New to the industry I bought DTG printers from another company and you could say it was the worse experience of my life. After much research, I ended up calling this place and they said come on down and see it in person. Which immediately told me these guys stand behind what they sell. Anyway, after doing an in person demo and talking with Harry, I was blown away by the knowledge, professionalism and expertise these guys had. They sell quality equipment and honestly after what I’ve been through they in fact carry THE BEST equipment in the country. Secondly they know the ins and outs of this not so easy industry, and are willing to help and guide you every step of the way. What sold me is the fact that they care for their customers and truly have your back, which is what I needed the most in this business. They are there for you every step of the way. No matter your needs they support you, help your business grow, and are constantly coming up with new ways to improve, and that is a company ANYONE should be in business with. This review is 100% genuine I know I’m really saying some great stuff about these guys but it’s because it’s literally just the truth. Ive been very impressed with their customer service. I ordered an Epson DTG printer and a pretreatment machine from them. Ive called tech support a couple of times and just had my virtual training session yesterday, and each experience Ive had with them has been great. I highly recommend this company.

I tried to shop for the first time and my experience was a disaster. They first said we dont know if the products you ordered in stock. We will ship then if in stock, if not you will be refunded. if not in stock just update your website it is that simple. I ordered anyway, but they called and said in order to ship, your billing and shipping address must be the same. we can only ship it to your billing address. In my 15 years of business life I never seen such a terrible company.

Nothing but good things to say before and after my purchase of the F2100. I spent lots of time pre purchase - many questions, sample shirts, etc. After install, lots of phone time with Roy, helping me perfect garment printing.

I bought a $20K DTG package from Equipment Zone 3 months ago. I have printed less than 100 shirts. The printer is giving me an error message to replace parts. I called Equipment Zone to talk to a tech. They told me it is not their problem. Terrible service!

Almost two years ago, we purchased a demo Epson F2000 from another company. We never got the promised training and got very little support. Finding Equipment Zone, we ordered supplies since they were in stock and a little cheaper. During this pandemic, we started watching the webinars. WOW!!! What we have learned in just a few webinars is amazing. Even though we did not get our machine through Equipment Zone, they have provided technical support on several things that we just could not get an answer to. We found that a lot of our problems were due to pretreating incorrectly. We are getting ready to order their pretreat machine. Again, the webinars are fantastic! I am sure we will be working with Equipment Zone for all of our DTG needs! Thank you!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, I AM IN SHOCK RIGHT NOW I BOUGHT A $8,000. PRINTER FROM EQUIPMENT ZONE 7 YEARS AGO, I CALLED FOR SERVICE AND I WAS TOLD THEY NO LONGER SELL OR SUPPORT THIS PRINTER. THE RECEPTIONIST JILL WAS VERY RUDE AND OFFICE MANAGER I BELIEVE LINDA WAS HER NAME WAS EVEN MORE RUDE I ASKED TO SPEAK TO THE OWNER AND SHE SAID I AM NOT ALLOWED TO. SO NOW I AM SITTING HERE WITH A PRINTER THAT NEEDS SERVICING. I WAS ALSO TOLD TO GOOGLE AND FIND ANOTHER COMAPANY TO SERVICE MY PRINTER. I AM STILL IN SHOCK.N.M.

Great experience with Equipment Zone. I have been in biz for 38 years and bought a lot of equipment and this buy was the easiest. Harry was great on sales end with fast honest answers about the Epson f2000 I purchased. Equipment came within of week of order; the set up tech was here the following week and we were up and running in less than 2 weeks from time of purchase. The tech, Wade, was super knowledgeable and left no stone unturned on training. Highly recommend this company if you are looking at equipment.

Weve purchased 4 printers from Equipment Zone. The first two were refurbished DTGs which honestly were a bit of a pain to get to work consistently.In the last year we purchased two Epson F2000 printers and they are amazing. The tech support guys are super helpful and I couldnt be more pleased with the customer support from the front desk. Jill, Linda & Terry have always been great to work with.Weve always ordered all our supplies from Equipment Zone and they almost always ship the same day which is amazing and come safely packaged.All in all were incredibly happy with Equipment Zone (especially in the last year). Weve been with them for over four years and will continue to give them our business.

I bought an Epson F2000 and Speed treater from these guys a few weeks ago. From meeting the owner Harry face-to-face at a trade show, to working with his expert staff over the phone to coordinate delivery, and the install, Equipment Zone was an all around pleasant and professional experience.After the install, Harry and his staff have been very attentive and accommodating to all of my questions both acute and stupid.These guys are professionals and I look forward to making more purchases and working with them in the future!

Purchased one of their machines. It was a refurbished after they got my deposit and I signed the contract I found out that the machines they advertise for sale are not available for purchase. they do not start refurbishing the machines until purchase. This can take weeks. after waiting the 2 weeks they said it would take the machine I was to get was not ready. so we got another machine that they claimed was the same under the hood. the machine arrived and we fought and fought to get the machine to print correctly. Finally after 3 months we got their tech to admit the machine was shipped broken. There solution was for me to manually move the head wiper after each pass of the print head. this was not a solution for us. so we tried to get them to fix it. For a month they ignored us. after a month we sent them a letter of intent to stop payment because they would not honor their machine or warranty. then a month passed we told them again we were stopping payment and we did. the finance company said the only way to resolve is to file a fraud complaint with their legal department. so we did. they heard our complaint got the story from Harry and they took his word was true. I have since tried to supply them with copies of emails that refute Equipment zones Harry osters statements. they will not entertain this. Time payment is the finance company they are just as disreputable as Equipment Zone. I have asked for a solution of them canceling the purchase and us walking away with a 4000.00 loss and lesson learned. They are not willing to work with us. Only after all this did they finally say they would take back the machine to service it 11 months after purchase and fighting to get this thing to print are they now willing to service it only if we state we will take it back. We have no faith in this company or their machines. Research before dealing with this company. I am not the only one
