So I would recommend this place to people I know but only thing is the time framethey took 2 months to fix my car due to “parts having a delivery issue” my only thing for improvement for this place is the communicate better with your customers but over happy with they job they didI did notice a few minor scarps on the hard plastic but overall good job can’t tell my vehicle was in a accident thank you

I had recently purchased a new vehicle. Two months into owning it, someone hit my parked car and fled the scene. I was incredibly stressed as to how I would pay for the repairs out of pocket. I came to Auto Art and they gave me a great price for the repairs. My car was repaired quickly and looked just as great as when I rolled it out of the dealership. I am beyond grateful for the work done here. The relief they were able to provide me with during a stressful time is something I will never forget!

Even though my vehicle was at auto art longer than expected I am so satisfied with the quality of work. It took 3 months for my truck to get fixed after a car accident. Facility explained it was due to insurance approvals and issues getting the parts for my vehicle. 3 months was a long time but definitely worth the wait. Customer service was almost perfect, there was a women who was very rude when answering my questions but other than that work quality and professionalism gets 10/10 from my part.

Went above and beyond my expectations and made my whole year! This place not only fixed my car after being involved in a t bone collision but offered to fix what my insurance wouldn’t for me. I’m so thankful and so pleased with the service and professionalism here. Would 100% recommend!

I am very disappointed with them.they kept my car for six weeks just to fix the rear end.it was supposed to be ready sept.13 2021.i called them on the date and they told me it would be another week.im just getting my cat now.i Dont suggest this company to anyone.

I chose this shop based on the good reviews but now all I can feel is disappointment. I called to make an appointment to leave my car sometime in late March and I was given an appointment for May 10th. I took my car for repairs May 10th and have not gotten it back as of now June 23rd I’ve gotten multiple calls with different excuses as to why it’s being pushed back. They have changed the date 3 times, and now I’m being told that I will Likely not be getting my car back until July 1st. This would be the 3rd time they change the date to return it. All I can do now is hope that at least the work being done on my car Is well done. I would like to add that they do have friendly staff and will be back to update my review based on the quality of work.

Work was completed professionally and on time. I came in to replace my bumper. Now my car looks better than it did even before the accident. The paint job looks just like it did when it was brand new. While they replaced the bumper they also fixed a couple of smaller issues which were unrelated. Everyone is very friendly and helpful!

Recently I got side swiped in a hit and run and my insurance recommended that I go here to get my car repaired. The whole passenger side of the car was severely scratched up and the mirror was completely taken off so I didnt think it could get fixed to look how it did before the accident. Turns out I was wrong because when I picked up my car today, it looked like it came straight from the dealership! Thank you so much Auto Art, I 100% recommend giving this shop a try

I was SO nervous of leaving my brand new Audi with them!! But due to unfortunate timing between insurance companies the company I had at the time Led me to having it restored here, I have absolutely no regrets after seeing their work! The paint was matched PERFECTLY and the blending job was amazing. Multiple people have complimented that you can’t even tell my vehicle was ever in an accident. My headlamp assembly was a tad bit off centered but my friend who is a tech fixed it in less then two minutes. Otherwise I’m very pleased with the work they did! I was given my vehicle two days after the promised date. I was just happy to have it back, even happier when I saw the quality of work. Would definitely recommend to anyone and I am VERY PICKY! :)

GREAT BODY SHOP! This body shop has very good prices and even better service. Even for my first visit I have already formed a strong opinion about Auto Art and that is that its an amazing body shop. I cant find a single thing to complain about and I really think that this shop is worth coming to for repairs.

