Very friendly gentlemen runs the store. Very helpful even when multiple customers are waiting at a time. We were able to figure out how to return a DirecTv device and he was very nice about it even after I gave him the wrong account number.

Mr. Riccardo is the best. Professional, helpful, friendly and always nice. And all the ladies working there with Riccardo are amazing as well.They always ask me how is my day going, help me with all my Many packages and don’t mind to answers my questions. Highly recommended place to go. J.

I went to return an Amazon package, under the Amazon protocol of having the QR Code ready for UPS to create the label, tape it up (I was returning it in original packaging, box, and filler), and get it out. That was June 26. The man behind the counter, who I believe is the location owner (if not, he should be fired) was immediately unnecessarily nasty and confrontational about it. He finally created the label and had me take a photo of it for tracking. Its now July 7, and not only has Amazon not received the item back, but the UPS website still says label created but not shipped. This is unacceptable. Id never go there again.

I have nothing but amazing things to say about the Franklin Lakes UPS staff and location. I came in with a hefty printing job on a Thursday night and wasnt expecting it to be done until Monday.. low and behold knowing how timely I needed the job done, Ricardo stayed late Thursday night to get it done and I got a call on Friday afternoon everything was ready. I so appreciated their organization and patience (it was a big order getting shipped to all different locations across the US). They were so great to work with & so appreciative of the business, I will definitely be coming back here for any thing requiring shipping or printing in the future - and with my job that will require their assistance a ton. Thank you Franklin Lakes - you guys are angels!

The owner has a serious attitude problem. Ill never set foot in his store again, and when my wife recently went in, she had a similar experience.If you dont like dealing with Amazon packages, maybe its time for a new career.

A good store for shipping and making copies. They also have a notary service available and shipping supplies. They even print yard signs . Theres plenty of parking in the shopping center lot. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Dont ask for tape to close up you packages. They really frown on that, you know, because tape is very expensive....I was offered tape if I donated to some charity deal, drop a dollar in the box. Too bad I didnt have a dollar.Oh well, thats why I use FedEx.
