’s clean always.

We ordered their current takeout meals as we are stuck home for the foreseeable future and it is unbelievable how much food you get. We ordered yesterday and were able to get it delivered today. Everyone we spoke with was helpful and friendly. They gave us a window between 1 and 5 but he was here by noon. The food is fresh and delicious. Will be a lifelong customer.

Its a nice place and the food they serve is really good as well. Its not too expensive nor cheap but the quality is worth the price.

This is the go to store for anything food. What a great selection of food and drink. The deli counter is second to none with fantastic lunch specials. You actually need to take your time and walk the store to appreciate it. Homemade foods are out of this world delicious. Always clean and always friendly.

I love this store. Its better than a supermarket. It sells fresh made sandwiches, hot food, ready-made food to heat up at home, fresh deli meats, seafood, fruits, vegetables and everything in between. Desserts are great too. They have their own bakery items. We shop here instead of eating out at a restaurant. You get quality food instead of spending twice the amount at a restaurant, not to mention the wait time & if the good chef is in that night. Dont know what to eat? Go here. You will find something.

They have a huge Deli with a big selection of pre-made Foods. I just noticed that their prices are pretty high. The story is very clean and neat. The produce and other food looked like it was good in quality. This is also not the place to do a full shopping order because it is small and only has Deli produce meat and a few more aisles.

Three generations have shopped at the MB. High quality meats, fish, and cheeses. Very good deli dept and take out food. Bakery Dept. -- their donuts sell out quickly in the morning. Good selection of fruits and vegetables, including organic. Also offers catering and gift baskets.

Hi. Just wanted to let you know we received a beautiful gift basket. However there were a few outdated items in the basket. A Florentine type dip, sunflower seed cookies and garlic Romano twists. We received the basket approximately mid June. I wanted to let you know not the person who so thoughtfully sent it. I was embarrassed. Please, in the future check the items before packing and shipping them out. These aforementioned items were a month expired. Thank you for your time. This is the first time I have experienced a problem from your market. I have personally shopped at your store several times and have been very satisfied with the excellent quality.

Been a local favorite of mine since childhood. Amazing deli and hot food bar. A bit pricey, but damn, you get what you pay for. Excellent selections, great menu, and fast service. A real win for Franklin Lakes.

Market basket has the best of everything. From meats, fish, fruit and vegetables. To already prepared meals and sandwiches. If you name it they have it or make it. I wish I could have one of everything everytime I go there.

Excellent!!!! Try the Sheppard Pie and the donuts are very good but go fast . Delicious salads including the classics potato macaroni, egg and ham salads. Great deli that makes gourmet sandwiches.

Love this place.When i lived and worked in the area, I would get lunch from here at least once per week. The Turker is a classic and was my go to - turkey, lettuce, tomato, bacon, thousand island. Tough to beat, but dont sleep on an STJ, roast beef avalanche, or an eggplant baugette. I would recommend to anyone that they just work their way through the sandwich menu. Friendly staff too.

By far the best gourmet food store! From the Deli to the Bakery to the Fish Department everything is absolutely delicious. Customer service is beyond nice, helpful, and friendly! Great place lots of options good quality stuff. But I don’t know what’s going on in that deli. The service was horrible and the people were very rude. Make sure you’re listening when they call the numbers they only say each number once and if you miss it you get scolded

We ordered the Irish Buffet for this past Saturday night. It was great. Service and food were excellent. Everyone really enjoyed it. The Market Basket does it again👍

Best cocktail sauce ever made! Love the fresh produce and herbs.

Normally i would give them a 5 star rating but the quality of their prepared foods has really declined. Quiches not mixed. Burger that is bad kielbasa with big pieces of bone. I have been very disappointed in the last 6 months.

I recently purchased a cooked turkey for Thanksgiving and was ripped off. I ordered a 25 pound turkey and when I weighed it, it was only 16.5 pounds. They informed me that turkeys shrink when cooked. Sorry but I’ve been cooking turkeys for years and my turkeys never would shrink 8 pounds. For $180 this turkey should have been what I ordered and their answer is unacceptable. Complete rip off and ruined my holiday!

The potato salad from the Market Basket of my youth was amazing! We recently went to New Jersey, and stopped by to get some. It was terrible much like the stuff from the 5 gallon buckets they sell in chain stores. Very disappointing.

All the meals are worth the price, but if you only get one thing go the Sandwich combos. Off the top of my head in order of my favorites1. The Turker (I sub mustard for the russian dressing. Sometimes I swap the long roll for one of their multigrain loafs.)2. The STJ and Forrester on cooler days, only because my stomach cant handle the warm sandwiches and melted cheese on the hot, humid summer days (I work landscaping and construction)3. The Ruben, Decker delight, and Buff Char are all amazing if you want a less classic sandwhich.Please bring back the San Fran Italiano!!!! It was one of my favorite speciality sandwiches but I havent seen it in like 2 years