Good, consistent body shops are hard to come by, but luckily I came across this one and it never ceases to amaze me. Took a few unfortunate trips here due to carelessness but nevertheless, they always came through with great repairs and customer service. I recently stopped by this body shop to repair my front bumper as well as my right side door. The right headlights was messed up and the mirror was completely broken. I picked it up yesterday and my car looks like new! I remember there being a few scratches on the back bumper and they were gone, i didnt pay extra or anything, I couldnt believe this. Auto art is always reliable when it comes to being a body shop where I can get my car repaired and I think its safe for me to say that since i had 3 unfortunate trips here, because who likes getting into a crash. But Ive brought my car here all 3 times and each and every time theyve provided me with great service and my car looked nearly brand new. Totally recommend this shop

Body shops normally let me down and Im already an unlucky person with the amount of times I crashed my car, but I decided to go somewhere new, and it just so happened to be this body shop. My experience here was extraordinary compared to other places Ive been to. My car looks like its never been in a crash. The rear bumper had this dent thats been bothering me forever but I never went ahead to repair it and now its gone! Their service was great as well and I will no longer be going anywhere else but here for auto body repairs

Best place to restore and fix any type of vehicles. These guys been restoring my cars and fixing my friends cars for years. They always do solid professional work . Amazing customer service and very friendly environment. Front desk is highly professional and their customer service is amazing. I don’t understand how people complain about time or something this is ridiculous. Never waited more than 1-3 days for my cars . In my opinion you won’t find that quality anywhere in Chicago. They also always washed and detailed my car looking and smelling amazing. These guys put their hearts to what they do. I’m very upset that people are mean and publicly lying anf making stuff up. Definitely recommend that place for all people that care about their vehicles !!!! That place feels like home .

Very quick repair, and i am very happy with the service. Overall, this place is very nice and very organized. They buffed a few scratches and did a few touch ups for free which is really nice. They also made it very convenient for me because they are open till 5:30 but they waited so i can pick up my car because i got out of work later than i thought. Definitely happy with my visit and i recommend it.

Picked up my car today after a weeks of delays I drove off the parkinglot my abs light came on now right away and they closed soon as I drove off now I have to take back to them Monday morning these guys are unprofessional how can’t you get a car right after having the car for more than a month I’ll never use there service ever again after I get my car fixed Monday why would they release the car to me if it still ain’t fixed I knew it was too good to true smh

Completely unsatisfied with Auto Art Inc, please go elsewhere for repairs if you have the option. Many issues post repair with my vehicle, some that should not even be accepted. My biggest complain is the fact that my car smelled like it has been smoked in, not acceptable at all. Called in to talk to management and they told me they prohibit smoking inside a vehicle, but workers smoke within the shop which is unacceptable. No customers car should smell like it has been smoked in if the car has never been smoked inside of it. Management could not help me out at all and did not offer any solutions. The roof molding on my car is missing, and the inner rubber seal on the driver side dislodges itself ans sags. These are issues I never had with the car and that should never happen with a 1 year old vehicle. There is an untreated scuff where the damage happened on the car that was not fixed. The time frame is unacceptable, to be told three times that the pickup date has changed is ridiculous, and for the management to not try to help the client out when theyre unsatisfied due to time frame shows the lack of care. I rely on this vehicle for work and no help was offered. Overall never can i recommend this body shop to anyone, just unprofessional, they dont care, no attention to detail, theyre dont care about the client or the car, they dont treat body repair as an Art.

This place might be good for auto repairs, but their customer service is something else. They also want me to leave the car for a week, when the place down the street only needs to keep it for a day.The front desk receptionist is rude and not friendly at all. I assume the place is busy and they don’t care about new customers.The estimates person is unresponsive, I had to come in so he would email me my estimate after 2 phone calls.

I needed a side panel and door replacement after an accident. Auto Art got the job done relatively fast and the car looks good as new ! Highly recommend this place for any body work that you need done !

I was reading the reviews on this company, and honestly they dont make any sense because i got the exact opposite impression. I was skeptical about this place at first, but my insurance sent me here, I received great service and they got my car repaired perfectly. Everyone is saying that it takes a long time but they probably dont understand the fact that its their insurance that basically determines how long its going to take as they need to approve the repairs. I was updated frequently by the shop manager about the status of the repairs which was convenient. It was worth the wait!

Great place, the repairs that they did on my car were incredible and when I picked up my car it looked spotless. I had no problems with the service whatsoever so that was really nice and they always let me know what was going on with my car and i thought that was pretty convenient. Amazing job

I was sent here by my insurance and my car looks very good. My door was pretty scratched up as well and they managed to fix that for me too with no extra charge. Highly recommend giving this place a try if you want a good repair on your auto mobile.

Just picked up my car from AUTO ART INC and Im elated, my repairs were done in a very timely manner and to the highest standards. The car was washed on the outside and detailed on the inside, I dont think I could have asked for more. Im not certain what made the other reviewers unhappy in their experience, but Im a vary satisfied costumer.

My car was in that shop for 1 month. I was told that no more than 2 weeks my car was going to be there, even when they gave me an appointment it really didn’t matter at all. There office called me every time to inform me that they needed more time by telling me so many excuses. If you take your car in this shop you better be calling them every day in order for them to get started with your car.

If you are looking to get screwed, look no further. I was in an accident in which a taxi driver ran a red light and t-boned me. His sub par insurance partnered with Auto Art Inc to fix my car. When I picked up my car, the steering wheel was not fixed - there was no power steering and it was difficult to control the steering wheel. I brought it back, after driving 30 feet, and asked to speak with someone. A guy who looks and sounds like a J1 overstay came out and said, “what’s the problem.” I told him and his response was, “that’s not my problem.” I asked for his name and he said, “Jack.” I asked for his full name and he refused and walked away. The manager came out and told me there is no way I can prove that’s not how the car was before the accident. It’s clear the taxi driver’s insurance partners with this likely fraudulent company because they do the minimal work needed to band aid problems. Clearly, they didn’t even try to hide the steering problem which was caused by the car accident. My lawyer is now going to handle the issues from here on out. Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time on a dump like Auto Art Inc.

This place is very good. I crashed my truck a while ago and insurance told me to bring it here and i did so now i have a truck that looks fantastic. They fixed up some scratches that were on my truck even before the crash and that was really nice of them.

Thanks to Jack and his team for getting my car to brand new condition after a front end collision. I will admit they’re not the fastest body shop, but they did a really good job. Also, they’ve replaced a headlight under warranty on 2 separate occasions because of defects beyond their control...... Recently, they installed, at a reasonable price, a bumper I bought elsewhere because the original one installed after my collision, became victim of Chicago’s parallel parking (cracked by some ahole).

American farm insult sent a friend of mine here. Maggie or Marie was very rude to my friend. When my friend and I asked to speak to the owner they refused to get the owner.I would recommend that they close their door before ACLU AND BETTER BUSINESS GETS INVOLVED. My car was towed here by my car insurance. I was worried about how the repairs would go because i did not know the shop. My car is a 2017 Toyota Avalon so i really care about it. But when i picked up my car i was surprised. It looked just like it did when i got it at the dealership. The paint job looks great and it matches the original color which was pearl white. I am very happy with what this shop had to offer and i definitely would recommend this shop to anyone whos looking for a great repair.

Terribly disappointed! One of the worst businesses I have encountered. First of all, my car was in the shop for a month. It took them a month to fix my vehicle. And secondly, their staff have horrible costumer service, specifically their manager Jack. He was so unprofessional, I would not recommend this shop to anyone. They don’t care about providing quality work and building a client base. All they care about is getting paid.

I took my girls car to get repaired and we picked most of the things we believed were valuable, however, I had left a special hex key to take her roof racks off, somehow is not by the door where it was and cant find it anywhere else in the car. Someone STOLE it.

The worst place to drop your car off! Left the car to get repaired and it was given back with a damaged windshield that the manager did not want to take responsibility for even though it was not there before. His logic was that it was our car so we were responsible for the car while it was under his shops authority! How ridiculous!! Save yourself a headache and don’t trust this place for anything!
